I was diagnosed with panhypopituitarism and he helped me understand what I was going to be experiencing he is a very good Doctor
Dr.Klett is a amazing doctor. He really knows his stuff when it comes to HRT and is very attentive. He makes me feel like I am in safe arms.
I was a new pt. I had a great visit with Dr Klett. He listened & heard me. He actually reviewed copies of labs & scans I brought with me. He was patient & addressed all my concerns/ symptoms. Every minute was productive in developing a plan of care moving forward.
Listened to me and told the time to explain my condition to me. I never felt rushed.
This doctor has absolutely no compassion for patients or the struggles they have. I had to wait two months for an appointment which I did gladly as I was referred by my oncologist. I live two hours from Chapel Hill and had scheduled a PET Scan the same day several hours apart. The UNC PET Scan team was running behind and I was late for my appointment by 13 minutes. I called before rushing to leave the cancer hospital explaining my PET Scan had run behind and the lady answering the phone said it would be ok and to come on. I rushed over and walked in and the very unprofessional receptionist said since I was 15 minutes late she would have to check with Dr Klett. I explained or tried to explain to her I had run behind because of the UNC System and she asked the doctor and he said I would have to reschedule the appointment. I threw my hands up in the air and walked out. I do not recommend this gentleman at all as he is not compassionate or empathetic at all and has a very unprofessional staff. This is the reason most people have very little faith in doctors. I have been battling cancer for over two years and not once has any physician in the UNC system been so shallow. I hope the doctor gets the same treatment someday soon.
