This office is great! I have severe anxiety and every time I have visited for dental work or cleanings the staff has been very welcoming and helpful. I appreciate their work and Dr Vasko is very gentle. If you’re looking for a new dentist, this is the place to go. Very clean office and very nice staff.

My 19 year old son and I went in for cleanings and had the best experience one could hope for. The team is warm, inviting, thoughtful, diligent, and genuinely cared about our best interests. They are conservative about fillings unlike many dentist offices who want you to fill everything which is unnecessary and can cause more harm than good. The last dentist we both saw recommended 5 fillings for us both and Plantation recommended 2! Our teeth (and bank accounts) are in great hands at Plantation and we feel very grateful to have found them!

My kids (Now 10 and 7) and I have been going here since we moved to Charleston 5 years ago. They are very kind and give honest feedback on how the kids are doing with their brushing and where the problem areas are. They are very flexible with scheduling everyone in the office is willing to help with any needs. They do an awesome job!!

Plantation Dentistry is wonderful! My daughter had finished her cleaning and was standing beside me. My hygienist was so sweet to her and even incorporated her into helping clean my teeth to keep her occupied. They are so sweet when the kids get their teeth cleaned as well!

I have not been to the dentist in 10 years and have a little bit of a doctor phobia. But going to Plantation Family DenatCare was amazing. Not once did my teeth hurt during cleaning off the tears of plaque. Everyone was nice and personable.

I was having pain in a tooth with an old root canal. Plantation got me in for a visit ASAP and then diagnosed my problem quickly- they referred me to the Endodontist and we got it all taken care of! I also got a superb cleaning with the most polite hygienist, and Dr. Vasko himself is awesome!! As much as I have hated going to the dentist in the past, I’ve had such a pleasant experience at Plantation! Even the office staff is super friendly!! My kids also see Dr. Vasko- they love going to the dentist! It’s GREAT to have the whole family’s dental care in one office! :)

Sooo…My childhood memories of trips to the dentist include sitting in a terribly hot waiting room listening to the screams of those ahead of me as their teeth were ripped from their heads - with out anesthesia - and cavities drilled, from what teeth remained, by a foot pumped drill - without anesthesia.No, I’m not kidding or being dramatic nor am I 100 years old! I’m only 60 but evidently technology was a little slower to arrive in the Philippines where my parents did linguistic work.All that☝️to say,I could kiss the clean floor and every technician and Dr Kibby at Plantation Family Dental Care for their ridiculously perfect handling of all things dental!The attention to providing the most comfortable experience, down to protective sunglasses so the water pic comfort cleaning doesn’t splash in your eyes, left me stunned and amazed and really really mad that they weren’t around back in the 60s!Oh, for sure, I’ll be back every six months for the very first time in my life!

They have the most kind and wonderful staff here ever! I brought my children with me to get a cavity filled, and had a play yard set up for my youngest. He was teething and sad, and a staff member picked him up and let him see the fishes, and another showed them to my daughter while I got my work done. They were above and beyond kind and I am just so grateful for wonderful people. Dr Vasko is also amazing and was so kind and quick at getting everything done. Just wanted to leave a note of thanks to Dr. Vasco and his staff. I thought I had broken a tooth on Friday. Luckily, there wasnt any pain. I had some things on my calendar that I couldnt rearrange on Monday, so I called their office to see if they had time to see me either Tuesday or Wednesday. They were booked up and gave me an appointment for Thursday, but made a note that if someone cancelled on Tuesday morning, they would call me. Well, thats what happened! I was able to get in to see Dr. V before he left for a conference. He determined that the tooth had not broken, but an old filling had come out. Dr. Vasco is a stellar example of what every dentist should strive to be. Starting with the shot to numb the pain, I kid you not, he gives it so easily, I just dont feel it! (And I hate needles!) I also like how he gives me a play by play of what he is doing and what he will do next. I am so thankful Ive found this wonderful dentist, and I can highly recommend him.

I had a chipped front tooth. Dr. Vasko and his team fixed me right up in under 30 minutes. No numbing was necessary and my tooth is back to normal. Great service!

I came here for a second opinion about pain in my tooth after getting a fill in done. Dr. Vasco Took my pain seriously and wanted to re-do the fill in just see if he can find the issue, also it took me four hours to get numb because of my anxiety but he was very patient !! The craziest part is he didn’t even charge me !!! What doctor does that !! It’s the doctors who genuinely care !! So of course that made my decision to switch to him completely. He was very honest and couldn’t give me an answer about the pain I was having so he referred me to a specialist. I have returned to him for my cleanings every six months and it’s been amazing every time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Dr. Vasko and staff are amazing. I’ve been coming to them for four years and everyone is always so nice. They never try to upsell you on things you don’t need. It’s just a peaceful and happy place. If you’re not a fan of the dentist, this is the place. They are also very affordable if you don’t have dental insurance.
