I cant recommend Roots to Thrive enough. Before I met with Kasey I felt very unsure of my direction and of what I needed to focus on when starting my own business. Kasey was patient, thorough and best of all empowering. After meeting with her I felt motivated and confident to move forward with my goals! Highly recommend!

Talking with Kasey during our sessions has been a huge blessing to me. I am in a transitional time in my life with starting a new business and taking on a lot of new responsibilities to reach goals I have for myself. She made me feel so empowered and at ease moving forward with my decisions. I am looking forward to talking with her again and having her as a mentor and coach!

I am currently deciding whether or not to pursue holistic occupational therapy for graduate school and Kasey has been an incredible mentor. She has provided me with unconditional support and so much wisdom throughout my journey. Kasey is extremely knowledgeable and so so compassionate. Her practice is setting the new standards for holistic OT. She also just started a facebook community for holistic OTs!! Woohoo!!
