Had 2 complete knee replacements. Dr. Adkins is super. He is nothing but completely professional and very personable... just like talking to a family member. He has my complete trust. I highly recommend WV OrthoNeuro.

Cannot say enough good about this office; Dr. Castle did two complete knee replacements and most recently I had my Achilles Tendon replaced by a cadaver tendon by Dr. Frame. Had three positive and amazing surgeries and recoveries. Their Billing Department, specifically Tara, the Manager assisted me in resolving a billing issue within an hour of my leaving their office. I could not have had a better surgical team, which gave me a perfect outcome. Highly recommend OrthoNeuro, emphazing their personalities and professionalism. I stayed overnight with my knee surgeries at Charleston Surgical Hospital - only six beds so you get one on one excellent care. I have referred and recommended many family and friends to their office and they, too, had amazing experiences. Thank you everything you did to help me achieve the result I did.

I recently had shoulder surgery through WV OrthoNeuro at their Charleston Surgical Hospital. Dr. Legg was great through the process. Very professional, experienced and has a great reputation within the community. Given the circumstances, it was an experience I did not regret going through with. Overall, the staff were efficient, safe, professional and made my experience as comfortable and pleasant as one would expect. I would recommend this team to anyone requiring orthopedic services!

After a very short wait, I was seen by the doctor who thoroughly answered all my questions and put me at ease explaining the procedures that would be necessary. I was also impressed by the level of cleanliness that the staff adhered to, from cleaning all the chairs in the waiting room to the antiseptic smell throughout the facility. I would recommend OrthoNeuro to anyone looking for top notch care and professionalism.

Been going going here for several years now. Only interacted with Dr Legg once but Stacey is awesome. I was out of network for a period and was glad to pay for her to do the injection. She’s that good. Don’t go nowhere young lady!

Dr. Legg and his staff are great. I have had one hip and two knee replacements, and every visit there has been pleasant. Recently I fractured my ankle and some bones in my foot, and was quickly treated. The North Gate personnel are all very helpful .

Dr. Frame is just the best! I was one of her first patients when she moved here. I would not even consider going to anyone else. She recently saved my life and truly just love her to take care of me! She is the Best physician and a very caring individual!💞

I had total hip replacement at 43 years old. It went very smooth. 3 months past surgery I am 10x better then before surgery. Pain free!!

I want to highly recommend Dr Castle. He did both my knees and I am so pleased with the results. I have no pain and the only thing I can’t do is get down on my hands and knees. I have the VISIONAIRE by Smith and Nephew and it is excellent. The only advice I can give anyone is to do the work with the physical therapist. The combination of Dr Castle, his staff, the hospital, their staff and the post op visits have made my experience a miraculous one.

Conveniently located office with professional staff. Parked in front and called in to let them know I was there. They called me in, met me at the door, took my temperature, then completed my paperwork. All staff were masked. Waited in a comfortable socially-distanced seating area. Escorted back to meet my doctor. Had x-rays. Discussed my treatment and he answered my questions. Moving forward with plans for a knee replacement. I am very pleased with this, my first visit to WV Ortho Neuro.

Dr. Pierson is hands down the most compassionate provider. He listens to me and takes time to understand what’s going on with me. I am so thankful for him! Everyone in the office is so great—from reception to providers.

They are so organized in the midst of this COVID thing. They are very friendly and professional. I see Dr. Legg and his PA, Stacey and they are amazing. I feel I get the best of care.

After arriving and checking in, I was seen promptly after about 5 minutes! All the nurses and personnel I came in contact with, was extremely friendly and helpful with any concerns that I had.

Stacie is extremely helpful. She listens and responds to questions. Trying a new steroid in my knees and so far so good!!

I dont know why this place is getting bad reviews from other people. Dr. Pierson repaired my torn rotator cuff last August and I could not be happier with him and the work that he did. He is a very down-to-earth doctor and easy to talk to. And I never have long waits in the waiting room. I also chose to do my post op physical therapy at OrthoNeuro, and I was very happy with them as well. I only wish that my other doctors were this great.

My experience was such that I can not tell you how the surgeons are in this facility because they cant seem to get it together enough to let me make an appointment. I have tried for two weeks to get the office staff to fax a request to the medical center in Cheyenne, Wyoming. After multiple calls and repeating the fax number and request to them, they finally got the fax to Cheyenne. Cheyenne responded with the requested information inside of two hours. After this, I had to call back to request an appointment even though this office promised they would call me when they received the necessary information. After 10 days of them not being able to find or verify they had actually received my medical info from Wyoming (and two failed promises from them to call me back) I decided to pursue assistance elsewhere.So my conclusion is, if the surgeons are ultimately the ones who hired this incompetent staff, how can they actually do a total joint replacement. I would suggest researching hard and long with the potential of driving a little bit out of your way to get superior customer service.Rumor has it, the facility I am going to has also fixed some bad replacement work that was done by this facility. I am glad they wasted my time in this fashion and not with my actual wellbeing. I was able to call and get an appointment in less than a week. Good luck.

What a disaster. Just had surgery in Charleston and trying to get anything post-op is like trying to get water in a desert.First, they sent me home with the wrong discharge instruction and the doctor not PA met with after about recovery. I had to fish them out.Second, even though it was surgery that kept me off a leg for 6 weeks, they gave me a prescription for main medication that would only last one week and no refills. Now, I have to go through ropes to get a prescription refill. Would not recommend this turn and burn operation.
