We had the BEST experience with our daughter here. We saw Dr. Heather Cade, and she was incredibly helpful in explaining our options for a reoccurring ear infection issue we were dealing with. I am NOT smart when it comes to medical lingo and the way she walked me through the process made me feel 1000x better about the whole situation. Very grateful for this place and cant recommend it enough.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and did not have to wait long in the waiting room. I had hearing loss after flying several weeks earlier. They did a comprehensive hearing test and examined my ears to make sure there was no sign of infection. All is good now.

Very clean office. Their staff at the check in desk, I would like them to be more friendly and nicer greeting. I am used to have more friendly staff. Dr. Soltany was, however, very friendly and kind to explain everything I needed to know!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS PRACTICE!!I called this place to have my daughter seen the same day. She had been to the ER the night before for throat issues that were not resolved. When I called the office, a woman answered the phone who sounded like she had just woken up after having slept in the office all night.I explained to her my problem, and after 5 minutes was told that I could either see a nurse practitioner today, or that I needed to followup the way the ER told me to (which wasnt an option because there was no pediatric ENT specialist on call at the ER). I again had to repeat everything I had just explained to her. This lady didnt listen to a word I had told her. She again told me I could only see an NP, and not a doctor. Then she proceeded to tell me that their NPs were just as good as doctors. If you care about your childs welfare, DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PRACTICE. Completely unprofessional and apathetic.

I have been twice to this facility to be seen by Dr. Soltany. He gave me very capable, friendly, and kind medical care. He took the time necessary to understand my problems and to explain his diagnosis and intended treatment. I am completely satisfied with the care I received. The audiologist Justine McDermott was equally capable and a pleasure to work with. Their facility to evaluate hearing capability is state-of-the art ---- the best I have ever seen. I can make this judgment, because I work with researchers who evaluate hearing in marine mammals, so I am aware of what current technology affords. I was impressed with this groups investment in the best available equipment and methods.

Update 10/03/19: Found a new ENT practice where I dont have to wait months to see an ENT - Yea!9/30/19: This one-star rating is based strictly on my interaction with their NP, Heather.at the Chantilly location.Several weeks ago I had gone in as I knew my right eardrum ruptured which Heather confirmed it had. She prescribed drops in case of infection and said I needed to come back for a hearing test in a few weeks as well as set up an appt with their ENT (who works at the Reston office). The reason I was to set up an appt with the ENT was in case surgery was necessary to close up the perforation. So I made an appt to see him but the soonest was going to be October 31. Since it was in Aug that I was making this appt with the ENT and the soonest I could see him was October 31 that meant an almost 2-1/2 month to see the ENT but at this time I didnt mind.A few weeks later I came in for my hearing test and it was found that I had a 25 decibel drop in my right ear in comparing to my last hearing test 2 years earlier. Now just the day prior to my hearing test I experienced sound distortion where sounds were suddenly quite amplified. I also noticed that my vision became blurry and double. I figured I might be having a Menieres attack and would mention it to the audiologist the next day (day of my hearing test). When I came in for my hearing test I mentioned these new symptoms but she (the audiologist) said she didnt think it was Menieres but possibly vestibular in nature.I had an appt with the NP the following week to go over my hearing test but also wanted to inform her of these new symptoms and that I thought it warranted seeing the ENT sooner than Oct 31. When I mentioned this to Heather she said this is not a life or death situation. I told her that since I live alone and we dont know what is causing my suddenly worsened hearing but more importantly the double vision that I felt differently because the only way I can drive is with one eye open and close the other one. Again she reiterated for a second time this is not life or death and she proceeded to tell me that only having to wait a few more weeks that I was lucky that I was getting in to see him when I am scheduled and that its normally a 5 month wait to see Dr. McKenzie. I reminder her that by the time I made the appt it was going to be actually 2-1/2 months before I saw him and that was before these new symptoms developed. Anyway, Heathers attitude was totally uncalled for and lacked compassion plus the fact we dont know whats causing these later symptoms was totally unwarranted.I had to see my Primary the next day for a full physical and my primary asked if I could get my appt with my ENT moved up and I told her I tried and told her what the NP had said to me and my Primary said wow, that was out of line and I would never tolerate any of my staff talking to one of my patients that way. My primary said I need to find a new ENT and I told her it wasnt the doctor who said this to me. My primary said she was going to still give me a couple referrals of other ENTs plus she recommended I follow up with my Neurologist so before I left I made an appt and was squeezed in that same day to see my Neuro which was just this past Frday. When I saw my Neuro that afternoon he also asked me about seeing an ENT sooner than Oct 31 and when I told him how I tried and what transpired he was shocked especially knowing my health history. My Neuro said I need to go somewhere else as he also thought that this NP should not have taken that attitude with any patient. He also gave me a referral for an ENT that is elsewhere but with my bad vision problems Ill probably not go because of the distance. So, otherwise the rest of the staff is nice but I wont be using that NP anymore and will possibly change practices but well see. At the very least I wont ever see Heather again. Too bad my previous NP is no longer with the pratice.Sorry for the long review but I wanted to state what just happened very recently with regard to that one NP.

Scheduled an appointment almost a month ahead of time for a new patient exam. After 45 min of waiting in an exam room I stepped out of the room and asked receptionest if I am mistaking the time of an appoitment. She said no, you are right, we just running a bit late. Although I dont know how is it 45 min late is a bit late, I waited just a bit longer and at 1 hour of waiting I left.Disrespect. What truly offended me the most is that no one even made an effort to stop by to check NOT ONES if its ok, if Id prefer to reschedule, or just simply to stop by to apologize!!! Im not asking to babysit me, just do not trust this office and its professionalism.

Charged $440 to have my ears cleaned out. They did a great job, but for 15 minutes of work by a nurse practitioner, I believe this is exorbitant to say the least.
