The doctors, nurses, and staff members who work here do not care about their patients AT ALL! Not only do they put you on hold too long, but they have the worst tone when they do answer. Very rude and unresponsive. Also, they absolutely do not value the fact that you took your time out of your busy day to make an appointment and make you wait forever/makes you feel completely ignored. Read all the reviews before you decide to make an appointment here - I really wish I did. This office truly needs to be better managed. Dont waste your time!!

If you want a doctor who doesnt listen to you, constantly cancels your appointment, and is flat out rude then this is the place to go. I understand that the last year has been difficult on the medical system, but it doesnt mean you can stop working with your patients to find solutions to their illnesses.

I was put in the patients room on time for my appointment, but before I knew it, an hour had passed and I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were just really busy. I finally decided to step out to the hallway to take a look and when the doctor finally saw me standing there, she seemed startled -- because they had completely forgot about me! Youd expect her to apologize for the wait, but all she did was rush through the appointment. She didnt even say bye, she left in the middle of a sentence after seeing me for barely 10 minutes. She didnt care about me at all and it was a horrible feeling. I shouldve never went back after that, but decided to give them a second chance and well, it was the same scenario. I didnt have to see the doctor this time, it was a nurse visit. They had me in the waiting room for an hour because they forgot about me again. They only realized that I was still there when someone came back from there break and asked me if I have been seen yet. Not only that, but the customer service is also extremely rude. I had called to simply re-schedule my appointment, but what they had available was too late so I told them that Ill just keep my appointment. The person that answered said with the worst attitude, MMMMMMMMHM, O.K. and hung up on me when I asked for her name. I am NEVER coming back. I dont recommend this place to anyone. Honestly, dont even know how this place is still running.

We are new to the area, and I set up an appointment to become a patient at this location. When I made the appointment I gave them all of my insurance information and all of the other information they asked for. The day before my appointment they called to confirm, I answered and confirmed, and was instructed to fast for 12 hours prior. My appt was for 11:15 AM so I fasted from probably 8 or 9 the night before. Normally, if I had been asked to fast I would have requested an early morning appointment, but since I really needed to establish care, and my husband had arranged to be home with our kids, I just said okay. The morning of my appt, I was super flustered and anxious (likely because of the fasting), so when I put the address into my GPS I somehow put the Centreville location in, rather than the Chantilly location (which is on Centreville Rd). Again, Im new to the area, and it was my first time seeing this doctor, so I didnt realize that I had made a mistake. I arrived 20 minutes early to the wrong location, and it took a few minutes for the reception staff there to figure out where I was meant to be (she handed me a sticky note with the correct address and my honest-to-God response was Is this not where I am?!). I saw that the correct location was only about 10 minutes away, so I asked them to please let the other office know that I was on my way. I drove as fast as I could to get there, and my phone rang when I was three minutes away. It was the correct office (the one Im giving a one-star-rating), and they said that they would not be able to see me because I was running late. I told them I was three minutes away, and continued on my way. The phone call got cut off, and by the time they called me back I was in the lobby of the building. I went inside and begged them to see me. I explained that it was an honest mistake, that I didnt have any questions for the doctor, that I simply needed a quick physical to establish care. I was nine minutes late. They said that because I was nine minutes late, they would not be able to see me. Again, I explained that I dont have a complicated health history, no issues, I just needed to be seen so that I would have a checkup history for some paperwork for an upcoming military move. I explained that I was shaky and flustered because of the fasting. They told me that because the doctor had another appointment at 11:45, that there just wasnt time for me to be seen. This seems crazy to me - that it would have been possible for my appointment to be completed in the 30 minutes allocated, but not 21 minutes?? I understand that I made a mistake, and perhaps I was being a bit of a Karen -- but I just could not believe that anyone in the healthcare business could be so utterly lacking in compassion and empathy. With Covid, its incredibly difficult for me to arrange childcare, and I really needed to be seen for my appointment. It was so disappointing. They also did zero Covid screening at the door, and had unsanitized pens on the counter (I know this because I reached for one and they said dont touch those, they havent been sanitized yet? Why leave them out if you dont want people to use them?). Very unimpressed.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They made us reschedule our appointment last minute and when we arrived they said they couldn’t see us anymore and had to reschedule. Horrible service. The manager was out for “lunch” and wouldn’t even come talk to us. Do not go here!!!

