Cotswold Vision Works has an employee name Chris who is EXCEPTIONAL at what he does! The customer service I received from him was beyond phenomenal. I was looking to purchase 2pair of new frames. I was in the store for 20mins and no one asked if I needed any help. Other people walking in and they are immediately asking them, what can they help them with. Good help is hard to find.

Ordered glasses 9/20 scheduled to pick up 10/4, received a voicemail 10/3 the glasses had to be returned to the lab due to damage. Telephone them 10/8 to follow up on my order and spoke with a rude female that talked over me, stating the glasses were returned 10/8. I had to remind her today is 10/8, meaning the glasses havent been shipped back to the lab. I questioned her about the arrive she stated 10/14. I made it clear to her I needed them for an event, it wasnt my fault but I needed them, after talking over me she stated well you can get a refund. I purchase glasses and shades there annually for the last five years, but no more.

The frame of my 2018 prescription glasses broke, but I didnt have time for a new eye exam. I went to Visionworks hoping to get new lenses (in the same prescription) made for another frame I have. Since my existing lenses were still in good shape, Roy suggested reusing them in a new frame. He quickly found a perfect fit, and I was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Even after I get an eye exam and a new prescription, this will be a much better spare pair than the one I have now. Many thanks to Roy and his colleague Melissa for their fast and friendly service!

Great visit today to have my frames adjusted on two pairs. Teresa (New Manager) was very accommodating and shortened the legs on one pair that was missed in the past by others which helped in appearance and helped with fitting in a glass case.

This business takes good care of their customers. Very clean, organized and sanitary. These guys were great about helping me pick out new frames for my new prescription from Dr. Gaskins. They look and feel great & the prescription has a natural feel for my eye to adjust. And the contact lens are working out great as well. I feel so much more confident having good vision now. I visited Visionworks on Randolph Rd. on July 22nd and purchased my frames, they told me they would be ready on August 5th, I then called on the 4th of August to double check my order and to my surprise NO ONE had submitted my order, I never received a call from anyone before hand letting me know there was an issue! After I called and spoke with an associate they said they will rush the order, guess what I called today August 10th and the order was cancelled because someone sent in the wrong color frames and the frames I ORDERED are still sitting in the store and will NOT be picked up until tomorrow! This is the worst CUSTOMER service , if someone would have reached out to me to explain the issue, it wouldve been a better reveiw. I will NOT be using them again!

I am a thorough shopper-meaning I take my time and shop around for the best quality at the best prices. I shopped at 2 Americas Best, Warby Parker, and came to this location as a last minute thought to compare. I was amazed to find an incredible sale going on. I was able to purchase glasses that are by far the very best out of every place I searched. What blows my mind is that I got more for less. I had each place give me the total cost I would pay if I shopped with them. This store had fine quality frames with all of my needs for my prescription being made at a cost lower than the other stores! Amazing!! I also want to mention that the customer service was outstanding. The gentlemen helping me may as well have been old acquaintances. There was no sense of salesman, other than the professionalism of knowing their products. Im over the moon excited and grateful that I decided to pop in!

I recently had the best customer experience at the Cotswold location! Roy and Sierra made me a Vision Works client for life. They were prompt, courteous and took care of a repair I needed very efficiently. Sierra called around to the other stores and helped me figure out my options and Roy made sure that everything was exactly right with my glasses. Great experience! The doctor and staff at VisionWorks store #341 are second to none! Clean and welcoming. Dr. Gaskin is amazing and informative. The Optometrist Assistant was very professional and knowledgeable. Special shoutouts to Scott and Roy!!! Everyone contributes to effective team effort. Great frame inventory. Worst center ever! I gave order for my daughter’s glasses on January 7. Now it’s 29 January but the glasses are still not ready. Earlier they said it will be ready by 20th Jan but still they are not ready.She really needs her glasses but we are waiting and waiting don’t know how long.

