The teeth cleaning went well as usual but the next day i started experiencing tooth/gum pain. I stopped off at the office to see what I should do and my dentist happened to be in the office. He took me to an exam room, checked me out and gave me some medication. Then said no charge. Wow! that makes for an excellent rating.

You’re first greeted with woods and gorgeous gardens, then welcomed by warm receptionists. The dental hygienists’ rooms each have a mural on the wall of different themes that transcends you, which allows me to relax and not think about the procedures. The dental hygienist are so sweet and do a thorough job. They provide a baking soda rinse that whitens instead of all that scraping to remove stains. The dentist is so friendly and personable, like you are visiting a friend.

I met Mandy for the first time when I had my teeth cleaned after a year of pandemic quarantine. I was - as usual - nervous and anxious and explained that to her. She was fabulous and let me keep the lead vest on during the session - it was actually very calming. And my teeth have never been so clean! Thank you Mandy for your patience, your persistence and your kindness. And as always, seeing Dr. Paukert made my day!

When I arrived ten minutes late for my appointment with Darian, I was feeling quite a bit of stress that I had not allowed enough time for the two major traffic jams that I encountered. In a matter of seconds I relaxed as Darien was kind about it and at ease in simply getting to what needed to be accomplished, which was a lot, given missed appointments as a result of the pandemic. I felt calm and well cared for as she patiently and thoroughly assessed the condition of my teeth and gums. More than ever before I was struck by the amazing attention to detail required by a dental hygienist and exhibited so competently by Darian in both the assessment and the cleaning. Yet even while being so perfectly focused on what needed to be done, she was simultaneously gentle, friendly, and present to me, conveying consistently her regard for my wellbeing. She exhibits excellence in every aspect of her profession and I am very grateful to have her as my dental hygienist.

What a great experience it was! Had a loose tooth from my partial over the weekend, walked into the office Monday morning and was greeted by outstanding front office personnel whom contacted their onsite lab technician to assists me. I am relatively new to Dental Health Partners but I was back yesterday for my second cleaning. It was thorough and painless and this from a guy who hates to be in the dental chair. When asked if I needed anything to be looked at, I mentioned two concerns. Dr.V attended to them quickly. I went for a cleaning and got a cleaning plus .

At 70, I have a number of issues in my highly restored mouth. I am confident, however, that Dr. Gary Haines has carefully surveyed the situation through every form of technology available, and has come up with a prioritized plan for maintaining good oral health that is consistent with my budget. Gary and his staff are tops in my opinion.

I had to have a crown replaced. I didnt have to wait past the scheduled appointment time. The session lasted as long as it was predicted. Dr. Haines took special care to make sure the new crown had a good fit. All around an excellent experience.

Dr Haines and team came highly recommended when I moved to cville and they are fantastic! Having a dentist who stays current with technology and also has a great way with people is important to me and I am thrilled with the care I have received.

Having had decades of experiences with dentists, a number of which had made me dentist-shy, some years ago i was referred by a friend to dr. haines. his staff and hygienists are so very competent, professional AND caring that it was almost a pleasure to be there. dr. haines is an amazing practitioner. he is a problem-solver, and communicator, as well as being a caring and careful dentist no matter what problems you may have with your own teeth....

I have been going to see Darien and Dr. haines for many years now myself, but this time it was my 2 year old sons turn. It was his very first visit to the dentist, and I cant get over how well it went. My sometimes shy little man was nervous when we first arrived. We had done a lot of talking about how fun the dentist can be in preparation for this day, and he loves to brush his teeth at home...but I know how shy he can sometimes be with new experiences, so we were both a little bit anxious when we first arrived. Thanks to Dariens advice, we started brushing his teeth at home recently with our electric toothbrush--as an attempt to help him adjust ahead of time to the sounds and vibrations that he may experience when he went in for his first dental visit. Darien also warned me prior to this visit that they often have better luck with little ones when the parents stay in the waiting room. I knew my son was shy, but decided to trust her experiences and give it a shot--after all, they could easily call for me if I was needed or if he was afraid, and I trusted that they would. Well, to my sincere shock and delight, it worked! Darien sat in the waiting room with us for a few minutes first, while my son met and warmed up to her, and they talked about trucks and toys. Then Darien asked him if he wanted to go see the cool chair that mommy sits in when she comes to visit, and he said yes and followed her right back without a worry in the world that I wasnt with them. Within moments I could hear (along with everyone else in the waiting room area) the delightful giggles and excited comments my son was making as Darien showed him around and checked his teeth. He was entertained, and happy. What a huge relief, for me. It made waiting for him fun and easy. I absolutely love everyone at this office, and couldnt recommend them highly enough. I honestly cant wait to bring Mason back--he was so thrilled, he has been telling everyone who has crossed our path since, about his visit to the dentist (especially the treasure box that he got to choose a prize from at the end). They collectively made this a memorable and wonderfully positive experience for my son, and his nervous mommy too. We both couldnt be more thrilled. Thanks Darien and Dr. Haines--and everyone else too! You guys are the best of the best!
