We LOVE Dr. Matt and the smile team! My boys actually enjoy going to get their braces worked on! We had a little emergency today with a wire and they happily worked us in when it was convenient for us to get there. Everyone is so friendly, and you can tell they all love what they do. I was not excited by the prospect of having braces for a second time, particularly as an adult. The folks at Lineberger made the process easy and painless. The office atmosphere is lively and inviting and the entire team’s energy was always positive. The pricing structure and payment plan alternative made the decision a no brainer. Most importantly, I’m very happy with the results - my smile looks better than the first time I had braces. Highly recommend Lineberger.

I wish I would have gone to Lineberger Orthodontics + Dr. Claire sooner, I recommend them to everyone I meet!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~I had braces years ago and sought out Invisalign because my teeth began shifting (also I didn’t have permanent retainers). I had two areas of concern and was told both could be taken care of. Here’s my mini Ted Talk….time...months and money go by… and at the end of treatment, I had 1 of 2 concerns addressed/corrected. My one area of concern that “appeared to be corrected” upon finishing…. was that my front lower tooth had moved in such a way that the tip of my tongue would hit this particular tooth (with a permanent wire on it) and cause my tongue to be irritated and ultimately uncomfortable. My tooth was slenderized (Interproximal reduction) “very minimally” per the provider and but at the end of treatment appeared to have been good to go!I finished my plan with permanent retainers on top/bottom and a removable top retainer I was to wear at night.Well, I ended up with an issue worse than the one I had to begin with… because Not Too Long after I was complete with the 8 + month treatment plan, I now had significant spacing, on my lower front tooth that was made more narrow AND with a permanent retainer (wire) in place.The space was far worse than what I started with and ultimately would’ve preferred never having had it done. That of course is second to having it done correctly over the experience/time/money spent. Yes I did contact them and it was definitely something I feel could have been differently.ALLLLLL THAT TO SAY…. I wish I would’ve found myself in LO sooner. Seeing Dr. Claire, I had No Doubt I was in good hands and look forward to my appointments. She and the whole staff are absolutely the best. Theyre caring, diligent, provide premium care.And truthfully my review is LOONG overdue because the MINUTE I first interacted with LO, spoke with Rachel, stepped foot in the office, got set up + taken care of by Cici, treated by Dr. Claire, honestly all my interactions with the whole crew...was professional and felt like family (the fun cool ones haha). Truthfully I was disappointed that I hadn’t gone through my “original Invisalign concerns” with them to begin with. Not only because of their professionalism and skill but also so I could see them more often bc they’re that great! hahaOverall LO has the Awesome Sauce and its relaxing, fun, attentive, clean, personable….clear and easy communication and most importantly excellent care.I don’t just highly recommend this practice, I’m literally saying… you shouldn’t go anywhere else!!

As a grown man having to get braces for the first time, I was obviously nervous about the process. Lineberger Orthodontics not only calmed my nerves, they provided five star service. I can truly say getting braces was a fun experience and my wife loves my new youthful look! Ive always been very self conscious about my crooked teeth, but at the same time the thought of getting braces as an adult always made me feel a little silly, not to mention the fact that trips to the dentist have always made me a little nervous. Id always heard great things about Lineberger Ortho, so going into January with a very new year, new me vibe, I figured making a new patient appointment couldnt hurt - if nothing else, Id finally be able to answer the question in my head and figure out if this was something I really wanted to do. Well let me tell you, I am SO glad that I did!Dr. Dave had an answer for every question I could think of, and never made me feel rushed or pressured even though I made clear from the beginning that I hadnt made up my mind yet. After thinking it over for a few days I decided nows the time, and the best part? When I went back to the office to start the Invisalign process, I could tell that Dr. Dave and the Assistants in the office not only remembered me, but were just as excited for me as I was for myself. This place rules! If youre on the fence like I was, I can tell you 100% that its worth it to make that appointment.

The staff is incredibly friendly and informative! Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and filled out my paperwork. The office supplies coffee and tea and snacks in the waiting too! I am just starting an Invisalign journey so my first appointment was for scans, x-rays, and information about my starting point. I met Dr. Claire who was so kind and informative about my options, what to expect, and what she could do for me! The second appointment I received my trays, my case, my cleaning supplies, a whitening kit, and additional pieces of equipment that would help me in my journey. I tried the trays on, they fit perfectly with no rubbing or scratching. Christina answered all my questions in her briefing and I didn’t have anything else to ask! I so appreciated the informative talk with her and she is always so friendly! Then Dr. Matt came over to check in on me again and make sure the trays fit the way they should. He was also super friendly and made sure I had everything I needed as far as supplies and questions answered! This office is incredible and I actually look forward to going back in for my check ins! Best ortho in Charlotte by far!

Dr. Claire is an angel!! She was always so gentle when she was working with me. (I have sensitive teeth, and she never hurt me) I was kind of obsessed with getting one dumb tooth to be where I wanted it, and they kept working with me until it was perfect! Everyone else thereis so sweet and positive too!! I’ve had a couple retainers that have cracked, and they’ve been very fair about working with me on it. Very nice people. :)

Want to give it more then 5 stars especially to Dr. Matt and hes team such an amazing place. PLEASE if you need to go to an Orthodontist please make an appointment here youll go back home with a big smile on your face.

I haven’t had to go to an orthodontist in about 12 years since I had braces during my early teen years. When my 12 year old permanent retainer had a glue pad break off, I called Linerberger Ortho to see if they could fit me in since I had heard such good things about them. They got me set up with a next day appt (WIN since I was going out of town for the weekend) and everyone was so nice and accommodating. From the front desk to back where they worked on me, everyone was great. Dr. Lineberger took a look at me and said my retainers are in great shape especially for how long they had been on and that my teeth still look awesome. Cece put a glue pad back on for me to cover up the rough wire that had been exposed and I was done within 20 minutes total!I can’t thank the Linerberger Ortho team enough for their kindness. I thought this was going to be such a tedious process and they made it fun. Big shout out to Cece, she was great and we discovered we are from the same town ☺️ If my teeth ever shift or if my retainer ever breaks again, I will 100% be coming back to them. Can’t recommend enough!

For the majority of my life I have hated going to the orthodontist- that is, until I found Lineberger Othrodontics. It has one of the best teams in charlotte, who always take care of me both on location, and through text reminders! The waiting room is surrounded in such a warm and friendly aura that once you get to the back, you’re already in a good mood. Then, the care and quality of the work done by Lineberger on my my teeth guarantees them the 5 stars minimum!! I feel prouder of my smile and no longer dread my orthodontics appointment!!

Because you only get one set of adult teeth! Everyone at the office is friendly, encouraging, and really takes the time to get to know you. Going in for appointments is like going to see old friends. The office culture is fantastic and theyve always been right on time. Theyve also been great about listening to concerns, answering questions, and keeping me informed about my treatment plan. This place is AWESOME. Didn’t think that would be a word for an Orthodontist! I was travelling through Charlotte and needed an emergency appointment to fix a retaining wire, they fitted me in right away and were SO lovely. They ended up taking off the wire (it previously hadn’t been fitted very well) and giving me a clear retainer for night, which was made in under an hour! I was given all options of what was best, and not pressured either way, they were happy to do whatever I felt I wanted in the time I had. I strongly recommend this orthodontist. Our experience has been first class from the great medical care to the friendly and helpful staff. And my child was able to get her braces off early! They also have iPads for the siblings who have to wait and a Starbucks coffee machine for me.
