We have three kids ages: 6. 10 & 14. This is the absolute best dentist office we have ever had the pleasure if visiting. If your have children with great dental history and dont need any work performed other than cleanings this may be a place for your family. I have two children that this was the case but my other child was mishandled, went 6months on a waiting list for treatment and once we get to treatment center, the procedures where not what we discussed at dental office prior. I am very unhappy and only option is to let my child be in pain and try to find another dental office to have her seen because this office is full of it! Wouldnt recommend coming here.

If you are looking for a dentistry that will allow you to go back with your child ,this is the place to be. Very professional, friendly staff. My grands have been seen at All Kids Pediatric for approximately 5 years. The Dentists are very patient , knows how to deal with children whose anxiety is on a high level during their procedures. While the child is relaxed during their procedure they get to watch a movie of their choice that is playing overhead. Wait time is no more than 15 minutes to be seen upon arrival of appointment time. Very pleased grandparent!

Once first walk in we were greeted with a smile. The Hygienist was very pleasant on the way back to get son teeth cleaned. She was very person centered with my son. Which I liked the interaction between us all. We overall had a Wonderful experience. I would definitely advise and refer individuals to take children to All Kids Dentistry.

My 20 month old severely needs fillings and crowns and it is now october they want to wait until march to do anything and she has 2 teeth that need to be pulled and the dentist basically said let them be ??? I am so confused as to whats going on! Says she doesnt want to mess up the experience.. So let infection get worse is the answer??

Clean and very professional. Very friendly staff. In and out very fast. You will get in with few seconds from your appointment time. Can’t say enough about them. Definitely will be my kids dental office from now on.

I really like this place! The appointments are quick, youll be in and out within 30 minutes. Everyone is nice, professional, and makes my kids feel very calm and entertained while working on their teeth. They always give goodie bags with tooth brushes and dental care items. I would recommend this place to anyone with a child. The only thing I wish they would change is how often they send reminder texts. Texting one week before then maybe the bay before is fine, but they text one week before and everyday until. Its annoying but youll never miss an appointment, I guess.

I’m a bit nervous to leave this review simply because it’s so good. I’m not sure if they will see this or others will even read it but the employees at this location are impeccable! I have 3 boys and 1 daughter. My two small boys are VERY active and they tend to not really flock to new comers too well not do they tend to calm down in new places that much. The employees here were so welcoming that they LITERALLY fit right in with them! My 4 year old cried not because he was going to the dentist but because he didn’t want to leave!!! We had to bribe my 4 yr old to get him out the door! I don’t know what kind of magic they have with children here but they made the procedures a walk in the park for all of my children and very informative to me! Superb service!!

Dr. Mujica is a godsend. Previously, with another dentist, my son had had a traumatic experience during a dental procedure, so we were a bit anxious when we were told he needed a crown. Dr. Mujica made my sons crown placement a breeze. Her kind, gentle ways were extremely calming to him. We are a couple days out, and his crown is working well and discomfort-free.

I am extremely grateful for the care my daughter has received at All Kids Pediatric Dentistry. As a former dental phobic, it’s been a goal of mine to establish care early for my children to avoid any future dental fears. My daughter looks forward to seeing the dentist and we actually just had her first cavity filling and she did amazing. I credit a lot of that to the calm demeanor of the staff and providers there. We have only waited 15 minutes past our appointment once but I know things happen and honestly, willing to not even care because I love the care we have received. They’re also bilingual which has helped immensely with my bilingual child.

All Kids Pediatric Dentistry is an awesome place to take your kids. They are very gentle with your children. They interact with them and they work with the child to make sure they have a great experience with the dentist. My oldest has been going since she was 18 months and my youngest started going at 1. Their a really nice place to go.

My daughter is nervous with dentists. Last time we went to this place she had a different dentist and they worked with her and got the work done great bedside manner. Today Dr. Wiggins did not try anything to calm her down. I had to try to calm her down myself. I was told to reschedule however as Im leaving my daughter says she is ready and I rush back to get the work done. Was told no we would have to reschedule. Dr. Wiggins needs to work on adults if she does not have the care training needed to do pediatric dentistry. Will be going elseware.

The steel creek, W Arrowood location is completely dysfunctional; just awful, awful, awful. Extremely trash, super poor customer service & customer experience. Every single receptionist appeared to hate their job, disrespect tone, rude & had a discourtesy manner. Diana was of no help! The rep told me a cleaning cost $290? $290 for a child? Yeahhhh right, probably on Mars; hence, I have dental insurance. This establishment happily lost a customer!! Do yourselves a favor, and take your children to GoKids Pediatric Dentistry in Fort Mill; their technology, education & customer experience is 5 stars!!

