I have been a patient at TAC for over 3 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Before, during, and after pregnancy- they were extremely helpful. This practice is filled with knowledgeable and caring providers who work with you (and your schedule) to best meet your wellness needs. Patrick, Rick, and Katherine are all amazing and I will always be grateful for their care.

I quite like going to Triangle Acupuncture. My parents live in CH; I visit them two or three times a year. I always make sure to come in during my time in the Triangle. The acupuncture has helped me with my mental health and I look forward to my appointment every time Im back in NC.

I was struggling with fertility after two miscarriages. I started seeing Katherine and had a wonderful experience. She is so knowledgeable, blending western medicine with acupuncture seamlessly. Working in healthcare myself, this was very much appreciated. Katherine is very considerate, I felt that she truly was listening and caring about my situation- I was not just another client. I was blessed with a healthy pregnancy after two cycles working with Katherine. I would definitely recommend Katherine if you are at all considering acupuncture during your conception journey!

I have been a client at Triangle Acupuncture for over 3 years now. I have seen Katherine, Bethany, Patrick and Rick. They have all been wonderful and have helped me tremendously. I started seeing them to help balance my hormones and eventually switched to fertility acupuncture treatments with them. I was having trouble sleeping. Years ago I had fractured my ankle. It never healed correctly. At night the pain would flair up. I decided to try something new. BTW I hate needles. I made an appointment with Patrick. Terrified I arrived for my first appointment. Walking in, Kim greeted me and put me at ease. Patrick took his time explaining the process to me. I was still skeptical but willing to try anything at this point. Patrick was kind and caring. He made me feel comfortable and hopeful. This was over a year ago and today I am back to getting a full night’s sleep. Thank you Triangle Acupuncture Clinic, Kim and Patrick. You guys are the best.

I went to Patrick for a sty and he was able to treat me 2 times and I was good to go! Great group of people and I would highly recommend going to them. Love how they take their time to find out what is going on with you and give you an idea of how to more forward to relieve your pain! Will continue to go to them. Again great group of people!!!

I went to Triangle Acupuncture Clinic numerous times as part of my infertility and endometriosis treatment. I regularly saw Patrick and Katherine who and were both exceptionally caring, professional, and calming. My sessions were truly relaxing and a means of escape. I recommend them very highly.

Acupuncture is controlling my severe, chronic migraines. My PCP and neurologists supported my decision to try acupuncture before drug therapy, which would have had its own consequences. The side effects I experience from acupuncture are well-being and good health. My health ins. does not cover acupuncture, but it is a much better investment than ER and drug co-pays. The practitioners at TAC are excellent, caring and competent.

Wonderful folks! I have seen Chris and Catherine, and they are both extremely knowledgeable and truly care about their patients. Chris is a magician in making my shoulder pain disappear! I have been seeing Catherine regularly for over a year now and find the acupuncture treatments and herbal therapy very beneficial.

Cant day enough about how Patrick has helped me! He truly takes the time and goes the extra step to make my treatment work the best. If you are in pain, give them a try.

Chris and Kim have help me recover from spine surgery. The care they provide is awesome. I would have never made it without them. I highly recommend them.

I first came to Triangle Acupuncture with back/shoulder problems that were not helped through physical therapy or cortisone shots. After just three or four sessions there was/has been huge improvements. I can go months at at time without being in pain and when my shoulder flares up it usually takes one or two sessions to fix it. The people are friendly and caring and kind. They deal with you as a whole person and listen well. I have no idea how, or why acupuncture works - but it does and I love it!

Chris was a great support during cancer treatment- having sessions before chemo helped stabilize my white blood counts and mitigate some of the side effects. I love that they partner with Cornucopia so I could receive some sessions at no cost, very generous and appreciated!

Chris helped my headaches and blurred vision when glasses, hydration, medication, and diet didnt. After 3-4 sessions, its been over one month without headaches.I still continue to see him for other aches and pains.

The staff is great! I highly recommend Chris, although I have not worked with anyone else, and frankly, would not want to. He is friendly, sensitive your needs, yet at the same time, very professional. He is very knowledgeable of his craft.

After my auto accident a few years ago, I was left with severe upper back pain that was not improved through medical doctors, chiropractors, etc. After 6 months of constant back pain, my wife suggested that I try acupuncture. Fortunately, I found Chris at Triangle Acupuncture, and had my first acupuncture treatment. After my third treatment from Chris, my back pain virtually disappeared. Since then, I periodically see Chris when needed for various aches and pains. Every treatment results in an improvement. For example, I recently strained my lower back severely, and the first treatment has already improved my condition considerably. The entire staff at Triangle Acupuncture is professional, friendly, and will go the extra mile to help their clients. I highly recommend them.

TAC relieved virtually all my neck pain. Patrick has tried various therapies including TENS and cupping, which have helped in addition to the accupuncture.

Thanks to Chris and Katherine (I go to both offices) Ive been able to end frequent cycles of steroids, pain meds, and missed work due to disc and other musculoskeletal problems. I moved away for a couple years, and tried two other clinics. Acupuncture clinics ARE NOT ALL EQUALS!! Triangle has the most peaceful environment, caring staff, and acupuncturists that are incredibly knowledgeable in eastern medicine and very caring as individuals. Ive recommended at least five others to this practice, all without reservation! Id give 6 stars if I could!

I cannot say enough about my positive experience at the Triangle Acupuncture Clinic (TAC). They deserve the highest praise and also earned my heartfelt recommendation. Special thanks to the acupuncturists who worked with me (Katherine, Chris, and especially Patrick) and to the ever helpful office staff, Kim and Nital. The latter were for me the public face of the clinic and they were always professional and above all personable. Details of my experience follow for those who enjoy working in the weeds (and remember: a weed to one person can be a source of delight to another). Long story short: they successfully treated me for carpal tunnel syndrome for less than I would have spent to have had surgery. Please plan to make a visit to the TAC a part of your ongoing plan for your health.I initially visited the clinic in Chapel Hill for treatment of carpal tunnel and incipient arthritis in my hands. After typing away madly at a keyboard (an IBM Model M. Clickety-clackety clickety-clackey click) for 25+ years, I developed carpal tunnel syndrome in both of my hands. I was diagnosed with a severe or extreme case in my right (dominant) hand and a moderate case in my left hand. Following diagnosis, I scheduled surgery.The week before surgery, I had an epiphany: surgery should (always) be the *last* option, not the first. I canceled the surgery and did some research on local acupuncturists. I settled on TAC as they advertised that treating carpal tunnel was one of their specialties. I had an initial assessment and then a four week course of two sessions per week. After the final session, my arms felt so strong, I could have punched a hole in the wall had my acupuncturist had asked! (Of course he did not. And at any rate, I am a non-violent type).Instead of punching holes in walls, I am content to prove my newly regained strength by once again helping my wife by twisting off the lids of hard-to-open jars. Happily, following my treatment, she no longer has to rely upon her Rubber Husband (Google is your friend) for this task.P.S. The cost of the treatment at TAC was less than what I would have paid for the surgery. And my insurance company would have paid for the majority of the surgery; they paid none for the acupuncture. The moral of this story is left up to the reader to discern.TCDurham, NC

I had doubts but acupuncture helped when nothing did.

Kim was very irresponsible with my insurance paperwork. Does not give clear answers when asked. Gets upset when asked clarification. Very poor at accepting responsibility for mistakes.
