This is my second try attempting to use this office as my gastroenterologist. After waiting two hours for an appointment I remember why I stopped coming here. was asked to pay my coinsurance (not copay) prior to the Dr coding my visit. That is fraud! The receptionist can not predict how long the office visits will take. And when leaving I asked for the level visit, he billed for a 45 minute office visit yet he was only in the room with me for 15 minutes. Will not be using this provider anymore. I would rather fly to NY and see my old gastro then wait here for two hours!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. The doctor and staff went over and beyond to offer me great care and service. I’d like to point out each individual who was helpful but honestly everyone was pleasant, professional, warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. The office was clean and comfortable. What a breath of fresh air to someone confused and slightly scared about their health issues! I was referred to another office but they weren’t able to see me for 2 months so I did some research and found this place. Thank God! I really appreciate how fast they moved to schedule my office visit and my procedure, the thorough conversations about my health concerns, insurance, etc, and the reminder phone calls about my procedure. The same thoughtfulness that was shown to me by the office was also extended to my family. Please keep doing what you do! Thank you and God bless you all!

Dr. Ogunwale is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of visiting. His staff are kind and caring, and wait times are minimal. I feel very blessed to have found this office and this doctor. He basically gave me my normal life back after dealing with a painful condition for a long time. He carefully explains things, listens to your concerns, and is very honest and forthcoming about what to expect in procedures and after. Incredible bedside manner. Truly understands people will remember above all else the way you make them feel. I will be forever grateful for his help.

We LOVE Dr Ben and his staff! He could tell I was fearful of the results of my husbands test but he went the extra mile to explain in detail everything and continually reassured us of how treatable his diagnosis was based on his years of experience in dealing with it. I was referred by my Primary MD. It took almost a week for them to call me. I have since attempted to return the call to no avail. I keep getting VM even when calling during office hours, outside of the described Lunch hour.This has caused a delay in my healthcare, and is holding up the conclusion of my Disability claim.As a Healthcare professional myself, this type of behavior is unacceptable in a vital industry..

I would recommend Queen City Gastro to anyone. Dr. Ogunwale took time to explain my medical condition and worked with me to come up with an appropriate care plan. I’m thankful to have a GI doctor who I can trust. Although there is a wait time, I don’t mind it because I know he will not be in a hurry when he sees me. I really appreciate him and his staff!

I am a fairly new patient of Dr. Ogunwale, but I am very impressed thus far. Having been through gastro treatment/diagostic elsewhere previously, he has gone above and beyond what others have, and taken the time I need to explain my issues and treatment clearly. Note you may be in a room a little longer than you like, but thats only because he is taking care of someone else just as well as he will take care of you. This is something I wish more doctors would do.

Called for results nurse tried to rush me off the phone. Tried calling at 9am was hung up on with no answer and forced into voicemail. Wife was not given proper instructions for a test test came back negative now doctor wants to do endoscopy. He rushed through because he was overbooked. Terrible service. I will be changing doctors.

I went to this doctor office ,because I want to do the rubber band ligation . I went there, and when I spooked to the front disc girl she told me the whole procedure cost $350 , you pay $ 300 upfront and $ 50 after you finish the whole thing any way I saw the doctor and he prescribed a medicine , and told to come back after two weeks , after to weeks I taked to front disc girl for my appointment she told I need to pay $300 to see the doctor , i told her how come ? you told me that’s you pay $350 for the whole procedure and now you asked me to pay 300 again , then she changed her mind and told me to pay $150 , I tried to speak to the doctor she refused. I end up paying $300 for nothing. I am really confused , big doctor office like that had unprofessional front disc girl do the bad decisions and no one else you can talk to . I am still not sure is it a scam doctor office ??or the problem is in the front disc girl .

Dr. Ben was great and his staff...but the person that you speak with in scheduling insurance do lie to get business and is very unprofessional when she is caught in lying about insurance info. If it was not for her I would be returning to the office because Dr Ben is truly great. I just do not like a liars.

Find another gastro. They were supposed to call me back by the end of the day on Wednesday. It is now Monday and no one has called me back. Ive called them between 4:45 and 5:00 (its hard for me to call before that because of work) Wednesday evening, Friday, and today. Everytime it goes to the voicemail telling me to call back during business hours. This place is extremely unprofessional. I will not be putting my health and well being on the line waiting for these incompetent people to do their job.

Terrible first and second experience. The doc was on his cell phone more than once and wasnt listening to my health concerns at all. Not one to leave many reviews but it is necessary in this case. There are much better gastro doctors out there.

In this day of consumerism, I would highly caution people from this clinic. First, be prepared to experience excessive wait times (we waited for over an hour and a half for an 11:30am appointment...when they open at 9am) and when I finally got up to ask about the appointment, the lady told me this happens all the time. Second, the interior of the office is unkept and is configured in a way where waiting patients and guests almost sit on top of each other. Third, when my wife came in for her pre-work, the nurse assistant in the back could not even get an accurate blood pressure reading and had to be switched out for someone else to do something so simple. She came home and expressed concerns as to whether she should keep the appointment for her procedure. Granted, I’m sure the labor market is very tough right now, but this is not an experience that you would expect from a provider. And fourth, staff caregivers were abrupt, not even friendly, and were very defensive about the issues we experienced when I raised them.Post-procedure, I was able to meet with the physician (with whom I was VERY impressed and who appreciated me sharing my concerns with him), and I honestly believe that this practice lacks a good practice manager that is helping this physician see/experience the pre-procedure experiences that his patients and their guests have. I left the practice feeling that my wife did, in fact, receive good quality care from the physician, just not from the practice staff itself. Still, my opinion hasnt changed. I hope the physician gets the help he needs to understand that his staff are having more of an impact (albeit negative impact) than he may be aware. He doesnt deserve that.

The staff is very professional. The doctor is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I would trust Queen City gastro with all my familys gastrointestinal medical needs.

Unprofessional!! The LPN was horrible, she was in a rush to get home because it was Friday. She did not honor any of my request, something as simple as giving me a bag to put my clothes in. She lied and said they didnt have anything bags but than I was given one later to put my med samples in. I should not have to deal with petty behavior such as this if Im paying you to provide me with professional services. The worst thing was when she totally violated my privacy by dressing after my procedure while I was still asleep without my permission. I have know ideas who saw me naked or why they would do such an awful thing. I do not recommend visiting this facility for you, your friends or family.

I received great care and professional treatment with Queen City Gastroenterology & Hepatology. Ben O Ogunwale MD was very caring and willing to make sure you as a patient is ok. And that is very important to any patient.

I do not know the truth about the treatment or how his techniques work with the patients, my husband was supposedly today they referred him for an Endoscopy they never told him that he had to go on an empty stomach, the appointment was at 1 in the afternoon, he paid the consultation only for That the doctor came in and told him that he would see him in three weeks Because he had a meeting, they should have a little more consideration for the patient, not everyone has health insurance that covers everything, nor does he miss work with paid hours from work The consultation is paid for nothing.
