If 0 stars was an option i would have chose that but i felt like this info needed shared to others. My 14 year old sister was scheduled to have ONE tooth pulled, they decided to pull her wisdom teeth which is fine but her dentist had checked them before sending us saying they were way too underdeveloped to be pulled yet. She ended up getting an abscess and i brought her back, they did an additional surgery to put in a drain in which they did this second surgery under ANOTHER PATIENTS NAME. this meaning THEY PUT A 14 YEAR OLD UNDER ANESTHETIC WITHOUT ASKING HER NAME AND DATE OF BIRTH. they even wrote us a prescription for someone else. Not to mention the women talked about me the whole time, for a mistake THEY made.

Great doctors, very nice staff. Makes you feel comfortable from the time you enter, until you leave.

Was having a conversation with the office supervisor (Brandy I believe) about a policy they have in place and when she said I dont have to explain the reason for this policy in that rude sarcastic tone she had. I just left. Totally rude behavior towards someone who is trying to get their teeth fixed. Guess Ill need to find a place who understands what the patients are going thru and how embarrassing it is to even open up to have this procedure done in the first place. Horrible experience for me. I hope you dont have the experience I went through.

I arrived at the wrong branch, accidentally, but they took me in anyway, for which I am so grateful, very accommodating. Albeit fast-paced, theyre quite efficient and pleasant. I only met the doctor for a few minutes but, he was pleasant as well, and quelled my anxiety about the extractions. They explained at-home care to my partner as well, while I was coming out of anesthesia, as I dont recall a thing. The women assisting were gentle while prepping, e.g. putting on the oxygen mask and setting up my IV. So far things are going well, heres to healing soon! They did a great job, its much appreciated.

I am one of those people who is for lack of a better word TERRIFIED of the dentist as I had a bad experience with one as a child. The people at mountain state oral and facial surgery make you feel reassured and somewhat comfortable (well as much as one can be before any surgical procedure) they answered all my many many questions and I felt confident in their ability to perform my surgery.they were friendly and professional and they all genuinely seemed very bubbly and happy they could probably do these types of surgeries in their sleep Im still nervous but very excited to get my new 😃

A very unorganized office. Day of surgery they had no called insurance. After making us wait for surgery until after they called the insurance they stated they were out of network and we had to pay a very large amount. We paid and then while waiting longer in waiting room I was able to verify with our insurance they were in network. When I told the office they didn’t seem to care and gave me a phone number to call later. They even didn’t even want to see my 13 year old daughter for a follow up after a pretty major procedure. Thankfully her family dentist was kind to check and make sure everything was healing properly. I would not recommend this office to anyone and will definitely be going somewhere else if oral surgery is needed in the future.

Absolutely outstanding doctors and office. First time of having a tooth being pulled by an oral surgeon. The nurses I had really put you at ease with their personalities. The doctor I had was an amazing doctor that was extremely quick and very caring about how you were. I would highly recommend the services they provide.

I went here to get my wisdom teeth out. I was quite nervous but the employees were so nice!! The three women that set me up kept the atmosphere goofy and nice till the moment I was asleep. They also led me through everything they were putting on me/ hooking me up to. It was weirdly a comfortable experience-since I did get three wisdom teeth removed.-5/5

Wonderful, quick experience! There was a misunderstanding about the appointment on my part. I was under the impression the appointment was for an extraction, but it was actually a consultation, the office made it work and I was able to get the extraction that day. Staff was friendly and made me feel at ease. Looking forward to having them complete my implant.

Office staff was great, especially the receptionist. Due to Covid she was running in and out to talk to people in their cars. She did great, sorry Im not good with names. Doctor was nice courteous and explained each step he was doing or going to do. Would recommend. Thanks.

