Dr Bouhouch is one of the best doctors I have ever met. she is very knowledgeable. She is my PCP, and also is the PCP for my parents and number of teachers and parents in my daycare. She is honest, sincere and very caring. she helped me provide care during this pandemic to take care of my elderly parents. I can text her anytime during the day or weekend she will respond. I was very worried for my parents but thanks to her vigilance and kindness, I was able to manage their medications and appointments. Thank you doctor for your support. Me and my family are very appreciative of your efforts and dedication.

Dr. Bouhoush has been my PCP for almost 9 years. She is a great doctor. Excellent bedside manners. She spends time to investigate the problem and explain the treatment plan. She has been amazing in following up with me after the test results and she always provides excellent advices for general health. When a specialist is needed, she always recommends the best. Its great to be in good hands and a Doctor who really CARES.

I’m really appreciate from Dr. Bouhouch for myself, my wife and my two daughters. She’s following us since 2015 and she was the first doctor who was able to diagnose & figures out my wife disease properly and saved her life in 2016 and referral us to perfect specialist. She’s always very friendly & always take care for all of our family members when we go there. Also she’s perfect in time and perfect in her attendance if there’s a virtual visit or if there’s any question by email. I’m so glad to be one of her patients & I trust her too much and couldn’t go to other PCP however I forced to do due to change in our Inssurance in a very short period of time. I recommended her to all my friends & our relatives and till now all of them are grateful and appreciate my recommendation to them. She also saved a life of other relative members by her professional diagnosis in 2019 and referral to the perfect specialist. I really recommend people to visit her and get her perfect service to patients. Also I would like to mention about her nice nurse & staff working with her as well as the office people who always very cooperative. The worst experience ever! I have never expected myself rating a physician this way. I called for my mom mentioning that it was an urgent matter and that we need her to get tested for covid for travel purposes in regards to a life or death matter of a family member back home. After a full day goin back and forth of giving wrong information at the office: just call a testing site from inova u dont need an order, just call this number which happened to be wrong information. They couldnt help me bc i dont have a Drs order. Had to call back the office. Apologizing and saying that the person who gave you that information is wrong.Long story short my mom finally got tested, and the Dr. WAS YELLING IN MY MOMS FACE! I specifically said that its a very urgent matter! They said that ofcourse the have to follow proper procedure, which i totally respect and gave us a time frame, taking into consideration the urgency of my moms travel. That was on last Thursday. Today, after giving up on getting an answer from her office, (1st they told me calendar days, today they said: business days!) I decided to call the lab only for me to know that her test was received today! Test was done Thursday and wasnt sent until Monday!! My moms family member already passed away and she couldnt get a chance to say goodbye!

Dr. Bouhouch is absolutely the best! Not only is she super intelligent/knowledgeable but is also very highly trained. She’s very friendly and kind. Takes time to listen to all your concerns without rush and provide the best service accordingly. I highly recommend her!! VERY happy I found her.

Dr. Hakima Bahouch is probably the only Doctor for whom I have given a 1 star. Id give 0 if that were possible. She was late for Zoom appointments, When I called their office to reschedule because she hadnt shown up, she called back to yell at me saying she was on the call the whole time and I wasnt there. She gave misinformation about previous appointments, never follows through on refill requests for long-term medication without a zoom call that is absolutely unnecessary half the time!! She is mean, rude, and an overall unpleasant Doctor who has no compassion for her patients. I DO NOT recommend her at all and have changed my PCP to another.

Very professional & thorough. With a large family, we have seen many doctors, and Dr. Bouhouch is truly the best. My husband and teen son thought a male doctor was best for them, after seeing a male doctor in another practice, soon realized the difference in quality of care, accuracy of diagnosis and overall professional treatment. The entire team is top notch. We highly recommend her for all age groups and genders.

Not good anymore!When they first opened, Dr.Hakima and her practice were working on their ratings and were okay. But now, I have had the worst experience with one of their nurses, Bonnita, who was rude, unprofessional and dismissive. Dr. Hakima does not treat patients like she used to be!Not worth your time. Not coming back, will look for a new PCP provider.

Dr. Bouhouch is the best family doctor I have found. She cares about my health and manages my needs very well. I think she is knowledgeable and works hard to help her patients.

Quite frankly, the nastiest meanest person Ive ever met. Some people shouldnt be doctors.