I visited today and was helped by Sierra(?), who was warm and welcoming and attentive to what I was looking for. Ultimately I didn’t make a purchase because I only found one eyeglass frame that I liked and decided they were too big for my face and they had nose guards, which I don’t prefer. I did see some shades as well, but was primarily looking for eyeglasses. They have a wide selection, but I am particular about my what I don’t like. I highly recommend them and will still stop in to check the next time I’m looking for glasses.

All the Visionworks employees where really nice. Ted in particular. He was so helpful helping me find the right glasses. Have gone back since and he has readjusted them for me.I am probably not the easiest customer to deal with. Ted was very patient and gave great advice.I will be going back soon to get another pair of glasses.

Fantastic service! I was late by quite a bit of time and they still worked with me to get me worked into their schedule. Dr. Gaskins was exceptional and was willing to answer any and all question I had about everything from the equipment and devices to the exam and results. Very personable and informative.

This place is great and they have a great selection of glasses. The only problem is the sales person Anne. She is very pushy and trying to sell you all the extras with the glasses. When I told her no I am okay with the basic lenses, she kept insisting and came off rude when I told her no. She then began to make rude comments and was asking about how I can even pay for my insurance. As we left the store, my 12 year old daughter was like wow that was so rude. I just had to post this because it’s not my first time having a bad experience with her.

Dan did an excellent job with us. He was extremely competent, patient, personable and had a good sense of humor. Really appreciate his assistance.

Ann, was a very knowledgeable Associate that helped me at the Cotswold location. She took time to really help me get the right frames for my face. She was very thorough in getting everything taken care of. I will definitely return for my future eyewear purchases.

Money’s been tight and when confronted with several pairs of glasses needing repairs I worried a month before giving Vision Works a try. Roy fixes both pair at no charge in no time. He was very helpful and accommodating in a manner that today is a breath of fresh air.

Id been putting off replacing the nose pads on my sunglasses for years, even though they were uncomfortable to wear. When I finally went in, Gary helped me out quickly and free of charge! And I didnt even buy my shades from them originally. What a friendly and warm place in comparison to other optical stores Ive been to. If and when I do need prescription lenses Ill definitely be back to this Visionworks! :)

Today was my first time at Visionworks, and I have to say this place just made my day! I called to make a last minute appointment and they got me right in. From the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out was exactly 57 minutes, and Dr. Smith is awesome!! The rest of the staff there is very friendly and they all seem to have fun working there. My new prescription is so much better than the last one I got at a place in Hopkinsville a year ago. This will definitely be my new optometry home.

We have been going to this location for years and everyone is absolutely wonderful!! Roy just recently assisted me w/ some tightening of my glasses and he was very professional and went out of his way to help me!

This place was so great. I and two of my friends came in to pick out frames for a new pair of prescription glasses. Hello, yes thats her name, waited on me and she couldnt have been nicer. She left us alone while we tried on a ton of glasses. Once we had narrowed it down to two, I asked her for her opinion. I actually ended up getting both pairs because of their discounts, specials, and insurance coverage. Came in at 5pm on a Thursday, one of my pair of glasses was ready the next day! Highly recommend this place!

Im really thankful for Ted. I went to My Eyedr on Randolph road and was told I would have to pay 490.00 for 1 pair of Ray-Ban, with my insurance, because of the thickness of my lens, so I decided to go to Visionworks because I had been there before and bought A pair of Ray-Ban and did not pay nearly that much.. As soon as I got there Ted greeted me and looked at the Rx from My Eyedr and he immediately knew something was wrong. So he called them and found out the Rx was wrong, the Rx had -12 for my left cylinder but it was suppose to be -1. Im so thankful that he was knowledgeable because I was at the other location picking out frames and everything and the person helping me didnt catch this mistake. I ended up paying 99.00 for my Ray-Ban with the thin lens. Thank you so much Ted!!!!! I would definitely recommend this place!!

Dr. Philip gaskins was not knowledgeable at all. I went in for a simple eye infection and he told me I had a rough cornea and that he didnt know what was wrong. So he sent me to another eye doctor across town just for the other one to tell me it was indeed a simple eye infection

One of the workers acted like they had a major attitude . I was asked why are you here thats no way to to greet anyone when they enter your store . The staff used to be so friendly there I dont know what happened .
