Royal Massage always gets me in for an appointment really fast! Even the same day! Today I had a lot of physical issues in my body. I was given advice on how to alleviate at home and we talked through what was causing the issue. I could tell the staff really cared.(I wish I had asked her name!) She was very intuitive to my body’s needs and I can’t rave enough about this hidden gem! Worth checking out for those days when your body just can’t take it anymore and you can’t wait for relief!

Expect a one handed massage. 90% of the time was one elbow rubbing around half heartedly while the other hand was resting on the table. spent 30 seconds on each leg and it was over. Nice enough lady, but not a good massage.

It was noisy the oil was awful smelling I think it was olive oil, no doors just curtains. Also you pay before the massage? How do you what to tip, to expensive never go back. Wanted to leave after 10 minutes

I paid for a 60 minute massage and received less than 55 minutes. The masseuse was incredibly chatty and made it impossible for me to relax. I was never asked about the pressure being okay and it was not. It felt like she was simply rubbing oil on my back and not massaging. When she got to my legs it was so painful I couldnt even breathe. Her draping technique was almost nonexistent. I felt incredibly exposed because I was not adequately covered for most of the massage.When I said I wanted a refund, they locked me out of the store and ignored my phone calls. When they finally answered, they hung up on me.

I love Royal Massage. I can usually get in right away. The therapists listen to what you need and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Love this place! They are COVID-19 conscious. I struggle with back pain because of scoliosis and migraines and its been a big help.

Good service - not as relaxing as a traditional spa but availability is same day and it gets the job done

I’ve been to many places to get a massage, mostly high end expensive spa’s but I’ve never had as good of a massage as I have here. I was hesitant but couldn’t have been happier with the service and quality. Highly recommend

I would give 0 stars of I could. I paid for an hour deep tissue message. What I got was more knots in my neck and shoulders then I had when i arrived. The entire message was 30 minutes of rubbing cold oil on my back. Then the massage therapist asked me to turn over and she went to wash her hands. When she returned with no oil rubbed my face and leg I have two legs but only one received a message. No message of my shoulders, chest, feet, hands, or leg. This was the worst massage Ive ever received. Ive had free massages better then one I just paid for. Dont waste you time or money just go somewhere else.

I can NOT rate this place at all... It does NOT deserve the one that I had to give it to post it. I am a Certified Massage Therapist and the massage that I received was the worse! There are a lot of donts that were done... 1: When giving a massage you always keep at least one hand on your client even if your reaching to get more lotion or massage oil. (She broke contact several times to walk across the room to get the massage oil needed) 2: Talk on the phone. (She had her blue tooth on and talking with someone - conversation was short, but its the fact that she felt the need to talk to that person during my massage) 3: Leave the room in the middle of a massage. (She left the room 3 times - 1st to check the dyer, 2nd to go to the bathroom (yes, she did wash her hands. They were ice cold), and 3rd to check who walked in the front door). To top things off, none of the rooms have doors. Only a curtain that was at least 2 feet off the ground. when the massage was over and I was changing, she walked past the room and the curtain swung open. When that happened, I could see the front door and outside.This is NOT a place I will EVER go back too! IF I had the time and funds, I would show them how a professional does it right.

Great for an effective massage without the extras of a salon. Decently priced, clean, and wonderful staff. Very flexible schedule too!

By far the worst massage I have ever received. I got out of the bed in 10 minutes into a hour massage because it was so incredibly terrible. Asked for more pressure multiple times because the person was giving none. He told me if he rubs hard it would damage my skin what a joke. They still charged me $20 for 20 minutes that I wasnt in. Told me it was a long day thats why I got a poor massage? Honestly probably the worst establishment Ive been to. I wanted to like them since I live close but I would avoid.

Wasnt bad but wasnt the best either feel like for what I paid it should of been a better experience and better massage.
