I’ve been having serious respiratory issues and was referred to PCCC. I was sent for a Pet Test several months back and have not gotten any results back other than being told I don’t have cancer. I still would like to know what the nodules were or is. I’ve been hospitalized and no site of the Dr. there. A couple months back I ask for my medical records and have been given the run around those as well. I had a doctors appointment 4/16/2021, I received 3 calls prior from PCCC sayin I was to be seen on that date in the Jasper,Tn. office at 12p.m. Jasper,Tn. time and not a single soul was there. I called the Chattanooga office on Mcallie Ave. numerous times and was put on hold every single time when someone did pick up. I called the Jasper office and was told I had the wrong number. I called the Chattanooga office back from my fiancé’s phone and someone picked up right away, and then was put on hold after stating who I was and why I was calling.....I waited on hold for almost 5 minutes befor I hung up and called back. Upon calling back I was told to go back to the office and wait there for 20 minutes until someone could get there to see me. Very unacceptable.

Great service. Covered all aspects of my condition and care recommended.I felt like they care about me and the help I need. They are very thorough, from the minute I was called back to their office thru my discharge, it was a very good and pleasant experience. Great doctors.

I found my last visit very frustrating. I was given contradictory information. Meredith called an Xray up on the computer and looked at it for a while but did not tell me or show me anything about it. For all I know, it may not even been mine. She said I looked much better than when she had seen me in February. I said she had not seen me in February. She looked that up, and it proved to be correct: she did not see me in February. There were questions I wanted to ask but didnt get a chance to during the appointment, which felt rushed. When I called back to see if I could ask them, I was told I would have to come in for a regular, costly appointment as no information would be given to me over the phone. The Respirtech people who are working with me have asked me questions based on the information they received from the P&CCC office that do not accurately reflect what I have been told (for example, they say, have you had fewer hospital stays since you started using the equipment, but I have had no hospital stays ever due to my lung problems). I reported my dissatisfaction to my insurance company.

The practice manager, Wendy is probably the worst human I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. She gets pleasure in going out of her way to make your life difficult and bullying those who work under her, and I have seen it first hand for myself and others. I would not be surprised if she treats patients in this manner either. I would not recommend this place solely because of her. Sorry.
