Ive known Dr. COFFEY for over 20 years. I just returned to Charlottesville and began seeing Dr. COFFEY again. Wow, huge imorovement in my walking, sleep and overall function after the first visit!! Ive used chiropractic care my whole life but she goes way beyind just cracking ones back. I walked out of her office feeling rejuvenated in every part of my body.

Dr. Coffey is an unequalled chiropractic and naturopathic physician. She has been my most reliable healthcare expert and physician of first choice for over 15 years. She has provided critical treatment and advice for both me and my son, that I credit with possibly saving my son’s life when he contracted H1N1 in 2012, and recently helping me easily overcome COVID19 just last year. I highly recommend Dr. Coffey to anyone who is looking for a comprehensive, holistic approach to their health.

I went here many years ago and had a horrible experience. This woman is a complete quack. Among other things, she had me place my hand on a globe that read my energy and apparently determined Im allergic to peppers. I went there for low back pain but that appointment was 1.5 hours long and she never touched my mid or low back. Although I wasnt using insurance, she required that I put my social security number on her forms. She was generally difficult and got defensive and weird when I mentioned I was a scientist. She did an adjustment on my neck that left me seeing stars and feeling dizzy, which was very frightening.A couple years after this fiasco, another friend of mine at UVa mentioned seeing a quack of a chiropractor and having to switch to a different chiro. Apparently, Dr. Coffey had attempted to brow beat her into attending her church (!!!). When she told the story to the new chiro, he said youre not taking about Dr. Coffey, are you? Evidently, this lady has developed quite the (bad) reputation for herself, even among other chiropractors. During the 10 years I lived in Charlottesville, this was one of the worst experiences I had anywhere and I couldnt recommend her for anyone.

Dr. Coffey has been a great friend and doctor for the past 12 years. She is extremely knowledgeable about total body functions and if she doesnt know something she will look it up or refer me to someone who does. I love her chiropractic adjustments, she works on the total body not just a few areas. I feel great ! It is important to treat your self to monthly adjustments to keep your body in proper working order very much like a car. If you want a great adjustment and a knowledgeable loving doctor please come to Dr. Coffey.

Dr. Coffey does excellent work. She can get to the root of the body issue in less than a couple of minutes. The adjustments provide a great release and the front desk atmosphere is really friendly and professional. I will continue to see her for my TMJ, forearms and wrists!

Dr. Coffey has helped me with keeping my blood pressure in check and really helped me with my neck pain in just one short visit. Great Experience.
