I was not from around the area when my truck broke down. I needed to be back up and running ASAP Every other shop in the area was not willing to help me. Auto science did the opposite. They fit my into their schedule, got my vehicle right in did the repairs quickly and properly while I waited in their nice office. I also needed more than what I thought was wrong with the truck and the owner was more than courteous to show me what was wrong and why it was needed. Him and his partner dropped everything and got me right back out on the road. Thank you so much guys.

Great independent shop. Don’t let the small sized shop fool you; they have great turnaround time, and did a great job repairing my car at an extremely competitive price. Plus they have a loaner car if you need one. I will definitely be bringing my car back for all my repair and maintenance needs.

Wont be going here again for anything. Came back to give them a try and was thrown over and owner trying to fix more than I wanted done. I knew what was going on with the honda so you cant try and make more out of it than it was. Poor business men. Too many places cheat you when you try and trust what they say and you cant trust here. Lots of other places that wont lie to you.

Questionable work?? I had the same problem again 2 months later and had it repaired at another shop! I came by Luke because I saw the labor was cheaper than others in town but it took longer and I paid more for the same thing. Never coming back here again.

Horrible experience, misdiagnosed my vehicle and then tried to make me pay for services that were not done right the first and second time. If you cant fix something then tell the person instead of guessing at it.

Very efficient small shop, had a check engine light problem, that two other shops in the area could not figure out, I dropped it off in the morning, they gave me a free loaner vehicle, my car was ready the same day later that evening. its been two weeks since I picked my car up and light has not come back on. highly recommend these guys

I have had several cars repaired/maintained at Auto Science and I couldnt be happier with my experiences. Luke is very fair with his prices and doesnt recommend unnecessary repairs. They have even told me I did not need repairs that the dealer told me were needed. Recently, after totaling a car due to hitting a deer, Luke quickly got it back on the road and it drives like it never happened. I am a satisfied customer and I highly recommend Auto Science!

I took an aging Toyota to this shop to get an evaluation (the car has 230,000 miles on it) and Luke took the time to give me an honest appraisal and prioritized what needed to be done. At no time did I ever feel pressured to have work done that was unneeded. A month or two later we had the brakes on a Honda CRV done and were very happy with the service. Again, Luke took the time to explain everything and presented options for higher end pads and brake parts, as well as standard options, without any pressure to choose one or the other. The work done is alway excellent, and the prices are reasonable. Ill be calling again this morning to have the brakes done on another one of my vehicles. The shop is small, but the service and quality are big!

They were quick to figure out what the main problem was and quick with getting it fixed. I was given an itemized list of repairs before they started(and prices if I asked). The owner spend the time to go over what will be done and why. They are very fair with their prices!

We do not own a Mercedes nor do we own any sort of fancy vehicle but what we do own belongs to us. Allow me to elaborate. I expect from Auto Science that when I picked up my wifes vehicle for it to be in the same condition that I dropped it off in. What I did not expect to find was grease on the steering wheel, what appeared to be chalky mud on the floor and hand prints on the door. Now you might not find my car to be anything pleasurable to your liking but frankly I do not care! It is not yours! And I expect your to treat it as if it was not yours. Had I taken my neighbors advice, who had stopped using your services due to you arrogance I would have saved myself the headache. I suggest you clean up your act. And yourself for that matter. My year + of trusting has now come to a stop.
