When Lyle was there every time they said they were gonna be there they were here. Now that this other person Has taken over I have been waiting months for him to come fix the return air that has fallen down in my floor. A1 put it in and they need to get it fixed. Its really bad that a good guy that cares about his costumers had to retire. This guy that is running this place now is running that company in the ground. Im about ready to call someone else and then send them the bill . This place sucks now.

Took off an entire day last Tuesday and they never showed up. Made another appointment for today and were suppose to be here an hour ago. When I called and said I cant keep taking off work for this the response was Ok. Dont give a darn at all. And EXTREMELY RUDE! If I could give them a zero I would.

Piss poor service say they will be out at a certain time took time off work to be there and they dont bother calling you to let you no they had something else come up they let you hang what a joke of a business.
