Review №1

To put it bluntly, Cameron Nims has kept me mobile for the last twenty-five years. I have degenerative bone disease, bone spurs, nerve spasms, and am missing a disk and part of a vertebra. There are times when the pain is almost unbearable, but Cameron ALWAYS fixes me. I walk in hunched over like Quasimodo and dance out like Ginger Rogers! Oh, and hes delightfully witty while hes doing it.

Review №2

I bicycle approximately 3000 to 5000 miles a year since 2005. I began to have lots of wrist, elbow, neck and hand pain and numbness in 2010 and was diagnosed with carpel tunnel but decided to see how long I could go without surgery. In 2013 I was having lots more pain in my left arm up into my neck and knew that in 2014 I wanted to do more riding than I had been able to fit in 2013. When I went to schedule the surgery the surgeon informed me I had been misdiagnosed and actually had cubital tunnel syndrome, a much riskier operation than carpel tunnel and he advised me to see if I could do without it. I have done rolfing in the past so I found Cameron, explained my situation and attended a couple of hour sessions in March in hopes that they would alleviate some of the numbness and pain associated with the training I would be doing for my main cycling season, usually February through September. It turned out much better than I expected and I have already ridden over 3000 miles this year, now August. Cameron actually worked on me longer than hour each time and I was suppose to have another session which I had to cancel but decided I would re-schedule after a long event when I usually had the most pain. It never came back in any significant way. I still have some discomfort at times using my hands and my left hand goes numb when I sleep on that side, especially when I forget to wear an elbow brace, but at my age, almost 57, I dont expect to be completely pain free after the life Ive had. I also always now wear a soft wrist brace and elbow brace when riding and I have had a much better cycling season this year compared to last year when I did not go to Cameron. I did go to a chiropractor last year, but it did not help me at all. My friends notice that unlike last year after long rides Im not massaging my arm trying to work out the pain that shot from wrist to my shoulder, it just isnt there like it was. My plan is next early spring to do a few session with him, if he is available, to prepare for the long miles and hope the results are the same. If you are not familiar with rolfing I suggest you read up on it and if it sounds like something you might try I can recommend Mr. Nims, he really worked for me.
