Today was my second visit with Dr. Ankar. He put a crown over a recent root canal. Not only is Dr. Ankar very personable and caring, but he is knowledgeable and very professional. He put me completely at ease by explaining every step before and during the procedure. Ive never had a dentist that was so caring and concerned for my comfort. The office and all of the staff, especially his assistant Cindy and receptionist, Jeanette, are also personable and professional. They have state-of-the-art equipment and use the latest technology. The crowns are made on-site in 6 minutes. I was able to watch one being made and was amazed. I was in and out in 2.5 hours for the whole process and ate a steak for dinner tonight!

Friday afternoon I called Shallowford Family Dental Group in a panic. I didnt have a local dentist but desperately needed to be seen due to a broken tooth/exposed nerve. I was a brand new patient calling in on a Friday without an appointment but the office told me to come on in. Once I got there, Dr. Ankar put my mind at ease and took excellent care of me.
