I went there this morning with my children since the 3 of them needed some blood work. I expected to be there for a few hours since I didnt know how it was going to end up. To my surprise I was there for only 20 minutes with everything done. I didnt have an appointment (but I called the day before to make sure I could bring my 3 kids with me). Cynthia was AMAZING... Looked like she has experience dealing with children. I will definitely come back if I need their services again.Thank you Cynthia!

Miss Marta was amazing with our 4 year old. She was very caring and concerned about making the experience easy and painless. We are so thankful. She works on Saturday mornings!

I’ve been using Sunrise Medical Lab in Chantilly for years and Im always impressed with the professionalism, exceptional skill and cheerful attitude of Cynthia Wright. I hope she is appreciated by her company as much as her patients appreciate Cynthia. She is really the reason I come to Sunrise for my Lab work.

We are the second in line but we had to wait more than 20 minutes to give blood samples. However, the nurse was very nice and positive.

Unorganized, misinformation very sad how hard it is to get quality medical care. Called to make an appoint, they said it was walk in. Came in on a Saturday at 8 when they open and then told me they don’t do the test I need on Saturday’s because they close at 11:30. No where on their website is this listed and I wasn’t told when I called and asked. .

Nurse was going on about how silly covid restrictions were. As a patient, that terrifies me. She was very kind when drawing my blood as she could tell how nervous I was though. So stupid but nice

I have been visiting this lab facility for the past 10 years because of one person. Cynthia is wonderful and always upbeat and has an excellent technique for drawing blood. Her cartoons are entertaining as one reads them while she draws blood.I rarely ever have to wait to be served. Billing is efficient and the test results are always delivered to my MD on time.For all of the above, Cynthia is the difference and she is somebody I actually look forward to for the blood drawing experience.

I have never been to a more unprofessional place of business. The employees are very rude. They tried to draw my blood numerous times.. two different techs, two different arms and still no blood. Instead of giving me water to drink and show empathy and dignity, considering they poked me at least four times, they said I was nervous and that is why no blood flowed. I get bloodwork every year and have never had an issue. One employee even loudly stated, “I knew you were nervous, that is why I did not want you”!!! Who says things like that out loud?! Sunrise Labs does. The company clearly hires anyone out of school, regardless of their skills and demeanor.

Cynthia was amazing when working with my 3 year old. She was fast and precise and made the experience positive for my son. Thank you!

I went there this morning. I was greeted by Cynthia Wright. She was a kind woman who knew exactly what she was doing. From the time I got in to the time I got out I probably stayed there for less than 15 minutes. She was super friendly and caring and drew my blood effortlessly. I recommend this place. I recommend Cynthia Wright.

I took my daughter in for some bloodwork this morning, and had the pleasure of meeting Ms Cynthia. She was so kind and helpful, and really put my nervous daughter at ease. She was the only one in the office, but really took the time to make sure that we were taken care of.

Cynthia was so kind to my son when he had to get blood drawn. She made him feel at ease when he was very scared. She has a big heart and a kind soul. She even gave him a hug at the end!!!! So very sweet!! We will definitely go back to her if we need more blood drawn.

Cynthia is the BEST! We have never experienced anything but kindness, humor, and skillfulness on her behalf. She really connects well teenagers and made my daughter feel right at ease with her multiple monthly laboratory work, even after syncopal episodes! We come here for Cynthia, but it is also noteworthy that our physician’s office has never had any mix-ups with results and receives results in a timely fashion.

Cynthia was amazing! Both my husband and I went in today (at two different times, both in the a.m. because we were fasting) and we both had the best experience. We were in and out. She had our lab slips ready that the doctor had faxed yesterday. Processed things quickly and got us right back to have our blood drawn and found the vein right away. She was so personable and clearly loves her job. I had my toddler with me and she gave her stickers and kept her happy and engaged so she wasn’t torturing me. My husband also called me on his way to work and said “wow that was efficient” so I definitely wanted to give credit where credit is due because, as everyone knows, getting labs done is never a good time!

Horrible experience and billing was VERY messed up. Terrible, terrible experience. Will do everything possible to never have to go here again.

My son goes regularly. They are always helpful when calling.. On-site they are efficient, friendly, very skilled, and simply happy. These attributes are especially true of the lady that has been there the longest (Sylvia, we think).

I love this place.. The staff are very friendly and do a great job at drawing blood.

Sometimes only one person works. No one at the front desk. Even dropping off a sample requires you to wait for your turn. One time, my test result was so off. The explanation was the sample was outside too long at their lab. So dumb.

