He is the most intelligent and compassionate orthopedic in SC, to say The least.The wait time may be much. But Dr. McConnell cares and doesnt rush.He works hard for his patients and truly cares about you.

I can see where someone might be upset with a 90 minute wait time. BUT, as far as I am concerned, it was worth the wait; although mine was only 20 minutes. He has the old school manners of answering your question and giving you choices on how to proceed. I am holding the last star due to the hard time to get an appointment and get through to a human being on the phone.

Ive seen a lot of doctors for my shoulder injury. He was the 5th, and the only one whom I felt took the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. Wish i would have seen him the first time!

The doctor is great but the waiting time is ridiculous, not really worth it

Dr. McConnell is always way ahead of his profession in his knowledge and treatment options; but he remains old school about taking time to know and care for each patient.
