I had an appointment scheduled for a cut, color and hi-lite. I drove 20 minutes in for my appointment. I got here a little early and told that they were not open, so I stood outside their front doors waiting. The girl was standing folding towels, I thought i could at least sit down and wait inside. Nope. Then I am looking at my phone ad notice a message from a chanute number. It was Smart Styles telling me that they needed to cancel my appointment. This happened only 17 minutes ago and I am very angry. If you dont make an appointment then they tell you that it will be 45 minuyes to just get a cut. Why you wait they sit on their butt. So long story short, even if you make an appointment they dont keep those appointments!

I had one of the worst experiences at this salon. I have went here several times in the past. Those were all good visits.She cut all of my hair off. It was nothing like in the picture. Way far from shoulder length. The layers dont look like layers. It looks chopped instead of layered. My daughters was not even shoulder length. I will never let her cut mine or my daughters hair again. My personal opinion she needs to back to cosmotcosme school.

I highly recommend Melinda at the chanute Walmart. Had to give it 3 stars due to the fact one of the hairdresses always claims to be too busy, and when I have walked by before she is always on her phone.

I got my hair done for my birthday here. It looks so bad when I came in. Like my hair was orange lol. It took 5 hours but the manager wasn’t going to let my go home disappointed! I was so happy! My hair looked just like it did natural. I was so happy with it I left crying. ❤️ Thank you for fixing my hair!!

Rude women who work there was treated badly by manager March 2019, had surgery in February, was looking for a haircut the manager was very rude to me when all I ask was I would like to get a cut, will never go back and dont recommend..
