All of the people working there were upbeat and kind. The line didnt take long (Chapel Hill, Monday around 2:45) I am very grateful to have this testing option in our community. I will say that they do administer the test far up your nose...but I feel more confident about those results versus administering the test myself via CVS Drive through. It basically feels like water up your nose when swimming. Thank you for giving us access to more testing!

The express test center in Cary was very fast and efficient. I pre registered which was helpful and received my test results within 48 hrs. The personnel was great! They answered all of my questions, and were very courteous. I highly recommend.

Took MAX 10 minutes. Didn’t need an appointment. Super quick, and staff was very friendly :)

As good of an experience as you can possibly have with something stuck up your nose. Got in and out very quickly. Results came back in a little less than 2 days. Thanks Express Test and OUMC for providing this great service for our community!

It has been 48 hours and I have yet to receive my results. Even so, this testing site is simply false advertising. The website leads you to believe you can schedule an appointment and pre-register, but when I showed up at my scheduled time, there was an hours’ worth of cars lined up and no one was asking if I had made an appointment. Filled out all of the paperwork on site, despite pre-registration (I was told the on site paperwork was “different”), and they required my identification again. Upon leaving I was assured I would receive results within 36 hours. The only positive thing about this experience is the staff was very personable and friendly. Everything on the website is a lie.

Thank God for your testing sites! I have had 2 tests before surgery and colonoscopy, 1 before going out of town and 1 when I came back. I was exposed fri unknowingly until Sunday and immediately went for a test which just came back negative but I plan on going again Saturday because Im suppose to get my Covid vaccine on next tues. You are wonderful and thank you for your service of the community...

Info sheet provided when tested says results will come back in 24-72 hours but in our experience it took five days and multiple phone calls. The long wait time for results rendered the test useless. If there was a problem or backlog they could have communicated to let us know.