First time I tried to call they kept hanging up then 10 minutes later they were closed. I had a extraction and I came home with a swollen lip and antibiotics Im allergic to. Im not sure what all happened because I was put to sleep but I do feel like a tool maybe hit my lip.Virginia St. office

The complete staff immediately began to make you feel comfortable with being there. They explained all of the paper work that needed to be done in great details. Just felt as if anyone there was ready at whatever moment to help you with any questions or even explaining the process they use so that as a patient, we could better understand what to expect. The staff worked very quickly to limit the amount of wait time. My appointment was at 2:45 but the email asks to show up 30 minutes early for paperwork. After my paperwork I was taken back immediately for exrays and the nurse and dentist explained everything in a way that a child could understand. They also made sure to ask if there was anything that I wanted to ask or know that they did not cover. I was just impressed with the amount of time they spent listening and just giving me their complete attention. Im scheduled back for some major teeth removal and after being treated in such a great way I am not nervous to get my work done with such great professionals in control. I would recommend them to anyone with dental needs. !!!!Exceptional!!!! I was done with my visit by 3:05 and I feel like that is unheard of in any kind of medical appointments.

I unfortunately had two children who required oral surgery to remove impacted wisdom teeth. Fortunately, we were referred to this great group of professionals. From check in to check out they were outstanding. I am a practice manager for a physician and I alway find myself critiquing other offices and staff. I can honestly say I wouldnt change a thing. The staff was so kind and helpful and the physicians were great. They took time with me to answer all of my questions and made me feel at ease with the prospective surgery. Id highly recommend them to anyone in need of their care. Thank you for your services.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed at Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery. Two weeks prior to her appointment they called my to inform me that they had contacted my insurance company and got the reimbursement information and told me that my share would be just under $1000.00. I agreed to this and on the day of her appointment I put that amount on my credit card. A couple of months later I got a bill from them for the remaining $1500.00. They said that they were out of network for my insurance. This is an example of a terrible patient advocate. They told my insurance company that they were in network to get the reimbursement amount. If you go here, really do your homework. They only care about getting business and not about taking care of their patients.

I had broke a tooth and had to have it extracted. I normally would have wanted to be put to sleep but decided to just get a local. I was real anxious about having it done that way but was pleasantly surprised. Dr Henderson and staff made it pain free without anesthesia and really was a good experience. I followed directions after the extraction and feel great on day 2. I would highly recommend. I do plan on having an implant as well by this team.

They had me scheduled SO FAST! They really put patient comfort #1 and spared no effort to make sure I was relaxed. Dr. K put in my implants with a bone graft when my first dentist said it couldnt be done or Id have permanent nerve damage. He sure proved him wrong, and Im so excited to get my crowns! Didnt get a follow up call like I did with other oral surgeons, but I DONT even care because I feel SO good keep on keepin on Dr. K.

This is second child that had to get their wisdom teeth pulled. They talk to you ask alot of questions. They helped to make sure he didnt suffer with alot of pain while I had to get his medicine. So I thank them alot for that. Great Dr. very nice his nurse was sweet. Thank you for the care of my heart. Great job!

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. I was in bad shape for a long,long time. But once I was able to sit in with a consultation, MSOFS already had me covered with a game plan. On the morning of my surgical procedure, I was completely at ease, confident that I was under the care of a competent team that went above and beyond the norm to not only put my mind at ease, but also giving me information that I had not been privy to previously. They will always have my most sincere thanks. However; they will never truly know how how thankful I am to have been able to get that squared away and then get back to work so quickly. Simply.....MARVELOUS !

Had 3 teeth removed at the Hurricane Office. Very impressed. Was ready to leave about 45 minutes after being called back. The general anesthesia wore off extremely quick. Was alert and not feeling too bad for the car ride home. Says people typically spend 1 -2 hours here. Including paperwork, that seems quite accurate.

Mountain State Oral and Facial Surgery is a wonderful establishment. The staff are very efficient. The attendants are very empathetic and caring. Dr. Krajekian is a great knowledgeable oral surgeon. MY family have been patients of Dr K many times and will return. We highly recommend him!

I had to have 6 teeth extracted today and chose to go under. The 3 ladies who set up for the surgeon were so talkative and sweet. They told me everything they were doing all the time and they set up very quickly. I couldnt feel a thing and when I woke up it was all done and they even walked me and my boyfriend to our car. Highly recommended! On the heal now. ;)

Absolutely terrible to deal with trying to get appropriate paperwork faxed back to my employer for time off.

Had one abscessed and all four of my wisdom teeth were impacted. Took 30 mins to have done and about 2 days to make it back to near normal. They were super friendly and hyper efficient. Thank you, my mouth is definitely thankful as well.

