DR. Stephanie Brunes is a very knowledgeable and diagnosis problem very well.. She takes time to answer your questions. She is dedicated, thoughtful and compassionate doctor.

Ive been seeing Dr. Badalyan for several years and she truly takes the time to listen and understand your needs. The Tryon office team are all top notch. 10 stars if I could!

My experience at the doctors office was very good, but it has been over a week and I still dont have my bloodwork and it isnt in my portal. Even if the doctor is busy, someone should be able to post the results within a week. They are telling me it normally takes 3 to 4 weeks to have the results because of the patient load. I have been with this doctor for at least 30 years and it has never been like this.

I have had the best experience at Tryon Medical Partners. The staff is super friendly and professional. My doctor, Dr. Sokany is really great! I have the utmost confidence in her. Her nurse Salina is awesome! I am grateful to have found this practice.

My doctor at Tryon is a rock star and brilliant! All of the medical support staff are helpful, professional, and kind. The check-in staff are very nice, too; however, I was surprised by the new policy that an estimated encounter amount, based on insurance, is collected before seeing the doctor. It made me feel like I was not the center of the appointment. Rather, it was the payment and receipt. Disappointing.

Dr. Daniel Aquino took a very methodical, patient, and deliberate approach to my medical issue. He sought clarification throughout my explanation of my symptoms. His patient-centric approach was comforting and gave me a significant amount of confidence that everything would be OK. But then he said it anyway, “you are going to be OK,” and then I knew I would be.

I have been with my doc since I relocated to Matthews when she was with Atrium. My company had a health fair where I found the best doc and feel so blessed...so of course I followed her to Tryon. The staff when you enter are friendly, helpful, and explain things in detail. You dont feel rushed or part of a repetitive sequence like at most places. The nursing team are wonderful and have been the same for years...that just confirms how wonderful my doc is because people wont stay working where they arent happy and believing in what they are doing.

My first visit at Tryon with Dr. Badelyon went really well, I appreciated her candor and compassion. I felt assured that my concerns would be heard and addressed, beginning with lab work. I’m really happy to have found a doctor that inspired trust, and hope.

Annual physical. Very expedient with no delays. In and out (with labs) in a little over an hour. Everyone super friendly as usual. And Dr Copsis remains awesome

This was my first visit to Tryon Medical and I saw Dr Stephanie Bruns . I was pleased with the care I received and would recommend her as she was very thorough and knowledgeable .

The front desk staff is extremely nice and helpful. My wait has never been any more than 5-10 minutes, if that. Dr. Smiths nurse is always pleasant and thorough and Dr. Smith is always personable and easy-going. I always leave my visits feeling good about my experience.

Tryon Medical Partners Waverly is a great practice. The staff is always friendly and my doctor always takes the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Sokany is great and I appreciate her attention to my care.

I had a good visit with Dr. Wilds. She is helping me navigate Medicare, she is a very caring dr. The whole experience was good from the receptionist to having lab work which was not painful at all. Wonderful that i was seen with in minutes of my appointment time!

I have been coming to this practice since they opened and love how caring and friendly everyone on staff is. Great communication and responsiveness. I have been seeing my doctor since before Tryon Medical’s inception. I absolutely love their practice. They have multiple offices throughout the Charlotte area, so it’s always convenient. Doctors/nurses/staff are always friendly. Patient care is a top priority and I never feel like just a number.

Dr. Smith listened carefully to my concerns. He explained everything fully and answered all my questions.

Dr. Mehta is amazing... she listens carefully to any concerns, she goes the extra mile to cover any grey areas, and is very kind and knowledgeable. In addition, I have a few family genetic issues and she is very careful to make sure she takes all of that information into account with any protocol she prescribes.

The team was great and felt they asked all the right questions. This was our first visit. The only problem they were running behind which we understand as you have those days.The blood lab did the best blood draw 🩸 for my wife as she is very very hard to draw blood. They did it the first try with a technique that it took no time at all.

Family and Ive been seeing Dr. Copsis for close to 20 years. Dr. Copsis goes above and beyond. Ill never forget that he stayed after hours to make sure I was treated and thoroughly spent time listening and taking care of me. To me anyone working after even their shift is over says a lot about the person. 5 stars more like a million stars. Family and Ill continue to go to Dr Copsis as long as hes around.

I love Dr. Sokany. Sometimes the triage nurses give me different information than Dr. Sokany. I would like test results to be reviewed with me. I would like satellite sites to do what they were asked to do, and not overstep their tasks. One NP just diagnosed me with afib, and my stint in the emergency visit has cost me 3500 dollars. She was supposed to only do a Covid test. JJ that is malpractice. You should pay those bills. You had no EKG results to diagnose that.

Dr Sokany is awesome. She’s easy to talk to, caring and she’ll find the best way to treat your problem. Highly recommend! Selena is terrific too.

I am very satisfied with the care she provides and recommended my son and husband to her practice. I see her yearly. I feel that she listens and cares and remembers my health and family histories. My calls for prescription refills are turned around quickly. I feel the office takes extra care to be sure my needs are met. The office staff is pleasant, caring and can work around my schedule if necessary. I am comfortable with the office protocols for/against COVID 19.
