New patient, and honestly couldnt be more pleased.The technician was absolutely fantastic (I feel terrible I cannot remember her name)!! She was so helpful and had such a great energy...after meeting her I was already happy with my visit. Then I met Dr. Gomez - - - she was fantastic, as well! Super friendly and we were joking around. I am a person that likes to hear details and she showed me everything she saw, explained everything she was doing as she was doing it, and I couldnt be more pleased. Im so happy I happened upon this place, as I am new to the area. I have poor vision so Ive had annual exams my whole life but never felt so at ease or welcomed at a doctors office prior to today!!

Wonderful customer service by a very professional staff. An added bonus is that their lab is on premises so there’s not a long wait for lenses. I’ve been to other opticians in the past, but this is now the only optician that I’ll use.

Takes Masshealth for glasses, but the doctors no longer accept. Kind of odd.

I was a client of Charlton Optical when I was a child, now as an adult I decided to visit them again remember the nice experience I had years and years ago. All of the staff are very welcoming and professional. Over the past five years I have had prescription glasses and always felt as if something was off. I just received my new glasses and they are perfect, the suggestions made by the doctors were spot on and Im more than happy!

Ive just had an amazing experience with this establishment. My husband and I were referred by Dr. Cooper in Southbridge, Ma and he said theyd take care of us and they were the most probable to take our insurances. Well, he was indeed, correct. Not only were the staff prompt and courteous, they had excellent knowledge of the inventory and what insurances would pay for what, etc... I was very impressed by their extensive experience. They were quick, friendly, incredibly helpful and just all around good at what they do. I walked in late on a Monday evening and had my two new pairs of glasses by Wednesday afternoon! Not bad at all. They also managed to work the insurance so that I didnt owe a single dime. I loved it and I am extremely happy with Joanne, (who went above and beyond for me,) Linda (who knew all about insurance) & Jane, who finished up with me and got me done & out! Id recommend it to family, friends and anyone else who is looking for new glasses and has pretty much any kind of insurance. Theyll work hard for you! Thanks Charlton Optical!!! 👊🌞

This crew is awesome! There are two Doctors we have worked primarily with Dr Kassira and he is just wonderful. Great prescriptions.The opticians are wonderful helping pick out frames, getting the right lenses, and any service you need after you get the glasses is done complementary. Honestly they are awesome!Our family of four have been with them for over 20 years

I advise everyone to chose another place, 2 appointments I’ve had doctor decided to go home then gave me the wrong contacts. And thought nothing of their mistake they made. I would never recommend this place to anyone

The customer service was great with the reps that work with you to pick out your glasses. However, I was very put off by the Dr. himself. He was friendly in conversation with my husband but curt to the point of being rude when speaking with me.