Friendly and helpful staff, seemed organized and clean. Didnt have to wait all day and most importantly they did a good job on my surgery.

They were outstanding. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth out, and they did a wonderful job.

The lady up front wasnt the friendliest but the nurses in the back were very polite and they all had smiles, they takes to me and reassured me and kept me calm through my process. Didnt like that the Doctor didnt come to talk to me afterwards but overall it wasnt bad. Just a packed waiting area with not that any seating.

The oral surgeon did an awesome job and the staff was great, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Husband went and had several extractions. After a week later he had a bone fragment sticking out of his gums, a flap of extra skin/gum hanging down, and they seem to have stitched the inside of his upper lip to his gumline too low hindering the opening of his mouth. After a return visit, they did not attempt to remove the bone that was sticking down. They only said to wait 2 weeks to see if it would come out and sent him home with another dose of antibiotics and some wound gel. You should not go to an oral surgeon to have teeth removed and your mouth end up tore to pieces. Barbaric teeth removal!

Not the one to do this but let me just throw out that mountain state is absolutely ridiculous.. I made my appt on Monday to have my wisdom teeth taken out today, well Braydem has been up all night coughing his head off to the point where he has puked and the poor little guy is so stopped up it’s unreal..I called mountain state and told them I was sorry but I needed to take my son to the dr that he was getting worse by the hour, I also said I will pay a fee to reschedule if I need to and again I apologized. The lady was unbelieving rude telling they couldn’t see me and to just call my dentist to get another referral.Like I’m sorry I’m sorry I’m a mother & my son comes before me. I called at 8 on the dot when they opened as well..I don’t care one bit to go to another oral surgeon , it is just the fact that that lady was beyond rude, forgive me mountain state for having a sick baby.

They wouldnt let me go back with my 8 year old child until she was put to sleep. I had to sit in the lobby while I heard her in the back yelling and screaming and crying as they did her IV. Not happy with this facility.

My fiancé had teeth removed there and she is in pain and had issues and called on Saturday and the dr was not nice and seemed bothered by her calling him on Saturday and wouldn’t help all he would say is you had surgery

Had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. 5/13/15 and they turned me away saying my insurance didnt cover me...so I went to my dentist that referred me to them and they didnt understand why they had told me that I was not covered...so they sent me to Elkview family dentistry because one of my dentists were at that office...he gave me antibiotics and pain meds and the nurse called my insurance and it did cover me by this time it was 11:45 so she told them to get me in because i was in extreme pain and had not eaten since 7 p.m. the night before and it was their fault I hadnt already had this taken care of.So they said that they would have me back in surgery by 12:30 well it wasnt til after 1 and they said that they were going to give me a referral to have surgery on my jaw for my TMJ well I never got it and when I call there office it says the number is changed...horrible experience... my last name is Fields my maiden name is Dickson I just want them to know its me ty

I took my boyfriend over and had 4 teeth cut out, it has been a week now, they cut the inside of his cheek, a long gash no stitches, now he has ear problems and cant hardly talk due to the soreness of his mouth, still unable to eat anything but soft food, yes the people were friendly but the work very disappointing. I would take anyone there again.

If I could give this rating zero stars I would. “They couldn’t get me sedated enough” but they couldn’t get me sedated at all. They couldn’t find a vein and began pushing the anesthesia into my hand anyway. The nurse just said “the needle should jump into the vein when we start to push the medicine”They were very rude and nasty towards me. They made assumptions about me and the doctor was not nice at all. He did not introduce himself, so therefore when I left I didn’t even know his name. They gave me laughing gas, and eventually told me they could not help me. Took the needle out of my hand and basically told me to leave. they didn’t tell me what door to walk out of and nobody helped me out even after giving me the gas. I walked up to the wrong vehicle thinking it was mine. I figured they still would’ve wheeled me out in a wheelchair because I was in a disoriented state, but they didn’t. I am still looking for help for my teeth, no one wants to help me now because they don’t want to go against another dentist. But I swear he didn’t know what he was talking about. I was in such pain just by the missing of the anesthesia, I was digging my heels into the chair. And I profusely apologized when I shouldn’t have been the one apologizing. They should’ve known how to do their job, and I am extremely dissatisfied by my visit with them, and don’t recommend anyone to go their!
