My wife has seen Dr Casey for four years now but she isn’t a big reviewer so that’s why I’m writing the review. We both have only good things to say about Dr Casey. She was there for both of us during a super hard time in our lives. Now, my wife mostly sees her for medication management. She’s available, accommodating and honest. She is not someone who is going to beat around the bush or sugar coat things which my partner definitely appreciates. Highly, highly recommend.

DO NOT USE. This group is entirely unprofessional. My partner connected with his therapist and used him for months. My partners insurance changed. My partner let the office know. Instead of telling my partner his insurance was no longer accepted they misinformed him that he had a credit on his account? Does that make sense to you? No? To him it made no sense either. My partner followed up with this and was told he owed NO MONEY. Doing the math, the credit would allow for 2 months of therapy sessions. After two months my partner received notification he owed Robin Casey $600! When he reached out they told him it was because his insurance was no longer covered. This was 2 months after his insurance had changed! 2 months of not paying for a single session due to a credit and now he is told that he owes $600?! He was allowed to CONTINUE his therapy sessions even after owing the company money, adding more onto his bill. The company ALLOWED this to happen. Without his knowledge! When he reached out via email and calling and texting (a total of over a dozen times) he was completely ignored. He could not even find closure with the therapist he built a rapport with because of the lack of communication and the lack of forwarding his email. When the Robin Casey finally did respond it was to tell him that it was all his fault and he owed the money. Period. My partner was going to therapy because he finds these exact situations difficult to deal with, has major anxiety, and confrontation issues and would rather pay $600 he cannot afford than deal with it any longer. The problem with places like this is THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THEIR CLIENTS because their clients are in a vulnerable position. Now my partner has paid and it is too late. Horribly unprofessional. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Casey is amazing. She has provided care that encompasses the person as a whole not just the brain. Her care has been life changing.

Dr. Casey is such a wonderful doctor. It’s hard for me to open up to people really, but after getting used to her, I’ve really enjoyed my sessions with her. She always seems to know what to say or a solution/reasoning behind things! I’m glad I was referred to her by a friend.

Ive seen quite a few psychiatrists, psychologists, doctors, and naturopaths. Dr. Casey is the best of all worlds. She cares about both your mental and physical health and she takes a very holistic approach to treating her patients (prescription drugs, diet, exercise, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, etc.). I know finding the right doctor is usually a very difficult process and Im very glad that Ive found Dr. Casey.
