Well my first visit was very good everyone was very nice reassured me that there didn’t look like there was no problem with my implants but they still needed to take more X-rays just to make sure and it would be at a different office and when the day came I called the other office and there was no appointment made they said so I called the other office and after a few minutes they were able to get me in that day I hen they asked me what type of payment but on my original first visit I gave them all my insurance information and the guy made a copy of my card but it was not on file 🤔

Everyone was exceptionally nice. I had a tooth pulled and they made sure I didnt feel a thing. I was very impressed.

I was so nervous about seeing a new dentist. They were so good! Hade me feel so much better! The staff was great as well! I have a new dentist for life now! I highly recommend them!!!

I scheduled a CLEANING. A simple cleaning. Last year I had no issues with Gingivitis, and now all of a sudden I do?? Doctor never said anything about it. So I didn’t get a cleaning and they wanted to schedule my Gingivitis treatment ($200) because I can’t get a simple teeth cleaning without the treatment. So 1.5hrs later.. today was a complete WASTE of time. All they want is your money. I don’t have gingivitis, never have. I have regular cleanings at other offices. No other doctor ever mentioned gingivitis.

Cheyenne the Hygienist did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and educating me on ways I can take better care of my teeth.

I had a wonderful experience! I will go back every 6 months as told to. The dental hygienist, Doreen was sooooo friendly, kind, and thoughtful towards any pain I might have. The dentist, Dr. Jodi was very informative, and knowledgeable, and tremendously kind too. What’s even better is that my 27 year old son who has both Down syndrome and schizophrenia went as well. He had the X rays, the dentist visit , and the teeth cleaning and was not scared or bothered one bit! I truly recommend everyone to make an appointment to go there!

My son came there with his insurance saying that they took it. Well instead of telling him that they didn’t take it they did all this stuff to him and said the bill would be over $1700.00. He was so upset about all of it that he got so mad at his dad and moved out. What a wonderful day you made my day to be. I wouldn’t recommend you to anybody!!!

Unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment on a Thursday just to come into my Thursday’s appointment unaware that the doctor would not be in network with my insurance company until the following week. Rescheduled the appointment accordingly and was informed that I would be notified of whether or not the doctor would be in network before my rescheduled appointment. The next day I received a confirmation call for my appointment but no notification and I specifically asked for them to notify me of the doctor being in network again. Went to my rescheduled appointment still with no notification of my request and ending with two canceled appointments on their end.

Great, for my first visit! Already looking forward to my second visit, when I will be getting 2 partials, a cancer screening, & more all paid for with my Insurance plan, after lady there helped me put my plan to work. Thank you Aspen Dental. See you again soon.

I didnt like getting my teeth measure by the nurse she hurt my mouth . and I think God that she was not the Doctor. But after I seen the Doctor i was so excited after he talk to me i was at ease.

My experience with Aspen Dental was horrible!! I went to them and had a tooth pulled, and about three weeks later I had two other teeth that are abscess. So I called them and told them the situation and asked if they would call in some antibiotics. Because I want the infection gone before I get the two teeth pulled. They told me “NO they won’t call me in any antibiotics, because it will make my pain worse”. That is a lie because I have had a abscess before and antibiotics are the only thing that stops the pain. The real reason that they would not call any antibiotics in is because they wanted me to come into the office so that they could charge me for a office visit. They also tried to tell me that they can pull my teeth even if they are abscess. That’s very dangerous I will never go back to Aspen Dental and I would advise no one else to go there either!!!

Terrible experience. I lost a crown and called to get an appointment. Waited a week to get in, got a babysitter and made my way to the dentist for them to just turn me away. I am pregnant and refused xrays. All I wanted was for them to temporarily glue my crown in until I can have dental work done. They refused to even have a consult with me. My time is valuable and I am beyond frusterated with the lack of professionalism and overall care. Just seems to be an impersonal, production line style corporate dentist.

Everyone was curtious, and explained well each step of the procedure as they went along.

THE WORST PLACE TO GO!! Mest my mouth up more and had to go to a different dentist the same day to fix what they did

They had to remove 9 teeth for my upper denture. The process went very well. The next day the nurse said that I was doing really good in my recovery. I took pain meds on the day and night of the extractions and one time 2 days later. My dentures were a spot on fit with only one slight adjustment thus far.

