We were so impressed with the entire concept of the Lean Teen Program. The owners and staff are genuinely concerned about helping these children build healthy habits and gain self-esteem. We are grateful for a program like this to help our son and he is so excited to start his journey!

One of the best programs for ages 8 and up. This program doesnt only teach healthy habits but it helps teens with self-esteem, highly recommend it if you need your kid or teen to appreciate the value of a healthy lifestyle!
