I recently moved into the area and have opened several accounts with Wings. Each time I have visited the staff have been very nice and willing to answer my questions. Today I had a meeting with Dan and he was able to set me up with a socially responsible savings account for my future.

HORRIBLE! We had an auto loan through them. They keep trying to charge us for auto insurance that we never received from them. Weve had our own insurance the entire duration of the loan. Our insurance agent had to send over every single document every 3 or 4 months for the two years we had a loan through them. Every billing period, the invoice tacked on insurance charges -- them trying to charge us for their own insurance. We finally closed the loan out about two months ago, and have still received invoices the last two months, of them trying to charge us $600 for their insurance. SO ANNOYING!!!!

If you want headache and bad customer service this is the bank for you.We moved in Feb of 2018 and wanted to stay with a CU due to not liking big banks. When we first went in the lady at the front was really knowledgeable, friendly, and got us set up with a gentleman that day to open an account. This is where everything starts going wrong.When we first opened the account they asked if I wanted a Debit Card, I said yes, we finished opening our account and went on our way. About 2-3 weeks go by and no Debit Card so I stopped in and asked about it, they told me I didnt say I wanted one. Strike 1. I will say the lady was nice and printed me one that same day.That same day we also asked to speak to someone about an issue we were having with the app, it kept telling me I wasnt allowed to deposit over 3K a month using the app and we wanted to get some clarification since we have never been told we cant deposit over a certain amount of money via an app before with previous banks. Weve never been a problematic customer and have no issues financially that made any sense to be told we couldnt deposit however much we would like into our bank account. The guy couldnt really answer our questions and told me its because we were new but he would send a request to increase the limit but he warned us it was going to be denied. It was. Strike 2.Today was Strike 3 and we will be changing banks. We went in with rolled change and some money we needed to deposit. They explained we needed to use the coin machine, so we unrolled all our change ($49), sent it through the machine, the machine spit out a ticket for less. It did reject one of the coins that we thought was a quarter, but the ticket difference was for more than the .25 spit back. We went up to the teller and explained the situation, she proceeded to roll her eyes and deposited the incorrect amount. I explained multiple times that their machine counted incorrect and I asked what she was going to do to fix the error. She rolled here eyes again said she couldnt accept money the machine rejected (which wasnt what I was asking at all, I was asking her to give us the money the machine DIDNT count, not rejected), she was getting more and more rude and said she would go check the coin machine. Imagine that, there was loose change that had not been counted, instead of apologizing we got a snotty Is this good enough for you? as she deposited the amount into our account. We got home, called to file a complaint and they apparently cant transfer phone calls right either because we were transferred to a busy signal.As far as rates we were happy but their lack of accountability and customer service was really disappointing. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because some of their employees are very knowledgeable and willing to help and their rates are good, were just looking for a little more respect from people who were trusting our money with.

I recently got an auto loan through Wings CU, I started the loan application online at about 11:00PM and finished it up the next morning in the branch. Everyone was very helpful and polite, I was very pleased with how low the interest rate was, I really couldnt be happier with my experience at this location. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

BIG FAT 0. Extremely rotten to me my wife. do not bank here, just really bad. They will burn you bad . . And there app sux. Service bad, Do not finance or bank here increase your interest with out telling you. Try talk some one there just say (OH WELL LIFE SUX I dont need help you. Or 1 time lost all my wife information now paying on that double now

Thought switching from wells fargo to wings for personal service was a good idea. Never had more of a run around or the ball dropped more anywhere else. I would not recommend wings to anyone ever.

Switched to get away from Wells Fargo for our new business but has been a painful experience. Set up was longer than it should have been and have been trying for 3 days to get information on QuickBooks integration but cant get an answer. To make matters worse when I contact the corporate office is states We are experiencing irregular operations and cannot take your call.At this point I can only suggest them for personal business as our business experience has been less than stellar.

I financed my motorcycle through them and its been nothing but problems. Their hours suck for anyone that work M-F 8-5. I tried creating an account online to pay my bill but apparently my account number and my Wings number are not the same. So I called in to get it and they cant give it to me over the phone. So now I have to take time off of work to get this figured out.

We had two loans through them. We spoke to 4 different people including the manager and we got 4 different answers. After getting the run around from them we moved to another bank and couldnt be happier.
