I have been going to Heppner Chiropractic for over 3 years now and cant compliment the quality care and tailored treatment I receive enough. Dr. Heppner and her staff are great and really work well together as a team. True professionals and outstanding medical service.

Stiff lower backs and the horse industry are all too familiar with one another. Early on in the week, I had wrenched my back badly attempting to lift a heavy salt block. By Friday morning, I found myself in severe pain and making numerous, unsuccessful calls to any chiropractic office I could find.Though they too were booked full, Heppner Chiropractic squeezed me in late morning. I dragged my hunched-over body through the door and within 10 minutes, Dr. Heppner had me inside one of the treatment rooms, getting a history on my injury.Working with horses makes you highly observant, and within seconds, I knew I was in the hands of a gifted chiropractor. A day after the initial adjustment, I was 50% better, and 75% better after the 2nd visit a few days later. Im well on my way to a full recovery...and beyond.Wonderful practice with a highly competent, caring staff.

I started seeing Dr Michelle two weeks ago after I called her office and spoke with Cindy re a sudden onset of severe neck stiffness, pain and swelling from a pinched nerve which had been previously treated with Physical therapy and stretching for months by my doctors. Cindy was able to get an appointment for me w Dr. Michelle that same day. Within a few treatments my pain has significantly decreased and am able to regain movement with minimal discomfort. The entire staff has been very supportive in my continued treatments and recovery from this latest flare. I would highly recommend Dr. Michelle Heppner for the entire family and plan on returning to her for regular treatment and check ups.

The entire staff at Heppner Family Chiropractic is top notch! They provide expert care while also treating you like family. They have always maintained a very clean office, but they have gone above and beyond during the pandemic. For example, before and after you sign in on the iPad, they wipe it down, there is hand sanitizer everywhere, and I have seen rooms/tables be cleaned between each patient. Dr Heppner is very professional while also being able to relate to her patients. I don’t know what I would do without her! Also a huge bonus is that their hours are conducive for those who work 8-5 M-F jobs. I cannot recommend Heppner Family Chiropractic enough!

Dr. Heppner is truly an angel! I started seeing her myself with neck and back pain. After 5 visits I asked her about my 15 year old daughter who had been experiencing severe stomach pains and dizziness for about 8 months. We had every test run and had seen many specialists. She was finally diagnosed with abdominal migraines and put on medication. While the medication helped some, it did not cure her symptoms. Dr. Heppner started seeing her and after about 3 sessions we started seeing positive days with little to no pain. She has since made a tremendous recovery. We are so grateful to have found Dr. Heppner and the entire staff at the practice! Everyone is so kind and thoughtful. I feel like they are part of the family. Thank you!!

Heppner Family Chiropractic has been a blessing for me. I called on a whim and they scheduled me for the next morning. Michelle and her staff are very accommodating and personable. After just four visits with Michelle and her incredible massage therapist Holly, my back and neck are on a true positive trajectory: I feel already 25-30% better, which is a result I am very happy with! Today was my first appointment and it was the best experience I have ever had with chiropractic care! Dr. Heppner was absolutely amazing. She listened to all my concerns, talked me through the entire process and gave me pointers on things I can do to at home to feel better! Her hands on techniques are amazing, the heat therapy did wonders for my entire back and neck. Cindy was friendly and great at explaining my benefits, is very pleasant and was patient with my many questions I had. Just after my first visit, I can tell a huge improvement with my neck, back and I can even tell a difference in my breathing. I am looking forward to going back for my next appointment! I have been seeing Dr. Alicia Hamilton at Heppner Family Chiropractic, and I am so impressed by her skill and treatments. I play a competitive, full-contact sport, and her knowledge of our sport and physical needs means that she has lots of great ideas to help cure (and help us manage) what ails us. In addition to regular chiropractic care - which she is very proficient at - she also works with modalities such as dry/wet cupping and blading. I got my first (ever) wet cupping treatment today, and it was amazing! Definitely not a walk in the park (you’re working to release tissues that have become very comfortable being all bound up together, so there is some discomfort)...but my leg hasn’t felt this good in years! I look forward to seeing all of the progress in my health and sport goals that this better body she’s helping me get will allow.Additionally, the clinic at Heppner Family Practice is clean, well-organized, and seems to have whatever the providers need for your care. So all around a great place to be seen for your body needs!

Alicia Hamilton served as a wonderful chiropractor for my first chiropractic experience. During my visit with her she was enthusiastic, kind, wise, caring, and very detail oriented. She checked my entire back/spine for the source of my low back pain, as well as adjusted my recently sprained ankle. She talked me through the entire process and showed me excersises to help manage my pain and discomfort. She was patient with me as I asked what seemed like a million questions and treated me with professionalism and family care! Can’t wait to go back and see Alicia Hamilton for my next visit! 100 out of 5 stars, I greatly recommend her for your chiropractic care!

Heppner Family Chiropractic is the finest in Charlottesville. Dr. Michelle is highly experienced, skillful, and passionate about treating her patients. The two on-staff massage therapists offer better massages than any of the pricey spas Ive visited in town. When I learned that my insurance covered 80% of that therapy, I felt as though Id won the lottery! The small office staff is top-notch and clearly enjoy what they do. It is rare to find a group of professionals who treat you like royalty at every visit.

Athletes again! Both my son and I were on the sidelines, my son missing an entire season with sever back pain. Two years of failed PT, chiropractic, and everything else we could try — we were told about Dr. Heppner. She solved what no one else could, and she and her staff were a joy to see. After several years in the Army my body was battered. Id never been to a Chiropractor before. Dr. Heppner was able to re-align my body and my aches and pains have all but disappeared. She encouages her patients to take care of themselves, but never pushes suppliments or hocus pocus practices that Ive heard about at other chiropractors. Dr. Heppner and her staff truely care about everyones health, youre never just a number.
