I love Kyles team at Focus Treatment Center. Ive been impressed with his professionalism and the quick response times. This week I had a client that needed a specialized type of RTC treatment outside of our scope. I reached out to Kyle, and his team was able to schedule an assessment and begin the admissions process immediately. I am very thankful that I have this resource for my clients. Choosing focus was one of the best decisions I ever made. The staff is absolutely amazing and supportive. Everyone there made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for a rehabilitation center to get into. Plus the food is absolutely amazing :)

This place saved my life. I was treated for alcohol addiction. I received one on one counseling, group counseling, and much more treatment help. I have so many tools and access to help outside Focus. The staff are amazing, everyone. The treatment was amazing. There is nothing negative I can say about Focus Treatment Center. The best! I enjoy life and being alive again. my faith is strong again. There’s no rehab like focus that’s just the bottom line, the techs there actually genuinely care about each individual person and take time to build relationships with them. They were so patient and understanding with me.

Amazing place I always thought that I could handle addiction on my own and I tried time and time again and it never work I’d try and talk to friends and to family and they just didn’t get it or understand addiction or what I was going through so I decided to get help so I didn’t have to do it on my own and with my own willingness to change my life allowed Focus Healthcare to help save my life because without them I wouldn’t know myself today I wouldn’t love myself today and I wouldn’t have the tools to fight my addiction properly without the proper tools and their staff continuing to get blessed daily thank you so much for all you’ve done for me and my family!!!!!

Im not the poster child success story like the rest. Maybe theres a different staff now ? My company had excellent benefits and after experiencing car accident like most my pain was out of control . After awhile to do what was best for myself +family I willing went into this program. I completed the program or I was told ! I was released! My company paid well over $38=== While I was in Focus my Spouse fled the state with my children left me owing over draft fees, etc.. Then FOCUS called and said I was released too soon! Though I stayed the same amount time as the rest of my group. I couldnt believe this! Then they reported it too MY EMPLOYER AND I LOST MY JOB! So the only ones that benefited from FOCUS WAS FOCUS BY 38=== TRIED TO DO THE RIGHT THING ASK FOR HELP , LOST SPOUSE & KIDS , JOB , CAR, HOME , AND HAVE NOT RECOVERED SINCE ! FOCUS RUINED MY LIFE WHEN I ASKED FOR HELP NOW I HAVE NO JOB NO INSURANCE NO WAY TO GET MY LIFE BACK ON TRACK I OFTEN WANDER IF THAT ADVISOR HAD BEEN IN MY PLACE AND FOUND OUT THEIR CHILDREN WERE GONE ? WOULD YOU GO LOOK FOR THEM OR RETURN TO FOCUS FOR MORE COUNSELING? HEY YOU SENT MY LIFE DOWN A DARKER PATH GETTING ME DISPLACED FROM THE WORKING FIELD WITH A TARNISHED RECORD AFTER THAT TERMINATION AND PERSONAL LOSS

This treatment center has helped so many people I know that had hit rock bottom and now those people are active members of our society. I just want to say thank you to all that your rehabilitation center does for Chattanooga and the people that go through your programs.

Recovery from an eating disorder is not something one plans to face in their life. It is a journey that requires you to face the deepest sorrow and strongest pain inside of you while you draw strength from God, yourself, and your support team. I am blessed to have the Focus Treatment Center as part of my support team. While in Chattanooga I was treated with dignity and respect in the midst of circumstances where people could have been sterile and unfeeling. The counselors, nurses, techs, admissions counselors, and all those I encountered treated me with compassion and kindness. This was not a place where I was a name on a chart or an ID number but instead I was living, breathing, hurting, scared woman who had chosen to stop running. Even now they continue to encourage me from a distance. If you or a loved one chooses to seek residential help to thrive instead of merely survive, Focus is a wonderful place to go. They will answer all of your questions along the way and be the catalyst to help you find your voice and you strength. It’s one of the hardest things you will choose to do but oh man is it worth it.

Ive said it before and Ill say it again, Focus saved my life! Life was so dismal prior to coming here. All of the wonderful treatment professionals that work here are great and dedicated people. The doctors helped stabilize my mental health, the counselors aided in changing my perspective, the techs teached a wonderful curriculum and were always extremely fair and non judgemental. The facility is very clean, full of amenities, and the food was fantastic. 28 days wasnt easy but it set me up with a foundation to serve rest of my life. I feel so alive today and have a purpose. Furthermore, the Intensive outpatient is helping stabilize myself as I reintegrate myself back into a healthy lifestyle. 43 days clean and sober today and never saw this as a possibility at the focal point of my addiction. I was very pleased with the compassion and professionalism at Focus. Their staff, from counselors to dietary assistants are welcoming and committed to the recover of their clients. The intake process was smooth as silk. It was the primary reason I chose Focus...a good choice indeed.