I just arrived at 1:19pm to get blood test and one of old black lady said we are closed and we r going to have lunch .wow really ? I was shocked and check their website they close by 3pm how rude is the old black lady .shame on you as a health care practitioner

Just had blood drawn today. Very fast and very efficient. No pain. In and out in less than 10 minutes. My new lab of choice!

Do not go to this facility, Cynthia at the front desk is very rude. Her customer service skills towards patients is lacking. I went to drop off a specimen this morning and she was not at her desk to greet me. When she did arrive she had me wait until she finished wiping/sanitizing her desk, phone and any other equipment she could find. I had been given a set of instructions by my doctor’s office which stated that once I dropped off my specimen, I was also going to have blood drawn. I had already had some blood drawn 2 days prior at that same docto’s office so I was thinking they also needed to draw some more as per the instructions I was given. She went off on me and started saying that if they mistakenly draw blood again for the same reason they did previously then the insurance wasn’t going to pay for it.At this point I am not sure if this is a new order for not. So I asked her to please return the order that I just gave her with my doctor’s office number so that I can call them and try to clarify the instructions. Once I make contact with the lab tech she confirms that I don’t need to have blood drawn and for me to just turn in the specimen. I inform Cynthia of the update and let her know that I am basically done with the purpose of my visit at that facility. She proceeds to tell me that she needs a phone number for me, which I give it to her. Then as I am living she starts raising her voice and starts saying that all she was trying to do was save me money and that I have a Bad Attitude. I found this this to be very unprofessional behavior that was uncalled for. My visit ended with her setting me off and calling her out with her Bad Attitude.This is not the proper way to treat a patient and especially when other patients are in the waiting area listening to this type of treatment. I had never had anyone treat me in such a manner. I highly recommend not to set foot in this “medical” facility.

Today I took my 18 month old son to draw blood for a blood work order.Two ladies on duty today 9/9/17, straggled for some time and were not able to draw the blood and refered me to go to Lab Corp.Question is; if they are certified they should be able to draw blood and if not they should not accept the patient at first place.No wonder Lab Corp is much better.

Staff was not knowledgeable about their own policies and did not care to explain anything. The billing department representative could only respond with, please call anyone in our billing department can help you.... ideally that would have been the billing department representative.

I showed up at 3:59 pm and the door was already locked. I called to see if they would let us in since they obviously closed early. I even explained my situation and how difficult it was for me to get my very exhausted daughter (with mono) here to have her blood drawn. I was told sorry maam, we are already closed...I mean its already 402. Really? This is terrible customer service!

Extraordinarily slow service on my visit today (Saturday am). Such a letdown after having been in the Kaiser system for so long. There, I would have be in and out in less than 10 minutes for my blood work.

My 4 year-old has multiple food allergies, and after her initial skin testing as a toddler, developed a fear of doctors. She is supposed to have yearly blood tests, but 3 out of the last 4 attempts were disasters for blood failing to communicate, impatient phlebotomists, or just her kicking and screaming her way out of it. Yesterday, we had the most pleasant experience at CPL in Chantilly--I wish I had gotten the phlebotomists name so I could be thanking her! She was patient and gentle, gave us time to be ready, did her job quickly, compassionately, and with skill, and sent us on our way with tons of stickers and a hug. I couldnt be more thankful right now!

They are great...my 7 yr old got the blood work done and they are very nice and gentle and tactful in deviating kids attention.

3 different closing times posted on brochures, the website, and here on Google. I called to make a formal complaint and was told a fourth closing time. Very dissatisfied--partially because I had to come in fasting first and was turned away.

In and out in no time and, despite having blood taken, very little pain! I will definitely be returning for all my phlebotomical needs!

Helpful staff that wants to help. Helps get you in and out quick, which is what one wants.

Indian lady pricked like crazy..doesnt knows her job..please dont privi patients left and right..please learn your skill.....

Im not sure who is in charge of posting open positions on line , but its not being done right.I ran into a processer job yesterday on craigslist but was unable to find it on main site? Ended up applying for one in New York, maybe i can use same application for chantilly lab. Reguardless it gets our hopes up of being a possible canidate for such position! Might just need a better system or new employee.

Great lab! I used to go to Labcorp, but there was usually a long wait and the lab regularly lost my standing order. Also, one of the phlebotomists at Labcorp regularly bruised my arm and I thought the staff was rude. At Sunrise, the staff is super friendly, at most there has been one person in line, and they have been really reliable. They are gentle with their blood draws, too! No more Labcorp for me!

Horrible HR department. Advertises for drivers needed on Craigslist every month. I send them my information both through their email and fax, and get no response back. Not professional to leave people out on a limb with no response whether yay or nay about a job.
