My teeth are always so clean after my exams; always reminds me of when I first got my braces off :) Best part is, my insurance covers a lot at this office! I’ve been to another office within the area and it’s such a headache trying to deal with all of the details. In addition, I always have such a great experience with the hygienists! Becca is awesome!

This dental practice is clean, thorough, friendly. Work wonderfully with self pay patients . They explain every part of your procedure and the associated costs.They listen to what you explain to them and make certain you are comfortable and prepared. You are shown through pictures what is wrong and after how its fixed. They have a pediatric specialist on staff for young children as well. A very well balanced practice.As someone that has had horrible experiences with other dental practices, this was a true relief and trust building experience. I would recommend them to anyone.Jacki

I wanted to share my experience with anybody who might experience the same thing that I went through. It is now 2021 and I’m still suffering what this office has caused me and my life. Back in 2009 I came in from the abscess tooth, I was put on anabiotic’s but the dentist decided to open up the tooth anyways, it ended up exploding with infection, I had 45 pus pockets and I had to have three surgeries to save my life, I almost lost my life because this office. Now here 2021 I have to have two teeth pulled because the previous infection and all of the scar tissue inside of my cheek and my nose bleeds all the time from all of the scar tissue. please don’t come here I am suffering so much. The dentist also visited me in the hospital and he didn’t even give me a sorry I think he was just worried that I was going to sue him but now looking back I wish I would have sued this office.

The dental hygienist, Marissa, was wonderful with my kids. It was their first visit and super nervous and she was super sweet and made them feel safe and calm. Very happy with our visit!

Mark is the man at charge and is great i have Always been terrified of the dentist but he’s always made it easy. His team of workers as well are all respectful and always in great spirits.

Everyone at Grand Dental Channahon is so nice. I always have a good experience getting my teeth cleaned. The check-in was smooth, never a long wait, and the hygienist was professional, polite, and caring. The dentist who checked my teeth was also very caring. Checking out is always pleasant with Kathy. My only disappointment this time was that I made my most recent cleaning appointment 6 months ago when my regular hygienist was still working there. Imagine my surprise when I arrived at the appointment and was greeted by a new hygienist who told me that the wonderful woman I had formed a friendship with over the past 20+ years was no longer there. I had thought maybe they would have contacted me when she left to let me know, and allow me the chance to, perhaps, changes dental offices, if I wanted too. Would have been the right thing to do. Either way, I would recommend this practice for dental cleanings for sure.

Very pleased with our experience today! Couldn’t speak more highly of their team! My 4 year old was very nervous but the entire staff was so patient with her and talked her and I through every step of her visit.

My daughter recommended Grand Dental, she loves them here! I went in for a second opinion for oral surgery that I had done somewhere else and was having issues with it. They saw me, assessed the problem and advised me to go back to where I had the work done and have them fix the problem. If my insurance would let me, I would definitely choose Grand Dental. They were wonderful!

Absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and efficient! It never fails that when I need an emergency appointment they can get me in same day! I also dont have insurance, theyre fair with pricing and accept CareCredit.. not to mention the inside is beautiful! My only complaint, its always COLD!! but they know this, and even have blankets!! I would just recommend dressing warmer, even in the middle of summer...

I was informed by the staff that although they had been prioritized and had the covid vaccine made available to them, that only a few of us had chosen to be vaccinated.I cant imagine a more likely way to spread the virus than to have someone reach into my mouth.I wont be returning until the staff chooses to make decisions that reflect the need for safety and health of the patients.Who provides general practice insurance coverage to this place? Its just a matter of time before they read this review.

This is the best most attentive dentist i have ever been too. I will not go to another. Got a root canal done in half an hour, didnt feel a thing, and the doc checked with me regularly during the procedure to see if I felt anything. Seriously, do not waste your money going anywhere else. Grand Dental should be your first choice.

I have used this practice for as long as I can remember probably close to 20 years. I have an extreme fear of dentistry. I had a horrible childhood dentist and have never recovered. Grand Dental has gone above and beyond to help ease my fears. I will continue to go to this practice for as long as they will have me they never try to push unnecessary treatments or gimmicks on me. I have had issues with certain people and or charges the minute I express my concerns they work with me to correct them. I would and have recommended them in the past and will continue to in the future.

Went in to get a cleaning, 3 wisdom teeth removed, and cavities filled. The whole experience was interesting to say the least. During the process, I was gagging on the water poured down my throat while my mouth was wide open. The procedure itself was fine, besides some pain during. If I wanted my teeth cleaned, I would need to make another appointment which was irritating due to the fact I already made two appointments, even if they are busy. The pain was bad, that was expected. I returned a week later, still in pain, to get the stitches removed. The doctor stabbed at my gums and caused pain so I jolted. Then blamed me for the pain because I “moved”. I was very irritated at this point, and really just wanted to leave and never come back. Seeing and hearing how upset I was, there was an individual who came and talked to me. I appreciate their sympathy and respect. They properly explained why this process was difficult, and listened to what I was conveying. Overall, not happy.

I am not someone who has ever been a fan of the dentist. However, both Becca and Dr. Vail made my experience extremely pleasant. They were both very friendly and used extra caution after I informed them of my mouth sensitivity. We set up a treatment plan that is agreeable and affordable. I would highly recommend Grand Dental!

I just had a root canal done by Dr. Popko and her assistant Rachel. Dr. Popko explained every little thing that was going on during the procedure and constantly made sure I was good. I was very pleased how smooth everything went, especially since I was nervous going in. Dr. Popko and Rachel worked very well together. I will be requesting Dr. Popko for any future procedures and hopefully Rachel is her assistant. They are very much an asset to Grand Dental of Channahon, Illinois.

