Love Dr Koh and staff! They are very professional, do great work and go above and beyond with amazing dental care.

The dentist is not bad but the office personnel are horrible and ruined my life.The dentist had come up with 2 day plan to fix my teeth and quoted me $150 with my insurance to do it. Sounds great right, well... the office staff apparently made this quote without even running it past my insurance. I went in for the first day which chiseld have of my teeth away and gave them a check for $150 and was to come in the next day to finish and get my new smile. Later that day I get a phone call saying my insurance rejected the claim and that I owed them $3000 for the first day and to finish what they started would take another $3000. I was shocked because I did not have that money and half my teeth were gone now. They refused to stand by what they had originally quoted me because they did not do their job.What I owed them went to collections and I was never able to get the work finished because I didnt have the money. I worked in customer service and my boss actually asked me to step down after that because I couldnt interact with the customers looking like Billy Bob.If you go here the dentist is fine but make sure you check your benefits because the office staff here will not.

I couldnt have been happier with this office. Everyone is so nice and professional, as well as really easy to get ahold of. They remembered small details of my life between each visit and it really meant a lot. I am so sad I had to move away because I would have been a life long patient.

Was fitted for new retainers and neither of them fit and when I called to come in for the bottom one, I was told over the phone I just finished invisalign and need to wear my retainer even though it didnt fit. I have never had invisalign through them or through any dentist so Im not sure who they thought I was

Great customer service!!! Dr. Koh is very professional and focused on providing superior care! Amidst this COVID-19 pandemic, she has continued to put patients first and take all precautions necessary. She has equipped her staff/facility with necessary procedures and protection to keep helping her patients. I haves lived across town for last 10 years but have continued to go here because of this team and Dr Koh.

I typically loathe going to the dentist, but this one I definitely enjoy going to. Theyre very friendly, professional, and experienced. I really like how they schedule your next appointment while youre already there. Not only that, but they explain everything to you in great detail to ensure your dental health. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist to go to.