I love this dentist office, the dentist, assistants and doctors are so friendly. They are fast and efficient, which is great when having to take your toddler for a appointment. Getting an appt is impossible. The stars need to align and the sun needs to rise in the west for a convenient appt. Both my sons need fillings. They cant be done in the same day so one son can only be done in the mornings and the other in the afternoons. After booking 2 separate appts 4 days apart and taking time off from work, only one filling can be done at a time so one son has to return for the remaining cavity. The other sons appt was cancelled cuz i couldnt confirm the appt in time since I cant answer my phone at work. Working moms do exist they dont seem to understand the concept. I tried to reschedule, now they dont have openings until October, were in June. They take it upon themselves to cancel my appt that i arranged time off from work and have the audacity to tell me they dont have any other appointments until October. Make it make sense. Scheduling has become a hassle and its gotten worse. Ive been taking my boys here for 4 years now but I had no other choice but to find a new pediatric dentist with more convenient hours.

They are VERY good with kids. None of my 3 kids ever cried or complained. This office makes a visit to the dentist fun. They are knowledgeable and professional.

My experience has always been positive until today. I have been taking my children to this practice for approximately 2-3 years and usually I have remarkable service. However, today I decided to call and ask if I could have two adults come to appointment due to one of my children having special needs (Autism). Besides I had two kids receiving service so I didn’t think it would be a big concern. However, I asked nicely and explained my situation and was told immediately that they couldn’t accommodate. The receptionist Dianna was not considerate of the patients needs. I called back to speak to a manager and was told that no one was available. I just felt that she didn’t make any attempt to make the situation work. It was just black and white and without compassion and thought. I will say the doctor and hygienist was excellent and had great bedside manner. My husband did end up coming to the back because at this point we needed him and my son was having a major meltdown. All this could have been prevented if Dianna put the patients first and critically think. Every situation is not a one size fit all. I work in healthcare and we accommodate patients based on the patient and scenarios. Let’s not forget I had two kids with me not one.. common sense if you ask me.

We just moved to the area and wasn’t sure we would find a dentist for our kids that we liked as much as our last but thankfully we came to All Kids Pediatric Dentistry. Everyone was so friendly and the office is very clean and nice. The dentist was very polite and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend!

The appointment was scheduled as a referral. The reason for the referral was communicated while making the appointment. Upon arrival I learned we were scheduled as a cleaning and not for the matter I scheduled the visit for. This resulted in a wait for the “Dr.” The “Dr.” was rude and not pleasant at all while explaining her recommendations. Nothing was accomplished during this visit. I will not get into the specifics here, just know I would never recommend anyone to this pediatric dentist. I also advised my dentist to think twice about referring their patients to this dental office.

Terrible communication. In the 20 text messages they sent reminding me of the appointment none of them said my insurance would need to be verified 24 hours before the appointment. Manager was unhelpful and totally uncaring.

My 4 daughters have been going to AKPD for almost 6 years! I absolutely love it and so do they ! I joked about switching their dentist and my 15 year old was like “nooooo” !! Dr. Mujica is awesome and has been so amazing since the day we met her ! My youngest daughter is special needs and she’s always been so well with her and remembers Journee every single time we visit ! Everyone here is always so kind and patient . Thank you AKPD staff for making our visits so easy, welcoming and fun for my girls .

The visit was ok. He has been going there for almost 2yrs now. This time he saw two completely different dentist then we’ve seen before. The dentist who did the initial cleaning was good but the dentist who came to check over her work was ok. I didn’t care how she didn’t explain what was going on in my sons mouth nor how she laid out our options of treatment. I wasn’t really explained anything just told. And then she used words like aggressive and painful. To a parent of a 6yr old. I then had to call up there after we left to get further clarity of my concerns and treatment options. I also went as far as to get a second opinion from a friend who is a dentist. The dentist here never explained the treatments nor did she advice her opinions of the matter either. We’ve had exceptional work done here before where my son would walk out smiling. Idk what’s going on now tho.

I was impressed with their staff. They were so patient with my grandson. They put my mind at ease when I saw how they handled him. Experience with children like my grandson JeKari was evident in the way they treated him. I was so pleased with the visit.

I was referred to All Kids by my regular dentist. Called and the managed to squeeze in all three of my kids on a Friday afternoon. We walked in and the front desk brought us back immediately. All three of my kids loved this place. Very super friendly and none of my kids freaked out either!! They were all awesome from start to finish!

