I had a very good visit. The nurse was very nice and knowledgeable. The doctor was very patient and understanding. My visit was more than I ever expected. I would easily recommend them.

Dr. Snyder and staff were wonderful!

I went in for a small place on my forehead, Dr. Snyder walked in, took a look, burned it off and walked out. A total of 10 minutes. His bill was $177.38 for a 15 minute visit and another $159.60 to burn it off. The billing department said that was HIS charge so I will be finding another Dermatologist!!

Dr. Snyder is exceptional in his quality of care, thoroughness, and effectiveness in diagnosis and treatment! He has great manners because he truly cares about his patients. So fortunate to have him as my dermatologist!

He and his staff were wonderful! I enjoyed talking with Dr. Snyder and his assistant about the reason why I was there. They both were very concerned and provided great feedback. They are highly recommended!

My first visit with Dr. Snyder went really well, it was a simple procedure to remove a blackhead on my face (right cheek). During this visit, Dr.Snyder sat directly in front of me, worked slowly and methodically to remove the crumbly, dark, blackhead matter and the tiny sacs in the pore (he showed me what he was removing) there was absolutely no bleeding. The procedure took about 30 minutes from start to finish. The pore remained invisible after the swelling went down; I was pleased.My next visit with him, a couple of years later, for the same blackhead removal procedure was scheduled a few days before Thanksgiving; the office was very busy and the doctor ran about 45 minutes to an hour behind schedule. When Dr. Snyder started my procedure he stood to the right side of my body and hurriedly worked on the pore. He spent less than 10 minutes in the room with me. After the procedure his assistant showed me what the doctor removed. To my surprise, it was more than the crumbly blackhead matter, it appeared to be some of my underlying facial tissue (fluffy-looking clumps of tissue).Infection sat in about a week later and the doctors nurse called me in an antibiotic. The small pore oozed a smelly, cottage cheese-like matter on two different occasions. As a result of his carelessness, I have a depressed area in my cheek, a large open pore, and visibly less padding in my cheek causing my smile to look lopsided (the roundness in my cheek is gone). Reporting his sloppy work to the medical board didnt help matters, as the doctors lawyer lied in his reply to the board and he refused to submit the picture his assistant took of me prior to my procedure.I have always had nice skin, Dr. Snyder even commented on how nice my skin was during my first visit with him. So the botched work he did on my cheek really stands out.Looking back now and comparing the two very different experiences I had with Dr. Snyder, I realized, his rushing to get back on schedule caused an otherwise good doctor to do bad work. I am in the process of trying to find another dermatologist to correct what Dr. Snyder did to me.

Hes the best!! My daughter and I go to him and he has helped us so much. Acne and my hair falling out he didnt think 2 times to check what it was.While Dr Snyder is great. HIS STAFF SUCKS!!! we are leaving him for s different practice that can get their matters in order and stop having their patents run around like chickens without a head.

I bring my son here for vitiligo, the doctor explained the different treatments available, and recommended what he thought will benefit my child the best. I am grateful for the results on my sons condition he is getting better. Dr Snyder and Janice are great, will recommend to anyone looking for a dermatologist.

I see a lot of 5 star reviews here, and there was a time I may have agreed. My recent visit, however, was not a pleasant one. First, I was called to his office 30 minutes past my appointment time, the waited an additional 15 minutes waiting for the doctor. The nurse wasnt very personable, and Dr. Snyder seemed rushed. He took a biopsy and then burned the area, then the nurse covered it with a very small circular bandaid which was not adequate. I had other issues to discuss with the doctor, but he left before I could discuss it. It was obvious the he was in a hurry. The spot he tended to started bleeding on the way home, and after applying a larger bandage, it continued bleeding. A day later, its still bleeding and burning. The whole visit was not a pleasant one, and I am considering another dermatologist.

I saw Dr. Snyder twice for the same condition about a year ago. Both consultations felt rushed and not at all clinical. Dr. Snyder demonstrated very little interest in learning more about why I was there, and seemed more concerned about his schedule. The result was that I ended up being prescribed the same antibiotic twice due to misdiagnosis. The antibiotic didnt help, and several months later, I realized that the condition was caused by specific food in my diet.

Like that there are Spanish speaking staff in the office to help me underdstand better how my sons condition has and will improve. Like that doctor Snyder considers my sons age and does not want to do treatments that may torture my son. Look forward to seeing doctor Snyder in 6 months.

I have been a patient of Dr. Snyders for a long time. I always feel like I get a thorough checkup when I come. He always makes me feel comfortable and has a way to make me feel relaxed.

I presented to Dr. Snyder with a serious rash of open canker looking sores from my head down to my feet and all over my body. On my first visit he prescribed some medications and a topical cream to use for three weeks and return. I did as he prescribed and three weeks later there was very little improvement so I returned to the office for a follow up visit. He took a quick look at me and was completely baffled as to what to do next. He left the room and returned with a cut sheet referring me to a psychiatrist. I am still trying to figure out if this so called Dr. is extremely lazy or grossly incompetent or both. If you are searching for a dermatologist I highly recommend that you keep looking, if not you will be seriously disappointed if you are seeing Dr. Snyder. I give him a zero for competency, a zero for ambition,, a zero in diagnostic skills, and a zero in communication skills, and a 100 in arrogance with a condescending attitude.

Dr Snyder is wonderful, he has seen my whole family in Gastonia and now I am being seen for acne here in Charlotte. I come once a month for a total of six months for monitoring while on this program. This treatment has done wonders for my acne. I am very pleased.

Dr. Snyder is awesome I hate that I am moving to VA and he will not be my doctor anymore. His staff is great, called on monday got an appointment by Friday. Hope to find another dermatologist in VA just as good.

Dr Snyder is a great dermatologiest, came to see him for my skin infection, he took good care of me, and is guiding me to the treatment I need. I was very please with his care and all of his staff. His nurse was great explaining the way to take care of my skin during this bad infection experience.
