I have been going to this practice since 2000. Ive been treated with respect and concern when seen. Dr. Tobin goes above and beyond to help and actually listens. He takes into consideration that I know my body better than anyone. So, when seeing him we really are a team and I appreciate it.

I love NCP! Initially followed my long time doctor there when he relocated awhile back,was sketchy at first but immediately loved the environment,staff and most of the docs there..Highly recommend to anyone seeking providers with YOUR care first,quick responses when called and always able to fit you in when needed most. Clean,and kid friendly as well 👍❤😊

Dr. Kurz and his staff are very pleasant, caring, and efficient. My experience in his office has always been very satisfying. Wait times are minimal, and I feel that my concerns are always addressed with professionalism and concern for my well-being. I highly recommend this group.

Dr Prestwood and her staff are very nice and thorough with exam. Great bedside manners and professionalism. Only reason for unc pediatrics does not receive is the wait time. I don’t mind waiting but they stress being on time and 15 minutes early. They have bee consistently late. At least 10 minutes and the most recent time was over 25 minutes. They apologized, but at this point, it is too consistent for it to be just bad luck. Their business flow needs to be adjusted and addressed.

Dr Stewart and her colleagues are highly competent and well connected with the UNC/Duke systems. Almost always I am able to get a same-day appointment with her, or on the odd time with another MD. The entire staff is respectful, courteous, and caring. Within reason, this is consistently superior medical care.

I have brought our 3 month old to Dr. Stewart since birth and have been very happy. The staff is friendly and the process is thorough abd efficient. I would recommend this practice to anyone for pediatric care.

Dr. Stewart and all of the staff at this office are kind and thorough. I always feel Im in excellent hands when I go there for care.

My 2 month old son was showing some signs of fever in between our regular visits at this clinic. We called them for next day appointment to see a doctor and clinics typically have open slots for such situations but they asked us to go to emergency instead.I would not suggest someone to use this clinic as PCP since you end up paying a lot more in emergency rooms for such situations. Rather one should find PCP clinics which are a lot more flexible. My friends are physicians in UNC family medicine and they do have open slots for such situations specially for children.Not a good experience.

My family sees Dr. Barnes are we are so pleased with the care we receive by him and his nurse, Lisa. They are caring and thorough and are always good about calling back if we leave a message with questions.

We just started going to this place after a recent move. We have a toddler and a newborn. The office is clean, professional, friendly, and our doctor is very nice and laid back.

I have been with this company for 7 years and are get better and better every time. And I love the new location.

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Kurz. Took the afternoon off work showed up to find out they didnt have me on the schedule. I have my wits about me and would not just show up for an appointment at 215 in the afternoon for no reason. I wait a long time to get an appointment with my doctor. I have been a patient here for at least 15 years and would not make up this stuff. I need to see my doctor. Very disappointed in the scheduling staff.

The lady at the front desk is rude and unprofessional. I tried scheduling an appointment but cancelled because of how rude she was. I will never let my child go there and I will let the community know.

Slow process. Be ready to wait longer than an hour to be seen
