This group did a superb job coordinating a 24 hour 7 days a week care for my mother in law. She required above average skills and they delivered safe reliable care. The people who came to our house were compassionate, caring and competent. Diane and Krista were very helpful with information and with quick communication. The group allowed us to keep our loved one at home during her last months, but more importantly provided the support and care she needed for over a year before her passing.

We came from out of town to care for a friend. Thinking we could do this on our own, we completely exhausted ourselves. A friend referred us to Homewatch. I called and was met with kindness and understanding. We had help in a very short time. When we needed daytime help, Homewatch immediately began providing help. They are so kind, understanding, and supportive. We became a team. When I had a concern, I was heard out and a solution was worked out. The aides that provided the care were incredible. They always spoke to our friend whether he responded or not. I will always be grateful for Homewatch and the care we received from the office and the aides.

I cant recommend Homewatch CareGivers enough!! My mom and step dad live in the Independent living section of Carolina Meadows, in Chapel Hill. My step dad has Parkinsons disease and my 91 year old mother cant do everything herself. I live in Charlotte and it gives and I am 100% confident that they are in great hands when I am not able to be there. My mom was very resistant to getting home care, but Anzor and the team made the transition very easy. The office staff is highly responsive at all hours of the day and are very compassionate and understanding. The care givers are wonderful and more importantly, CONSISTENT! They have become like family for my mom and she often tells me that her friends are jealous of the quality of her care givers compared to what they get from the facility. My mom likes to play board games and since my step dad cant do that anymore, they have taken the time to learn how to play them with my mom. I dont know what we would do without them. I highly recommend them if you have any home care needs in the Chapel Hill area

The caregivers and staff at the Chapel Hill Homewatch are outstanding. The caregivers were consistently kind, engaged and competent. We very much liked all the ones who helped us. That is the most important thing. The staff at Homewatch were competent, responsive and compassionate. I heartily recommend Homewatch to you.

I joined the team and was told I would be full-time. After working there for a month or so it was hard to know from day to day where I would be or if I would get the hours i needed. When I started I told them no nights because I have a family to take care of and kids at home. Well they kept trying to give me nights its like they didnt listen or just didnt care. They put there caregivers in situations that are uncomfortable and when u call in and let them know they are unwilling to remove you from the situation. My time there was good and bad. I wish everyone well wishes . thanks

I have been so fortunate to have benefited from the care and services provided by Homewatch Caregivers for the past 18 months. In difficult times I have come to depend on my caregivers and Homewatch for their flexibility in meeting the ever changing demands that we require since my husband suffers from a terminal neurodegenerative disease. We have always had the same person, which gives me such peace of mind. He is so loving and genuinely cares for my husband; as a result, we quickly embraced this caregiver as a family member. Recently, Homewatch has provided another person to meet our continuing needs and she too has been so compassionate. We rely on caregivers to keep our loved ones, clean, safe and fed, but my caregivers go beyond that by engaging and building a relationship with my husband and our entire family, a testament to the work ethic of Homewatch Caregivers. The office staff are always responsive and sensitive to our needs and very patient with my continuing demands.

Homewatch is a blessing to my family. For nearly three years, theyve been taking care of my Mom who has Parkinsons and dementia. When Homewatch is on duty, we can work, rest, or leave the house—confident that Mom is safe and cared for.Homewatch caregivers provide more than 70 hours a week of help for my Mom, so weve had a lot of time to watch how they work.Their caregivers are both skilled and loving, which is a combination my Mom really needs. Their office staff are professional and collaborative. Dad and I always feel like were on a team, working together for the solutions that are best for Mom and for all of us. We know we can count on Homewatch management for effort, openness, and collaboration to meet Moms ever-changing challenges. We know that one big challenge in eldercare is finding caregivers who are a good fit for the clients personality -- especially when the client has dementia. Its also a challenge because turnover in the caregiver population can be very high. Homewatch has been committed to sending us caregivers who look like a good fit, and to changing caregivers if the fit doesnt work as hoped for. We value Homewatchs flexibility and their low-ego, what can we do to help? willingness to take care of our needs, and to work with me and my Dad as collaborative partners for my Moms health and happiness. We are glad to endorse Homewatch as an eldercare provider, and only wish that every family who needs them could have access to their high-quality help.-- Phil Marsosudiro, Hillsborough NC