After not getting the paperwork needed we arrived when told which was 10 minutes before oral surgery to remove wisdom teeth. While waiting for 2 hrs for the appointment that was already late was told by the manager I could leave to get something to eat because my sugar was crashing. I was told I had 20 minutes. I was back in the 20 minute timeframe. My daughter told me that they had just cancelled the appointment 1 minute before because I wasn’t there.Don’t use them. I had to have my own account written off because they did a procedure I did NOT ask for then them canceling my daughters oral surgery for something I was given permission to leave for.They run late for 2 hrs then doc you for 1 min.Editing to add that maybe it was a good idea my daughters surgery was canceled after making us wait 2hrs. If the staff couldn’t spot a medical emergency standing in front of them how could I trust them to spot a medical emergency while my daughter was under anesthetics?

The nurses and everyone was extremely nice which is why I gave two stars but they wanted to charge me 997 dollars to clean teeth said that tarter build up is why I am hurting and why my gums are swollen and inflamed wouldnt give me antibiotics or anything for it because I couldnt pay 997 dollars to clean them. They are rip offs and only out for money. Will not go back

They just want to force you to buy extra services you dont want so they can make more money. They refused to do a regular cleaning on me unless I paid for a $550 gum treatment not covered by insurance

I went in expecting a consultation to determine the price of teeth whitening. When i arrived, they took 500 x-rays and made me wait for literally 2 hours for no reason. The first dentist tried to sell me a gum cancer screening and when the second dentist finally came back he said that the only thing they could do was veneers even though my teeth are straight and healthy?! This was a major red flag and made the whole experience seem like a giant money grab. I’m angry that I wasted $19 for a consultation fee. Would not recommend .

The worst dental experience I ever had in my life. I plan and work hard and took off work so I can get my dentures repaired. At the end of this experience I was in tears and then they sent the police to my house as if I was going to commit suicide do not use these people they are only out to make money they did not try to use what insurance had available.

He went above and beyond to provide great customer care ... Aspen is very fortunate to have him as an employee! His kindness and knowledge was very comforting in my time of need ... So I called to schedule an appointment for a crown because I just had a root canal. They would not see me unless I had a whole bunch of other stuff done even though they saw me last year and did all that then. I said I just had a root canal and only need a crown. They still refused to see me unless I had all the additional work done, saying that a dental professional who went to dental school would need to determine that. I informed her that an endodontist with far more training than a piddly Aspen Dental dentist had already determined that and advised me to get a crown. Bottom line is that they were purposefully trying to schedule me for unnecessary services to increase what they could charge me. No thanks. Ill pay a little more to go somewhere else.

Okay. What I’m going to say is extremely paradoxical. That was a very pleasant experience because the staff is so encouraging when you have extreme dental issues. They actually care and they’re very honest. I recommend that particular Aspen Dental, For anyone who has phobia of Dentists . Take it from me.

Dr Hall was absolutely Amazing, excellent bed side manners, very caring. Not once did he hurt me. Tried pulling broken tooth but broke again so had to surgically cut it out. My tooth was extremely hard to get out, but Dr Hall was patient and him and Nurse Tech Amanda were so good at talking to me. He still never hurt me. I’ve also had the quickest recovery ever from oral procedure. I’ve had many oral surgeries, this was the best experience I’ve EVER had, Period. Thank you so Much Dr Hall and nurse Amanda for being so Amazing at your career choices. Best dentist experience Ive had in years!

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. It is just so expensive.

Im not satisfied with how my teeth look and then I didnt even get the deals I seen on their website, that was my whole reason of going to them. I dont have dental insurance. I got charged a whole nother amount and I know my teeth werent that bad and didnt need much work.Then they try to play me by telling me the second time that I came back that I had to pay for that second cleaning and thats not what was told to me my first visit. I was told during my first visit that the cleaning I was getting done, I was told it would be finished the next time I came back. Nothing about no extra money.... If I knew I was getting charged I would have paid it then and or said no Im good on just the one cleaning. I dont play about money, especially money coming out of my pocket. I did get a discount because of the mess up, I didnt want to pay nothing at all I wish they could have went back and took back that cleaning.I also got another discount because I had to wait hours to be seen, because they didnt have it all together....Then at the end when they are closing some of the staff become unprofessional. Ive even seen one lady answering the phone with an attitude, slamming down the phone and then talking crazy to the people outside the door that were reading the papers that Aspen had posted outside the door. I wasnt sure if the people could hear the lady from the inside or not....Some of the staff are rude and some of them are polite. I hate to say this but I found the situation funny & I was high, I should have recorded it especially for people that find it hard to believe about what Im saying.

