Ive only been with this company for a short time. But in my experience so far, the staff is very helpful, caring, friendly, and supportive of clients and their families and also to Nightingale employees. They are always ready to help with a friendly attitude when I call or email with a question. They have a great hire on process and do what they can to accommodate family life balance schedules for employees as well. They do there best to match clients and caregiver aids together for better quality of service.I would recommend Nightingales Nurses and Attendants to anyone who is looking for personal home care help orto anyone who is looking for a job in this field👍.

An amazing team. This office has so many years of in home care experience.

We use this company for my Mom and my uncle and have for over ten years! They care and call us and send us good workers to take care of our family even when the regular worker is out sick. The supervisors come by regularly to check on the workers and my family likes how they ask us our opinions when the workers have their evaluations or awards are due. It’s good that they make them get CPR and give them education every year too. The workers especially like the benefits and paid days off! I don’t know what else you could ask for!

WE have so much experience with other providers for so many years and I dont know what we would do without having found Nightingales! They have the best benefits for their employees of all the long term care providers which helps keep good caregivers, dependable nursing supervisors and schedulers! This is a locally owned agency run with the intent of elevating the standards of care in the homes of SC!! Thank you all for being a caring neighbor and exceptional provider!

There the worst company to work for they never want to pay you on time or at all you have to fight for your money your promised your yearly evaluations and wait 3 months or more past date of Evaluation or dont even give them they pick their favourites Anybody else gets c*** cases They do not monitor their clients do not drug test their liars liars liars

No promised hours. A lot of driving and wear and tear on your car. They hate communicating when you have a question they still havent gave me drive time its been 2 months
