Went here today with my 2 daughters at about 12. At 2 I asked if I can get confirmation that we will be seen and done by 320 so that I can pick my son up on time. They told me there was no guarantee. As much as I understand policy, this was ridiculous. I clearly had 2 sick children with me. I did not complain about the wait. I literally sat there for 2 hours to be told that I could come back but be put back to the end of the line. I found another clinic who is able to get me in right away after I get my son. They really need to move to appointments or should stray away from their strict policies. Everyone waited a really long time.Do not go here. They do not care.

I have been going here for a number of years now. They are okay but there is one thing that bothers me and I have told them what I think more then once. What bothers me is that when you call and get their automated phone service they refer to patients as customers. The service states that they are busy helping other customers, they should state patients. Maybe the patients should call the doctors retail sales associates.

Our family has been coming here since they opened, and weve always had the best experience here. The whole staff is wonderful and very caring. When I thought I was exposed to Covid at work, they took great care of me through the entire thing. They made sure I had everything I needed to take the right amount of time off from work and even started on meds while waiting for the tests to come back in. Never had an issue with any of the staff or the wait at the office. The doctors are very caring and will let you explain whats going and asks the right amount of questions. Well always come here if were in the area.

Katie at the front desk for the OBGYN department is the sweetest! I have to go to different offices for my appointments and wish she was there for all of them. Shes so sweet and made me feel not so nervous. She definitely the face you want to see when you first walk in! 🙂

My son got a bad cut on a Friday evening and needed care right away. We barely waited to be seen after getting registered. All of the staff here were loving and caring and worked quickly to get him stitched up. It takes a lot of patience to work with a very scared and nervous 5 yr old. They were wonderful!

Wonderful care here. Front desk staff are professional and caring. Nursing staff are all thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. All of the doctors Ive seen are also caring and thorough. Never have felt rushed. They have diagnosed any of my diseases correctly, and instructions are soelled out explicitly.

I dont enjoy leaving bad reviews, but I advise you to stay away from the OBGYN unit. getting them to answer the phone, let alone call you back can take WEEKS. for someone, such as myself, who has needed a prescription for a medical reason, i should never have to wait this long and try so hard for an organization to HELP ME. im honestly so disappointed and frustrated.

Not sure if its all the offices or just the obgyn office but they have a very very bad system of communication. Only have a help line (which is given from 2 different numbers that they have idk which one Is correct but they each take you to the same place) that you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you. I usually do not get a call back for another day or several days, or not at all lately. I was told a prescription would be filled the day I called and it never was. They closed their office during posted office hours with no sign or notice. Will not return any of my calls, its been a few days. My doctor herself is nice but I have to now get a new doctor very soon, the way the office treats her patients isnt worth it 👍

Was just at the Morris Quick Care facility on Ridge Road, what a great experience, first time there, check-in was a breeze, promptly greeted by Cathe at the front desk, very short wait time to be seen. Shannon and Jennifer, the RNs were awesome. Jennifer OBoyle (PA) was also great, pinpointed problem. I would definitely recommend. Everyone was very friendly, professional and courteous!!

You can always depend on a disappointing experience here. Every time I’ve come here, I’ve left feeling like an idiot for even coming. No matter what dr is on staff, they will have their mind made up before they walk in the door for the three minutes they are about to spend with you. The latest...was concerned with my sons breathing issues when sleeping, but the dr said he looks good I may just have to call an ambulance if it gets bad again.

This is the slowest immediate care ever, even if one person is ahead of you sit tight because it will be minimum a hour. And after explaining I was sick for weeks they didnt feel the need for antibotics and tried to prescribe over the counter medicine... ridiculous.

Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Stay away from this facility....Extremely rude and unprofessional. Doctor is very uneducated and staff is beyond ignorant. With the exception of the front desk lady they should all be fired! This facility needs to be shut down and the doctor needs to sent back to his homeland. Never again will I waste my time or suggest that anyone goes to this location. Do not put yourself through the agony and aggravation of having to deal with such and ignorant group of individuals.

I have used Morris Hospital for years, my twins which are 22 years old were born there. First of all I am not Tim Roerig, I am Cynthia Roerig, and I have no idea why I cant post as me. The cable bill is in my name, I am on my computer, under my profile. Part and parcel. And Tim Roerig has never been here. I visited the Ridge Road Campus on March 9th. I have recently remarried and moved to Aurora, but my insurance wont change until May. I am retiring in May so I have had the same insurance, which is Health Alliance HMO, for almost 20 years. My primary care doctor is Dr. Vermillion, who is affiliatied with this facility. So I come into your facility on March 9th, extremely sick with the flu. Your front desk person looks at me dourly and says there is an hour wait. Okay, it is what it is. I am sick, its urgent. I hand her my insurance card and she states We dont take this insurance. I say what? I have been coming here for 20 years. She says, We have never taken HMO insurance. Excuse me? Something is not right here. I have been coming to Morris Hospital, and the immediate care is part of that, for 20 years. The immediate care has not been around that long, but I have been going there since its inception. Prior to the desk clerk having a job anyway. So I tell her to look me up. She does. And says the last time you were here was in 2016, two years ago. Maybe something is wrong. I dont find this strange. Do people have urgent care problems daily? I have a primary physician. I am not sure I get her point. I am sick, I need treatment, I have insurance. I have insurance I pay for, its not a hand out, Morris Hospital is my Primary Hospital, and now you dont want to take my insurance? She then tells me where I work, they accept Merridian. Well I dont know about this. But where I work they list what insurance you should have by where you live. Where I lived prior to moving, I should have had Health Alliance. Not Merridian, and I dont even recall seeing Merridian, but I wont swear it isnt in some other area I didnt pay attention to. She then tells me they quit taking HMO two years ago. mmm, previously you never did take insurance. I think your story doesnt hold up. The long and the short of it, is I didnt get treated. I am not the only one on my insurance. I have a 22 year old son on it. I go home, call him up, and he said he was in there for a hurt wrist 3 days ago, and there was no problem with the insurance. What is up with this? His name is Marcus Robinson. Check your records. If you dont want to treat sick people get out of the medical field. Your a medical provider.

Every time I go here I am more disappointed. Last year took my daughter in twice for a couch that was getting worse, they hardly spent any time with her to check her out, and just assumed allergies, twice, when she really had pneumonia. A week ago I went there for the first time since then for a severe pain Im my neck. He spent 30 seconds with me and asked maybe 2 questions and just said its muscular strain and sent me on my way. I really had a bulging disc in my spine pressing on my spinal cord. Do not go here or trust them.