My appointment was for 1pm and I was not called in until 2:30pm.

I was not impressed by far.The Dentist did not listen to my concerns he talked at me and not to me. Any questions I had for him, he just repeated himself which made no sense to me considering I didnt understand was we was speed reading to me in the first place.All the fluff that came before the dentist was needed and expensive but could be done on the last visits not the 1 of 3 visits.As for the run down of my $13,000 bill which they explained there were payment options....there were non. As I asked the women to please indicate in further detail of what each visit ment, it made less since than what the visit abbreviation said.I was treated very poorly and dismissedAs for the Dr I told him 3x I have bleeding users caused by all the over the counter pain med Ive taken through the years for my pain. He told me he would send and antibiotic and painkillers emedaiatly to my pharmacy...he did not...i called the next morning to get the problem fixed and he sends me IB Profin as a pain killer. Nor just that with my bleeding ulsers any doctor would know Ibuprofen is a no no!!! My pharmacist called me emedaiatly with his concernThe office is not clear.....ut seam as if they want people in and out as fast as possible for more buisness. They dont listen to the painteints, they talk at them like we should know this foreign language and they dont explain because they are too much in a hurry for the next patient. As for the women that gave me payment options she treated me like I was a fool and huffed and showed her true self with no hesitation.Yes if there are this many issues in the 1st visit what do I do from here. Um from NY dont know dentist here but I need good rates so I dont have to go to Mexico or Thyland to have my work done at a decent price.

Dr. Caldwell was great, he was patient with me and did a greatjob, i would recommend him to anyone

It was a very long wait and all I got accomplished was X-rays and had to reschedule just to see the doctor. It was horrible but I’ll give it one more shot.

The dentist and his team were friendly, informative, and thorough. The billing/insurance staff; however, are completely incompetent. First, I went in for an initial exam and was told that the x-rays were covered by my insurance. I then received a bill for the x-rays. I called and spoke with someone who said she would follow back up with me, but did not receive a return call -- I had to follow up with Aspen Dental. During the initial visit, I received a quote for dental work that was more than I wanted to pay, even after insurance. I called to turn in a secondary insurance and was informed that it would take about 48 hours to process, which I understand. I had to follow back up with them myself and was told that the secondary insurance hadnt even been submitted yet because they were busy and essentially, would get to it when they get to it and she asked for the information again. I told her that it was Blue Cross and she said that Blue Cross is having 3 hour wait times and they arent going to wait that long. I understand that it would be frustrating to be on hold for a long period of time; however, that is YOUR job. Aspen Dental had the audacity to tell a patient that they arent going to extend even the expected amount of customer service necessary to execute a satisfactory professional relationship. This patient will be taking her business elsewhere and I recommend that you do the same.

My first experience here was terrifying at first but the staff quickly made me feel comfortable. Completely took care me, so when I needed to be taken care of again, I came back. I have been taken care of by Dental Assistant Amber, Hygienist Doreen and Dentist Dr. Harning. I have recommended and will continue to recommend this Aspen Dental to anyone! Thank you so much for the ease and caring you guys do.

The process was very smooth overall. It didnt take very long to be seen (of course with a appointment already made) They looked very busy but still were competent. The Dentist (cant remember his name) is very cool and relaxed.

This is a straight up scam. I cannot emphasize enough that you should google Aspen Dental and learn about the corporate scams they perpetuate. They are essentially a finance company operating through a dental clinic. You cannot just get a teeth cleaning or normal dental care. You will be xrayed, examined, and then given an earnest explanation of why you need several thousand dollars worth of work. If you refuse the plan they outline for you, they claim that due to their standard of care they cannot give you a cleaning. I assume that one of reason more people dont complain is because insurance covers much of it, if you have insurance. If you dont, they literally sit down with you like a car dealership finance manager and offer you finance packages.Please, for the love of God, do not get sucked in. Deal with a legit dental office in town!

The office was great! My experience was awesome. Staff was great! The office manager, front staff, and dental assistants were terrific during my experience. Very helpful. I feel extremely confident in my treatment plan from the doctor. Defiantly would recommend Aspen Dental in Chattanooga.