This location was great for my daughter’s 1st dentist visit. I love how they have a Flat Screen TV to distract the kids and minimize any potential fear/anxiety that a child may have. The staff is friendly and helpful. Also, this location is clean, allows for social distancing, and is well sanitized. I was nervous to take my 5 year old non verbal autistic son to the denist because he does not do well will strangers let alone them touching him or cleaning his teeth. He has a break down just getting his hair cut by my husband cause the clippers are to loud. Unfortunately I had to break down and find one due to him getting a cavity in his molar. Im so glad I chose this place at his developmental doctors recommendation. They we so kind and understanding of his condition and took there time with him and made him feel comfortable before they even began anything. They also have TVs mounted to the ceiling and put his favorite cartoon on. He did not fuss cry through a fit once threw everything. I dint even have to hold his hand during the cleaning. Unfortunately when it came to drilling the cavity things totally switched and they recommended putting him to sleep for the process which is what me and my husband were planning was gonna have to happen. Overall I would recommend this place to any parent especially ones with special needs they are amazing. Even made an appt. For my 4 year old daughter with the same conditions as my son . I chose this place based on the 5 star reviews from over 500 people and the proximity to my sons daycare. After my experience I question if the majority of high reviews were generated by bots.We got there on time for our appointment despite the inclement weather and I had already filled out the forms online, yet we still had to wait over 20 minutes to be seen by a hygienist.The hygienist cleaning my sons teeth was in training. This annoyed me because he had a colleague hovering over him watching his every move and telling him what to do. Not the best type of environment for an already anxious child to be in.My tot was not comfortable and started to complain. The hygienist in training tried his best to distract my son but the other hygienist seemed annoyed like she was in a rush. At this point I started to feel uncomfortable.Finally the Dr. Came out and did her exam. She told me my son had 2 or 3 cavities that would need to be filled. I was shocked. I said but hes only 3. How does a 3 year old get cavities? She paused and looked at me almost as if she were in a state of disbelief. She walked away while talking to me and told the hygienist to schedule me in 2 weeks for the procedure.I said absolutely not. Thats too aggressive. Im not about to have my 3yo teeth drilled etc. As soon as I left the office I began searching for a different dentist.I found one (wont name the practice ) and had my tot reexamined. The Dr. Confirmed there are 2 cavities but stressed they are just forming and there is no need to perform fillings yet. She told me to keep brushing every day and observe the teeth and if it gets worse we will address it then.I felt like all kids dental has a ton of patients and they basically see you as an insurance claim. A number. I will not have anyone cut corners when it comes to my child.

Today the doctor didn’t even say Hi to us or gave any details about my daughter ‘s procedure when She finished the job.I think this is unprofessional. The rest of the team was excellent but NOT the dentist. Also theTime waiting was terrible. 40 minutes waiting for the doctor to check on my son after already being cleaned by the assistant.Stuff nice but they need more doctors in the office so that patients don’t have to wait tooo long. Terrible experience .

The office hygiene tech are always friendly

Im a working mother of 3 and find it very inconvenient to come to the dentist at different times because they dont do treatments on the same day. And the fact the appointments are 4 months out. Also the fact if you do not confirm appointment via txt they will cancel your appointment. What if I dont own a phone. If i dont call to cancel then dont cancel for me. The front staff are not as friendly and welcoming as they should be.

This place is not ideal. We took my daughter to her appointment and when we got there the office was closed. They did not bother to call us and let us know or anything and we liv an hour and a half away from them so that was a waste of a drive. The appointment she had to replace that missed appointment was canceled because when they called me I missed the call! They called back a couple hours later and told me i have to reschedule because i did not pick up! I am a nurse who works in the covid unit; i cannot stop and just pick up the phone! They do not taking into consideration the fact that people have jobs and cannot pick up the phone when they want them to. I could not even get her appointment back and by that time it was too late to call someone else to try and get her a appointment soon enough. And what makes the situation so bad is the fact that my child is having issues and been we have been eager to get her there to be seen! She already had to wait a couple months to get this appointment but now we have to put it off even longer, because they canceled, AND on a Friday afternoon!

First visit was okay. The staff was nice and friendly; however, they did not fully explain why my daughter needed to do a treatment (address two cavities) to her teeth. They just told me that what she needed. She is only 5 years old. I felt looked down upon when I told them, not at this moment. For any medical treatment as a parent I would like to be provide options and made aware of what is going to happen in more details. They need to do a better job with explaining any treatment process. I see too many kids with crowns and unnecessary teeth work when they do not need the treatment. I believe the main focus for some dentist is to earn more money... Hopefully that is not the case with this dentistry. I may return for our next 6-month check-up to see if they can improve on this matter.

Its hard to find a full staff that you can say deserve a 5 star rating all around, but that is true of All Kids Pediatric Dentistry. From the pleasant front desk folks, to the friendly dental hygienists and dentists- this place rocks in patient and parent care. The clinical staff know who my girls are and remember little details to connect with them. The dentists are thorough and patient and take an interest in making sure you receive excellent care and followup. Neither me nor my kids have ever liked going to the dentist- who does? But AKPD makes this actually a pleasant experience. Thank you all!

The dental hygienist wore PPE and were very gentle on my kids teeth. My children had a great experience and are looking forward to coming back.