Focus is full of love, kindness, and clinical integrity. I am so impressed with the staff and their level of expertise, compassion, and genuine care for every patients well-being. I have had a number of eating disorder patients that have gone through the Focus residential treatment program, and they always come out so much brighter and stronger then when they went in. Its a beautiful thing to see, and I especially love hearing their stories of the exceptional care they received. Humbled and grateful to have this resource right here in Tennessee!

I am the wife of a client who went there, It has been over a year and a half and my husband is still doing well. He learned a lot there. Im sure that the person going for treatment has to want to get better for it to work. He wanted to and the program has worked for him so far.... One day at a time, as they say. It takes a lot of courage and work to truly change, and I think if you are willing the folks at Focus can help.

We trusted this facility with the care of a dear friend & they exceeded our expectations! They made what could be considered a very overwhelming process seem very easy and normal. The facility itself was very clean and the staff went above and beyond to make the patient feel extremely safe and confident with their decisions. I would recommend this center to anyone who has a loved-one that is battling an addiction or disorder.

Going into to Focus I was not in a good place mentally. I wasn’t motivated and I was only going to treatment because my parents wanted me to. In my time there I learned many invaluable lessons and ways to change how I think about myself and others. I formed incredible bonds with both staff and peers. I absolutely credit Focus with saving my life. I will always be very grateful for the care I received while there and appreciate all my team did for me. I cannot recommend Focus enough to anyone looking into Eating Dosorder treatment.

Focus saved my life. After years of being heavily medicated on the wrong medications, I finally met with a psychiatrist that not only found the perfect medications for me but also listened to what I had to say as far as my concerns and was very considerate of my being sensitive when my concerns with medications came up. I will forever hold these people dear to me. I was in the ED unit and also attended some of the substance abuse courses. There was not one staff member there that I did not enjoy. Every staff member whether it being a tech, therapist, psychiatrist, or even a cook or maintenance...each one showed genuine kindness.

I had placed a few calls to get information on their eating disorder program and was told I would need to just come in to talk to someone so they could check my insurance coverage and show me the facility. I finally got the guts to go in today and was handed a few brochures from a very confused receptionist and given a, well this is really all we have.... I asked if there was a process to get information on the facility and maybe a tour as I had called before and was told to come in. She said no one was available and they had to check insurance before they could show me around. Im crushed. I built it up in my head that they were there to help people but it just seemed super unorganized and vague. It was weird because there was a tall man in a green shirt with a name badge that looked like he wanted to come out and help me but he ultimately just went back into an office ....

Every aspect of focus treatment center has gone beyond my expectations! Every staff member is kind and genuine. Focus is very intentional in how they handle their clients(patients). Focus from top executive to staff under him are so welcomeing. Focus is a judgement free facility. I believe Focus Chattanooga is beneficial to all walks of life and seasons of life. The counselors are well skilled, relatable and displays complete professionalism.The focus journey has given me direct tools and new knowledge for my challenges. I can not be more pleased with my experience at Focus Chattanooga and will definitely recommend to others. An A+ facility.

I have been referring patients to Focus since we opened in 2005. Now I am honored to be part of the team.

We only want the best for our loved ones that is why we choose focus for my fiancé . Now after him being in the program and myself participating in family therapy all I can do is have faith and hope for the best at this point very disappointed alot of the staff I found rude if not rude just wanted to do as little as possible to help. Also I found certain things unprofessional we were told that in order to focus fully on recovery men and women were monitored or keep separated except for group sessions. Even smoke breaks were separated. They fail to mention after hours such as after midnight smoking is allowed basically most of the night so if people are alowed to stay up half the night outside smoking unsupervised how can they focus on daytime sessions and group ? Another thing I found very unprofessional is women techs are allowed in mens rooms alone? Now I know when I go to a doctor if it is male tech a female tech always has to be in the room with the male tech the entire time. I also observed during open group women and men that were in stay patients sitting together even sitting almost on top of each other or at each others feet sitting between the opposite sex legs flirting joking and just having themselves a great time this included some women techs also . When there was a roomega full of empty chairs to sit in. Not only was that very disturbing but I was told I would get a update call on my fiance progress and well being within 3 days of his stay. I never received a call so when his counselor finally did call almost 2 weeks later to set up a family session I asked how he was doing ? I was told he would have to be there 5 days before getting a phone call. I myself had to inform his counselor he had already been there 2 weeks and he and I had already spoken several times. I was wanting to know from her how he was doing she had no knowledge of his case it seemed and very unorganized. Later my fiancé told me she didnt even know his name called him Fred in group. Later that same day the counselor called me to reschedule the family session appointment she made us because she had double booked our appointment on top of another family session. At that time I put a phone call into upper management as I was concerned that he wasnt getting proper treatment or attention he should be getting . After my complaint I was assured it would be taken care of even though it was taken care for the amount of money you are spending for treatment you would not think I would have had to put a call into upper management to make sure he was being cared for. In my opinion the staff needs to be reviewed and also standard procedures and conduct need to be reviewed with the staff .