Doc Dane Harning was friendly, capable and no nonsense.. assistants Amber and Denise were quite pleasant as well. Todays cost/ pricing was better than fair. Very positive experience.. I will be back 😉

Their website says all emergency problems will be taken care of prior to x-rays, etc. I had a broken tooth. I was seen by the doctor, AFTER 1 & 1/2 hour x-ray and dental exam and was NEVER told, even after seeing the dentist, that they would not be treating me that day. These people treated me horribly. They left my husband and I sitting in an office without telling us everyone had gone home. All of this after confirming that I would be seen and treated. Horrible. Horrible. Dont believe a thing they say on their website because they did not do one of the things it promised. I was told by the dentist that an implant if needed would be some where around $3000. I was told by the woman taking x-rays (the expensive digital 360 type, without so much as asking permission), and invading my mouth by classifying each tooth that I would need periodontal surgery. I have a regular dentist that I visit twice a year. I use a Sonic toothbrush. I have assisted in many periodontal surgeries in the beginning of my working career, and at no time in my life, do I have, nor have I had, nor have I ever been told, I have periodontal disease, except by this woman who knew I had two dental health policies. In my opinion I was their patsy who needed real dental help. These are not the people to go to if you need help. My three thousand dollar estimate went to $8000. Go figure. Update: My husband arranged an appointment for me with a wonderful dentist just a few doors away. They not only fixed my tooth, but my insurance is paying for the crown, they are doing my x-rays for free because only one set will get paid by insurance, and they saved the tooth without an implant.

Between fitting and the way my top teeth feel. Sorry but I’m not happy and won’t be until I get what I paid for. Awful fitting on top and even worse on bottom after 5 tries. Not happy because I’ve been without teeth 3 months. Top only because I had no choice to go out in public willingly

I cannot express how wonderful all the staff is at this location. EVERYONE and I mean everyone is so patient and kind. From the time you walk through the door until the time you leave, is made a-special experience for each and every person. I am a VA dental guy, and am wanting the VA to take care of me. However, I didnt know I was eligible until just a few weeks ago. So my previous dentist had already done an evaluation, and cleaning. Well, I broke my crown recently and I was hoping to get reattached temporarily until I could get the VA to fix it. I was very clear about this on the phone. So, they schedule me an appointment and Im waiting 45 min past the time of my appointment. They do a full evaluation, tell me a whole bunch more is wrong than my other dentist did a month ago and then... still didnt reattach my crown. Complete waste of time and money and still didnt get what I needed done.

Aspen staff were ALL very Friendly, Caring ,Experienced and Knowledgeable people. They eagerly answered questions ans honestly knew their job.

I scheduled an appointment online 2 weeks ago, got there and they told me that my appointment time was already booked, so much for walk-ins. Next available appointment was 2 weeks later, so I fill out all the paperwork at that time so I didnt have to the day of my appointment. I get there at 115 for my 130 appointment. Didnt leave until 330, but when Im leaving they told me theyre not accepting new patients with my insurance at this time, but they will give me a coupon. Tell me why they waited 2 weeks and 2 hours while Im in there to tell me about my insurance!!

The staff was very professional and friendly. It was my first visit, the very through exam revealed some work that I needed. It was a very costly proceedor and I felt very pressured to get it done. I have no insurance therefore had to use my own means to pay. I wish I would have waited to have it done so I could have shopped around for possible better price.

Scam. They tried to tell me that I had gingivitis and eight cavities! They wouldnt do a normal cleaning until I went through some gingivitis procedures that were not covered by my insurance. I declined and went over to Shabo Dental after looking up other dental offices. I was told no gingivitis, although I did have one cavity. Also, Aspen Dental office was outdated and dirty. The room I was in was very small. Go up the street to Shabo Dental for an amazing experience. They give you a warm beaded neck pillow and offer a hand scrub to help relax you. Inside is a beautiful seaside theme. Its so beautiful and relaxing! Such amazing staff too. I was given free teeth whitener to test out when I was inquiring about different products too!

I am extremely impressed by the staff and treatment at Aspen Dental in the Chattanooga office. The treatment is top notch and the staff is compassionate and caring. Knowledgeable and equipt to help me with my dental emergency. I am now using them for all my dental needs. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

I had the worst experience with Aspen. The dental assistants, front desk and office manager are all friendly, caring and knowledgeable. However I dont feel the same about the doctor that did my widom teeth extraction. I feel that he didnt show any empathy with my level of pain. My husband later that evening after my extraction called the emergency line to tell them I was in really bad pain. He was told we would get a returned phone call from the doctor in 20 minutes, never happened. I had to got to the emergency room in which they discovered I still had fragments left where my wisdom teeth had been removed causing my pain. Long story short... My husband and I cancelled future appointments for other dental work and decided to go elsewhere. I would not recommend anyone going to Aspen. They definitely run the facility like a pop up shop.... Meaning all about the money and not about the patients.

