I have been coming here for over 10 years. Karen always goes above and beyond. Karen has even corrected choices I have made that turned out to be a mistake. She treats me as if I were her only customer!Eye Street Optical Is a throw back to what high Quality, detailed work as well as friendly customer service used to be everywhere!It is obvious Karen and the rest of the staff love what they do.

I broke nose pads of my glasses and needed immediate fix. They took me in last minute and fixed my glasses. Therese was very quick, efficient and professional. Thank you so much for helping me!!

Great one-stop shop. Weve been going there for at least a few years and the doctors and staff are friendly, thorough and timely. When getting glasses, the customer service is top-notch, knowledgeable about vision plans and allowances, even suggesting options on what to do when to maximize vision benefits. This past freezing cold winter, my daughter had injured her leg on the ice, but was so excited to get her glasses when they were ready, I took her to pick them up, prepared to have to go back for an adjustment another time, when she could walk more easily again. Instead, Laura actually came outside to the car to do a quick fitting and make them just right for her. So appreciative, look forward to continuing to use them for all our eye care needs.

My family was looking for an eye doctor in the area. After calling several other businesses, Eye Street Optical won us over with their polite and courteous staff. They assisted us with making sure our insurance plan was applicable and explained about any upfront cost. There were no surprises when it came to pricing. What they promised was what they charged. I would definitely recommend them to others looking for a great optical service provider.

I stopped by because my hinge on my glasses had broken unexpectedly. The owner greeted me with a smile and was able to get it fixed within a couple of hours and the glasses were like new. Price to fix it was quite reasonable as well.

I have been a customer for 30 years. Yes, I have been to other places, but no other place compares to the service I get at eye Street Optical. I could tell you many stories from the time they rescued a new pair of glasses after I drove over them with my car to the many times I come in for adjustments. I am very hard on eye glasses and they always are glad to see me and make the adjustments. The entire staff is very professional. Not only do they know the technical side of their business, they also make selecting new frames a very pleasurable experience. You cannot go wrong with anyone at Eye Street Optical, but my favorite is Laura!

Showed up for my 10am appointment which was scheduled over a week prior and they have no record of my appointment. I had the date, time, and doctors name with me. They could not see me so I will find somewhere else to go.

The lady at the front desk had an ATTITUDE and knew little about customer service and work ethic. She couldn’t even handle calling my insurance company without displaying her blatant indifference about solving my issue.

Great service. My eyeglass arm broke and in five minutes they replaced with a temp and ordered the replacement under warranty. Always personal and friendly.

We purchased our sons eye glasses here and very pleased with great customer service. Dr. Joedicke is especially nice.

They are competent, but always always always keep me waiting an HOUR for my appt. After 3 times of this, Ive had enough.

Great selection of frames and fantastic service

I ordered a pair of Oakley Rx shades with Oakley lenses, so they had to be sent out. It took a call from me to find out my frames were in, and upon receiving them I noticed (they didnt) that the frames were not the color I asked for. I was going to do all this online (and save $$$), but decided not to thinking that Eye Street would look out for me. As it turns out, the extra money really didnt get me anything, so I will not be returning here.
