Thankfully I have now found therapists who actually listen and help me. I’ve tried therapy in the past and was not satisfied. I’m happy to have a team of exceptional and experienced therapists.

This is an amazing practice that really allows you to feel comfortable about therapy. The therapists make a connection that really allows you to embrace the therapy. Many people are very afraid about the stigma of getting treatment or help, but the staff here are extremely caring and make you feel comfortable about addressing the reasons why you may be visiting.

The counselors are amazing! I felt listened to and that there were genuine people concerned for my well-being. Extremely professional and kind.

I worked with Ms. Ladson at Pinnacle Point Supportive Services as a Clinical Therapist. I was very excited to be under her tutelage and clinical supervision because she appeared to be very professional. Unfortunately, the work environment became extremely toxic and Ms. Ladson became very unprofessional. Ms. Ladson stopped supervising me and became a mouthpiece for one of the extremely negative owners of Pinnacle. I gave Pinnacle my notice I was leaving and on the day before my last day, Ms. Ladson was so awfully mean to me, shut me out of the system so I couldn’t complete my documentation and then asked me to leave the building. I left there crying because I would’ve never thought she would treat me in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. My hurt was magnified because she told me she was a Christian woman. I always thought she was doing what she was told by the owner but I somehow expected the best from her.I do pray she is no longer affiliated with Pinnacle Point Supportive Services and be successful in her own domain.

Mrs. Ladson allowed me to do my clinical practicum with her. To say it was the best clinical experience I’ve had would be an understatement. Meeting with her the first time was like meeting with a friend I’ve know for years. She has a calm and inviting demeanor. She’s also so bright and full of energy and ideas. I see why her clients keep coming back to her. She listens and she gets it. And she can think outside the box. I learned so much from her while she was my preceptor. She taught me how to really help my future clients and when to ask for help. I highly recommend Mrs. Ladson and FullScope Counseling!!