Office staff was very kind. Heather in particular was very helpful in checking different discounts to help with the price of services needed. Dr. Dan was straight to the point and very genuine. I would recommend this place to a friend, much more reasonably priced than other dentists in the area. Did have to wait for quite about a half hour after my appointment time to be called back, and to meet with the office staff to go over prices but that is the only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 Star.

I always have a great experience at Aspen Dental. The staff is always friendly and accommodation and gets me back quickly. Dr. Ashley always lets you know what to expect and explains as she is working, making sure I feel comfortable. I used to dread going to the dentist, but I always feel at ease here.

The Staff working at this branch are clueless and doesn’t know what they are doing. They don’t have a streamlined information where everyone knows how to handle an issue. Very rude and really WORST SERVICE EVER. Their services might be cheap, but you do get what you pay for. BEWARE!!!!

Aspen Dental is a friendly atmosphere, the staff there are very nice they go out their way to make sure that your concerns and needs are met. First time with them and I was amazed, the prices are affordable and they will work with you financially as well. Dr.Boiling is Awesome from making sure I was completely numb before she pulled my wisdom tooth to making sure I was comfortable as well. Shes gentle and knows what shes doing well, not even five minutes it was over, didnt feel not one thing!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT ASPEN DENTAL!!!!!!! Ive found a great dentist in Chattanooga who values their patients!!

You really cant beat a special price of $19 for a full set of x-rays (including 360 x-ray) and a periodontal check! When I arrived I was greeted immediately by friendly staff. Office and waiting room were clean and modern. They not only did the x-rays mentioned above but also did a live imaging scan of all my teeth. I was able to see a full 3D representation of the inside of my mouth! Ive never seen that before. The one thing I didnt care for is the 3 hard plastic things they used in my mouth for the regular x-rays. The one thing I loved was the hygienist who did my periodontal check. I usually hate those because someone usually pokes my gums or else it takes a long time, etc. Doreen was fast and so gentle. Would definitely recommend going here.

Dr. Dan was great! I just had my wisdom teeth pulled from there and the experience was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and did all they could to make sure I was comfortable. I plan on going there for all of my dental needs.

Scheduled a cleaning as a new patient. 2 hours and 45 minutes after getting there, walked out without the cleaning that I went there for. I got X-ray’s and a consultation. I won’t be back to a place that wastes my time and is (I now know) known for trying to sell unneeded services. AVOID!!!

This place is all about pushing cleanings and straight smiles. I came in for the first time and told them I had a broken tooth and it hurt. After going through the endless xrays and 360 imagining I finally got to see the dentist.During my whole time there I was asked twice how I would rate my smile and why I didnt taste it a ten. How about asking me how I would rate the pain I was in? It was obvious that they were only concerned with up selling cosmetic services.The dentist tells me I need to have a complete 3500 cleaning process before they would agree to put two crowns on my back molars, one of which was the tooth that was causing me pain. I had to tell him to pull the cracked tooth to fix the problem which was fine with them but they werent going to do what was needed to save the tooth by putting a crown on it.So in the end Im minus one tooth, pain in my jaw is gone and it cost me less than $200. I think they are unethical and put up selling ahead of my treatment.I have them a 2 because at least they did the tooth extraction correctly.

Got my tooth pulled and the procedure went nice and smooth. I didnt have to wait long from them to take me back, they explained everything and the shorty out pops my tooth and I was on with my day.

The doctor was not too caring. He looks like he just got out of high school . I just was not pleased with him . He did not explain things well and. Did not seem very knowable of my sistuation and lots of other things that I do have time to discuss. The staff. Was great especially the 2 ladies in the front when you come.

For a first time patient visit I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and quality of care. Everyone was very informative and generally nice to talk to. Procedures were done quickly and professionally. I will be coming back.

This place is a joke. Went here as an emergency and they told me I needed about 5 other services done before they even checked the one tooth I was in for in the first place. Then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do for the tooth I actually came in for. Also they won’t release my own xrays to me so I can give them to my actual dentist. Avoid this place even if it’s an emergency.

The staff was nice and polite. The front office helped me with my insurance and everyone from the tech to the hygienist to dentist were helpful.

