Personally, very disappointed with service.I was there yesterday for my highlights and cut, but color is completely uneven , on the right side she applied a lot of color and on left side color is very less, color is in just middle left all bottom of hair.please admin if you can see this , give me a good solution for this. the money I spent was not worth it , I paid $183 in which I got charged $32 for glaze shades and $8 for extra color even after that color is not consistent.

First time going here to get my haircut. They were decently priced and could get me in right away which I appreciate. The shop environment was really friendly and well designed. My hair stylist was attentive and for a first time visit, did a great job!

I went into Hair a go-go nervous because I had never dyed my hair an unnatural color before. The staff was friendly, which put me at ease! Brittany Smith was my stylist and I got the new wave. I got the ends of hair pink! My appointment was at 12:30 and I stayed until about 3. The price was fair and I am freaking excited about my results! Brittany was a wonderful stylist and so so talented. A-Go go here if you want your hair dyed a cool color!

This was my first time, and I’m actually from out of town (MIchigan you cannot get haircut due to Covid19 yet). The place was very welcoming and clean. I wanted a new haircut style and the hair stylist listened and communicated very well. I love my new cut!

The single best haircut Ive had. I have been to a lot of salons and gotten a lot of haircuts. Though Im content and happy with many, this experience left me realizing what I was missing. From the wash to the styling, Kaylee did a fantastic job. Im actually getting compliments on my haircut and style. Much appreciated boost!

The lady who did my hairs name is Brittany she listened to everything I had to say and she did a great job on my hair they deserve every bit of five stars because theyre talented and friendly the only drawback is theyre not very familiar with older style haircuts but that is okay they will listen to you and do their best to give you what you want

I have been looking for a new hair salon in Chattanooga for a while. I was really excited to try Hair a Go-Go and from the minute I walked in, felt extremely comfortable and welcome. Everyone was so friendly and the atmosphere, with TVs, is unlike any other salon Ive ever been in. Karla was my stylist and she was fantastic. She gave me exactly what I wanted, and I LOVE my new color. I thought I had found a permanent home, until I checked out. The cost for me to get a partial highlight, roots covered, and a trim was $162, total with a tip $180. That is by far the MOST Ive ever paid to get my hair done. Im from Atlanta and have never paid nearly that much. I found it absurd that I was charged $41 for a trim that literally took less than two minutes. Im very disappointed I wont be able to go back, after having such a great experience. While hair care is extremely important, $180 is ridiculous. I give the salon 5 stars all around, until it comes to pricing.

I had made an appointment for my husband who desperately needed a haircut, as i was making the appointment i wrote it down on a piece of paper, and since i am very forgetful I just made sure that my appointment was at 730, I then proceeded to immediately text my husband the time and place since it was our first time there. We show up a few days later at 7:36 we got pretty lost since we just moved to this city. We show up and the front desk girl said that we were late and she needed to make sure that it was still okay for our hair stylist to see us. Okay no problem 5 minutes shouldnt be a big deal. but we were extremely confused because we were only 5 minutes late. the girl comes down and said we cant see you because we were 15 minutes late. apparently our appointment was at 715 and not 730... the place was nearly empty. (Regardless of the mix-up they should have seen him) I am 100% sure the girl said 730 not 715. We just left and went to a different hair salon. very unprofessional. Not going back. I would suggest working on your customer service skills.

Great haircut. Ive been going here since it was in Elizabeths House. One of the most unusual things is they schedule appropriately so you almost never have to wait long to begin your appointment. They do a great job, get me out quickly, and are very friendly.

Worst hair dying experience ever !!! My daughter was supposed to get blonde highlights and came home with splotchy blonde hair. It looked like they attempted to dye her entire head blonde. She was way over charged !!!!! I wouldnt have even paid for it if it had been me cause it looks like it was done at home with store bought hair dye. She definitely deserves to have her hair redone free of charge but if they cant get it right the first time, then why give them a second chance to mess it up again.

I walked right in and got an awesome haircut!!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, it made losing 6 inches of my hair feel amazing!!! I’ll definitely be back!!!

The atmosphere is great and the staff is very nice and polite. However, for a $60 haircut, I was not thoroughly satisfied. After I got home I realized that I hadnt gotten as many layers as I wanted (I showed my hairdresser a picture of the haircut that I wanted which was a really choppy look). She also made a mistake cutting my bangs on the top of my head and cut my side burn awkwardly short. I cant say that Ill be going back.

Chris is outstanding! I visited him upon recommendations from two different people. This was my second cut with him, and I couldnt be happier. Plus - I had him do a balayage on my hair from an ashy natural brown to lighten it up significantly (after no color in my hair for over five years!) - and it is GORGEOUS. Better than the Pinterest inspiration photos I showed him. So, so happy!

This happened about 1.5 years ago, but I had an awful experience here. So I showed my stylist pics of a caramel/brown/auburn balayage, and then she dyed my ENTIRE HEAD OF HAIR BRIGHT RED. After crying in the bathroom for a quick minute (lol), I went to the front desk where she and her manager were standing, showed her the pictures again, and asked her if she could please make my hair look more like what Id asked for. Long story short: I was there for 4.5 HOURS, still left with hair that looked nothing like Id asked for, and the management was rude and didnt even say oh, sorry about that.

I guess I shouldve read reviews before going in. One of the worst haircuts Ive ever had. However, I know part of it is that I decided to get bangs and realized thet didnt look good on me. BUT, they were cut TERRIBLY. I shouldve complained and Im sure they wouldve tried to make it right. I was just unsure whether or not it was because I didnt like having bangs. That was not entirely the case, and I didnt realize how awful they were cut until I got home. Someone warned me about this salon after I told them why I was wearing a Bobby pin everyday to keep my bangs back. Oh well, hair grows, live and learn.

The receptionist was especially friendly and kind and the atmosphere was amazing but ...this trip to the salon left me devastated . I got a balayage done the 97 dollar one the chorus I believe its called ? I thought the mix of natural and florescant lighting was just throwing what my finalized color looked like since it was so drastically different from previous balayages. I decided not to complain and just get home and see it in lighting that Im used too . Its not anything like what I asked for . Its got too much warmth too it and you can barely see my natural base . I showed my stylist a photograph and she assures she could do it . But my end results speak otherwise . Its patchy , looks dull and is completely lifeless . The damage I put my hair through and the money I spent was not worth it . My 36 dollar 1 inch trim looks chunky and flat . I wouldnt even step back into that salon for a correction because Im so displeased . They gave me a few samples and Im sure they have other wonderful stylists . Just make sure you do your research prior to booking .

I went to these guys several times, had several different stylists and asked for the same thing every time. I have very thick hair that is all one length, not of my choosing but because I literally cant convince a stylist to cut it. I explained this every time I went in for a style and they tried to talk me out of what I was asking for and then basically just trimmed my hair, which I expressly said I did not want. I tried to give them one more chance last week and requested an appointment through the portal on their website. They had me choose three different days so I could make sure to get in. I got a confirmation email that they received my request and then...nothing. The days Id requested went by and I did not receive a phone call or even an email. Now its a week later and I still have not been contacted in any way. Hair a go go seems to be all about the rock image but apparently asking for layers, a v in the back, or contact when I attempt to make an appointment is way too extreme.

I asked what the price would be for the treatment and once I received the treatment they changed the price. They charged me much more than what was indicated.

The customer service is excellent, and the products have an amazing quality that didnt damage my hair like other places have.