I’m surprised at the negative reviews of this place.We have been going here for many years. Not only are the nurses/staff good but my favorite doctor (probably in the whole world) is Dr.Bouhouch. I trust this center and doctors very much and we have received excellent care (me and my husband) for years.

I called them to book virtual appointment on behalf of my wife but the insurance didnt go through... so I called my provider to verify all data is correct or not and provider confirmed that all data looks good and they said doctors office should not see any issue.... I called them back to the Inova Chantilly office the CC picked up and she type my information it still didnt go through and abruptly disconnected the call... its so disappointing... I saw the reviews are so poor... probably due to such CC... looks like the management is dumb.

I called to ask about visit costs with out insurance. The first person hung up after I said that. Called again they said we don’t know. We will get $100 deposits and charge you the rest later. I asked several times in different ways but they are basically scammers. I asked how much would a consultation would cost they said that they do not know. Wow. Go somewhere else these are the types that try to screw you and your insurance over. We will charge you whatever we like isn’t a acceptable answer. Find a different doctor

Very incompetent billing department. They kept using the wrong code to bill my insurance and when my insurance didn’t pay, these clowns just simply put the whole balance on my account and sent me a bill instead. While I am at it, the nurses at this location are rude and pathetic.

No complaints here! I had my blood work here with Calvin (quick and easy, both thumbs up) twice now and have seen 2 doctors at this location. Always cordial and asking the right questions. I refer all of my colleague to INova Medical Group - like that all my health records are accessible.

My nose bleed for 3 hours after getting a very painful and improperly administered Covid 19 test. You can decide for yourself if this is the treatment and experience you expect. Too bad 0 stars is not an option.

Horrible visit and the female doctor was so incredibly rude and short with no beside manner at all. I came out of there feeling so frustrated and treated so poorly by that doctor. The admin staff and nurses were very nice and professional, but the doctor was horribe. I will NEVER go back there. I had to go there because my PCP was full this particular day. I had a legitimate health issue and she didnt care and was so short and rude, she didnt even do a complete exam. Was worst experience ever. Do not go there, its not worth your time. This was my first visit there and my last. Didnt check my ears, my nose, my sinuses etc... went to my PCP the next day and received a real exam with a compassionate understanding doctor and a real diagnosis of a sinus infection.

Worse office ever. Horrible staff and front desk, spoke to the manger many times about communicating with the staff regarding my medications and issues, manager seems to not care and very unprofessional rude.she seemed to not know anything about healthcare! Only Dr. Venk was able to help me by messaging her . The two other doctors were horrible , had bad experiences visiting them. I don’t know how dr. Venk putting up with this office dysfunction working there! It’s horrible customer service . Do not recommend any of the dr except dr Venk.

(This is the first time I have ever left a review, but I find it necessary in this case.) I have only had positive experiences with the physicians. However, I had a less than pleasant phone conversation with one of the nurses, this afternoon. I was legitmately experiencing a medical issue (non emergency, but still legitimate in regard to a prescription) and became teary while on the phone (due to a medical issue that I was calling about in the first place), and she was very cold, interrupted me a couple of times when I was explaining my situation. She had no care or empathy, and instructed me to call back when I had an appointment. Perhaps this person was having a bad day, but taking it out on a patient is not ok. Being decent and friendly when dealing with a patient should be a top priority for the very obvious reason that whomever is representing the office is speaking to someone who is potentially feeling extremely ill and/or concerned due to the problem theyre having. The way this woman spoke to me did not fit within the said criteria.

I am giving 2 stars because Ive had a positive experience with the nurses, front desk staff & Dr. B but I had a horrible experience with Dr. Vink. She was rude, interrupted me several times & was extremely condencending when I was describing my symptoms to her. A professional has never made me feel so uncomfortable.

Appointment itself was fine but I had to call back multiple times days after my appointment and months later, one perscription is out of refills even though three others were written for a year of refills! Its for my rescue inhaler so now ill have to make an appointment to get a new script but im done with this place!