Starting with the front desk receptionist who was extremely nice, xray tech great, Doreen hygienist awesome ,Dr Bowling Dentist great & went the extra mile as my issue wasnt a normal issue by taking a picture on her phone & Calling her husband for his take on the situation. ( Amazing) & Stephanie that explained the financial part . All in all really positive experience & It felt like good energy through out all the process. Everyone seemed happy at the office. . They treated me as a human being instead of a # on a chart. Refreshing 4 Sure.😀

My experience is always awesome when I go to get my teeth cleaned. The whole staff is very friendly and personable. I used to dread going to the dentist but Dr. Boling does her best to make sure you get the care you need thats affordable. I had a teeth whitening there last year and I was very pleased with how it turned out. They are still sparkling! I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a well-educated, professional, friendly dentist.

I woke one morning to the fact that my Siberian Husky Timberwolf Mix puppy had decided to eat my dentures as a midnight snack so therefore I had no teeth and they were really great about getting me in that day getting me fitted for my dentures and trying to work me in to get them done by Christmas still dont know if Im going to have my teeth by Christmas but its still nice to know that theyre willing to try and they were all very nice very easy-going or willing to work with us financially which is very rare these days and my dog did not die for my dentures so overall its a great place to go get your dentures and you deal with friendly easy people to work with and Dentures cannot kill your dog thank you.

Dont bother going here, all they care about is money. Manager acts like a used car salesman, trying to push extra features and making customers jump through hoops, and pay massive amounts of money to get anything done. Their way of doing things is completely backwards.

This was a rip off place. Instead of helping you get your teeth fixed they are highway robbery 9,000.00 to do what they wanted to so called fix them. 3 in half long hours to get disappointed by their prices and then they want you to credit it or get a co-signer to sign. They are just like all the rest of the dental offices I’ve been to money and it up front I didn’t even get a cleaning they took what my Medicare’s part of pay and I got nothing but xrays. People are extremely friendly but 9,000 a pop would make Satan friendly. I’m heartbroken that I can’t get any help to fix my mouth from the infection it will soon cause. Already dealing with stage 4 out of 4 liver Disease the TV got my hopes up I’ve always had a beautiful mouth busted but to keep them clean just to lose them from vitamin Deficiency. I don’t want anyone else getting heartbroken the way I did. I just wanted to smile without feeling Disgusted about it. Don’t even want my kids to look at me. Wish you all the best and thank you.

The dentist and everyone in the office is very kind.... But save up for dentures, the prices are so high... With paying around 5 grand you only get the one set of teeth, adjusted of course. But youd think for that much youd get a new basic set after 6 now....Guessing Ill never get to smile again 😥

Wonderful, friendly staff. Highly professional. I had no dental insurance for some years so when I finally was able to get dental work done I had lots of work. They were excellent.

I was scared but Dr. Dan eased my mind by using laughing gas then getting me numb enough. He pulled 2 teeth in less then 5 minutes. I dont like all the dentists that work in that office but I highly recommend him if u want it done right. I might not be as scared next time thanks to Dr. Dan so if u are like me a big baby ask for him.

I had a filling fall out and didnt have any Insurance, I needed it pulled because I let it go so long, I went to aspen dental and had a lovely experience. Ashely at the front desk was so lovely and helpful to me, she helped me feel calm and helped me with everything and it didnt cost hardly anything, Dr. Boling did my extraction with ms Denise helping and they did a fantastic job I didnt even know I had already had my shot till it was over and the tooth came out so fast I didnt realize it. Over all a wonderful experience. Aspen dental, thank you so much for your help Ill definitely be back for any of my dental needs.

I highly recommend the Chattanooga Aspen dental location. Holly made me feel exceptionally comfortable. Dr Dan is an outstanding dentist and has so much care for his patients and heather was very helpful and got us worked in to start same day!! I was happy with everyone and my all around experience !! Definitely 5 stars !!

Day berfore appointment I was called. Aspen wanted to speak with the minor instead of the adult person and was redirected. Taylor who identified herself as the office manager wanted to know the purpose of the visit and was also told that this information was given prior to making the appointment. She then went into what they would be treating for if found. She then told that we have a regular dentist for those purposes. She stated that she would discontinue the appointment. She was told instead that the appointment would be kept for the services that the appointment was made for. Also the email remaining us of the appointment had one time and once you clicked on the button confirming the appointment it had 30 minutes later. The office was called and we were told we could come at the time listed in the email however once we got to the office, the patient was taken back after waiting over 30 minutes and then sat in the back for another 30 minutes.