I like how everyone is super friendly but I’ve had issues where they missed A cavity completely and was in so much pain and ended up losing the tooth.

If you like over paying this place will be happy to take your money. Watch your insurance they will take you for every dime no matter how much you spend there. Spent over 30k and still got sued for 1600 because they got a little book cooker over there. Be warned. They took my last post down. Im not going away till everyone knows what they are up too. Already got friends and family going other places. That 1600 cost them 10x that amount already. WATCH YOUR INSURANCE

Today was my 4 year old son’s first dentist appointment. Everyone was so nice to him. Gabby (hygienist) and the dentist are so good with kids. He has not stopped talking about going there all day 😊

My mom made an appointment for me to come get my teeth cleaned here today. It was also my first visit to this dentist and also haven’t been to any dentist in years so I was a little nervous. I was greeted very warmly by Jenna who showed me around the building. I got X-rays done and my gums were looked at and unfortunately my teeth are not in the best condition from me not going in as often as I should. BUT I am going to be coming back in for two more appointments to get my teeth health under control and everyone including Jenna were very nice and i trust that they will take very good care of me like they did already!

Very nice place with nice people but theres literally no one at the front desk ever. You have to stand there for 10 minutes before one of the girls stops their conversation with their coworker to check you in. Its ridiculous. If you have a front desk, put someone at it.

If you like paying for unnecessary dental work, then this is the place for you. They told my wife she needed almost $4000 dollars of work done. We got a second opinion and were told it was completely not needed. This place is the perfect example of meeting corporate numbers over actual patient care. Before getting any work done recommended by the dentists here, get a second opinion. We will never go back here again.

Doctors and their teams are well-tuned and fully cross-trained. I had a really good dental experience this morning at my appointment. Erin did my cleaning and she’s great, She’s so sweet and caring, warm and friendly and very good at her job. My cleaning was totally painless.Immediately following my cleaning, I met with Doctor Mark, he is hilarious.😁 He checked everything out, asked me if I had any pain or concerns and in a few minutes he was done andI was out of there 👍🏼😁 The entire staff is so efficient yet warm and friendly.The facility is immaculate !! The decor is SOOO COOL and very kid friendly👍🏼🥰

Never been to your office before. Ashley answered the phone when I called with an emergency because my regular dentist was closed. She made me feel like she was genuinely concerned and got me in right away. I then spent some time with the assistant who did my xrays (didn’t get her name) and she was amazing!! Then Dr Valerie was just as amazing. Then I went to get my bill and leave. The lady who checked me out ( didn’t get her name ) was amazing. I am a bank manager and customer experience is the driving force of our success and I have worked very hard to create a welcoming experience in my branch for our customers. So in my humble professional opinion, your staff is doing everything right!! Hats off to you because that is not usually the case. I will be returning as you have earned my business with just an out of the blue visit!

Grand Dental has been super caring since day one. It has been about 10 years since I’ve been to a dentist office because the various past dentists that I’ve had were not that good. I was so nervous to go in my first appointment with Grand Dental. Without them knowing why I haven’t been to the dentist in 10 years, they treated me with care, kindness and patience! I highly recommend them!

The staff was welcoming and understanding (I have terrible anxiety when it comes to dental work). During my filling, there was casual conversation, which made me very comfortable. Very thorough and considerate. My family will definitely be going here.

They were able to eat me in quickly and showed a real sense of urgency in getting a partial redone. Great service, no waiting, friendly, what else could you ask for?

Eight appointments to replace one crown. Three impressions to get it right. Two different temporary crowns, one fell off. Three different times the crown was dropped down my throat and luckily I was able to cough it up. No explanation or apology offered. The dentist was not gentle and the way he gave shots was painful. In sixty years of going to the dentist this is the worst experience I’ve encountered.

I had a dentist in Lemont and he had to retire suddenly due to health reasons he sold his practice and I went back to the new practice that had moved in and did not like the new doctor I had to have a root canal and they wouldnt do anything at the appointment so Im on my way home I stopped at Grand dental and talk to one of the girls inside and within 24 hours they had done a root canal and put a replacement cap on my tooth I was very pleased everyone there is nice and friendly so this is going to be our new dentist in the family

Today was an emergency appointment. I called in at 9:30 and was able to get in by 11:00. I was seen right away and Dr. Mark K was ABSOLUTELY wonderful. He literally kept me laughing the entire time. My tooth(rear) cracked in half. ( Grand Dental did not do the original work) I got the root canal but not the crown...Dr. Mark actually saved my tooth so that it could be crowned, which in turn, saved an extra $500 off my cost.

Everyone was really nice. The staff explained things really great. My husband also had a great experience. We feel like our goals for our smiles will be met here. We made our children appointments to go.

I have always suffered with EXTREME anxiety when I need to visit the dentist. In the past, it has kept me away for years at a time. After I became a patient at Grand Dental, I am now the most consistent I have ever been with getting the dental care I need. It is all due to the awesome dentists, (Dr. Popko and Dr. Hare have treated me) and the hygienists that understand what I go through and have gone out of their way to make sure I’m comfortable and at ease. Sue is an amazing hygienist. She is so kind and wonderful at easing all three of my kids fears. As a child, going to the dentist was very traumatic. I’m so glad we found an office that my kids love to go to!

Amazing staff and a great office. Very comfortable waiting area and you can tell they put a lot of thought into children for both their rooms and waiting area . Before grand dental i hadnt been to the dentist in over ten years, after having been here 3 times since i have no idea why i was so worried.
