I love this store Unfortunately the staff is not as friendly as it used to be...Ive been shopping here since it open approx 15 yrs ago, and sadly the customer service has definitely declined...I remember when Chris was there, he was absolutely amazing! He would go above and beyond to help you, or even to greet you, he was genuinely friendly and caring, honestly all the associates there were very pleasant back then. Now that Lisa and the other manager are there (not sure what his name is) the service is totally different, they are there to do their job and thats it. The cashiers specially the young ones, sometimes they dont even greet you, and that upsets me... anyway I used to love this store because of their great employees, not anymore, I still shop there because its close to my house and its convenient, but as I mentioned before its sad to see that their customer service is not like it used to be...

Love this store! Clean and was able to find some brands I cant find at other stores. A bit more expensive than other local stores, like Frys and Albertsons. Sale prices are good, though.

One of the nicer stores, even has covered parking. All the surrounding area is high value so it shows with thr quality of how the store is kept and how they treat there customers. Other stores in lower class areas arent nearly as good as this one.

This is a really nice store. Great set up and wide isles. Starbucks and deli inside. Multiple places to sit. Pharmacy has monthly services, like blood draws. Hurry now they have over stock on TP! More than half off. Mens bathrooms are clean and even decorated, Bougie.

I love THIS Bashas. Always feels like being at home when I’m here, haha. It’s always clean, always well stocked. Most of the older staff will bend over backwards to make you happy. The younger staff seems like they need to find a new job… it seems to be painful for them to smile or conversation for 30 seconds. 😂 I actually avoid the younger cashiers. I feel like such a bother to them.High quality food, clean bathrooms, great little starbucks inside, pharmacy, a cute place to sit next to the bakery. 😉

Bashas is our hometown grocer. They carry many of the same things that AJ does, their big sister store, does. Bakery is particularly good and specialty departments always have something unique.

Awesome store, cleanest Ive ever been in. Staff is all smiles and helpful. Covered parking couldnt be a better way to keep your customers comfortable. More of the local grocery stores should follow Bashas way of presenting their store. Way to go BASHAS!!!

Great shopping experience - hometown grocers and clean store

Convenient location for me. Clean and covered parking is nice. Not a fan of Bashes brand products. Most items are more expensive than Frys and Safeway. Doesnt have as good of a selection as Frys. Hot food is actually pretty good and nice donut selection. Employees are friendlier than Frys and Albertsons near me. Not usually very busy

I like Bashas because it is close enough to walk there. Not crowned most days. Good fresh meat counter. Butcher will cut whatever you want like a large beef roast. Good wine selections too. Bakery nice for fresh breads baked on site.

Sometimes unusually pricey. Sometimes just right. Curious location and selection. Lady at Starbucks told me I could redeem the free drink from the app and then said nevermind when I attemped to redeem. Best to go down the way for that.

I bought a Pan with 3-year warranty。 I use it very gently less than one year, when I went to BASHAS customer service with receipt. Request a exchange. The director told me send the pan to manufactory where is overseas. I believe shipping will cost more than the merchandise itself. I have same issues with Costco. They take care everything without question. Please don’t buy cookware from Bashas. Please go Costco. They have the best customer service.

A little overpriced but good when you are in a hurry

Except for a few exceptions like the pharmacist, a produce clerk, a Starbucks barista and Chris in customer service, the employees seem disinterested; especially the cashiers who seem to hate their jobs and the people who shop there. In addition, the overall selection is thin because it is a small store and its very overpriced compared to Frys and Safeway. At least they replaced their ancient shopping carts, though. Finally!

Butchers bad customer service other locations are way better... I thought the point of a Butcher is to cut meat sorry I asked. Ill just go to frys no problems there!

The store is solid. Prices are competitive and its easy to check out. More of an old school sort of grocery store. I find that sometimes they dont carry some ethnic food items but, overall a very good selection. I like shopping here better than Walmart it seems less chaotic.

We were having problems with items at the self check out. The dramatic lady working there made a big show each time, refusing to come near until we all backed far away from the register. She leaned and outstretched her arm like she couldnt get near our food items (but touching the screen we had just touched). Then she held up her hand like a cross walk guard holding us near other customers until she had returned to her safety area. It was selfish and foolish, and we all laughed at how ridiculous she was; everyone had masks on and were social distancing as much as possible. If she is that panicked over catching the virus, she sould not be put in a position requiring constant social interaction. An indication of poor managment.

Clean, great bakery, deli and meat counter. Pharmacy services are available also.Only negative is ot smelled fishy in the area near the fish counter and fresh fish shouldnt be smelly.

Pleasantly delighted to find a great deal on the very delicious donuts in their bakery section. So good. Larger, fresher, fuller then I have been accustomed to from other places in the area.

This Bashas has the best bakery! I dont stop here as often as I should, but when I do, I always pick up some of their homemade potato rolls. Theyre like fluffy clouds and perfect for sandwiches.They also have a nice produce section here too. I like the small town look and feel of this market, it really makes you feel at home.

Moving from Houston, I found it friendly (customers & employees), mild and quaint-good ol down home Safeway feel (with the red punch in those plastic gallon containers). 😋Being a native of Las Vegas, it took me back to the former Safeway stores - which I see are current here in AZ. I wondered about them as Ive frequently driven by,,, I will return!

I always liked Bashas because stores are so cleaned and well stocked. prices are pretty good and the seem to have quality items. I like the deli and bakery. meat dept smells clean too. a plus for me. Staff was friendly and helpful too. I recommend this placeAnd it has a Starbucks. which my family likes

I love this bashas! Everyone is friendly, deals are great, produce is fresh and meat is top notch! If you have never checked out the taco boxes they sell in the meat Dept, you must! Flavorful meat at a great price every day! Super easy dinner and enough to save half and freeze! Also, if you need anything made in the bakery, Cindy is really talented and helpful! The cashier Bonnie is so friendly and sweet! Feels like home every time I go!

This is my personal favorite store to shop in. The best part is their bakery. The staff are very friendly, and the store is not oversized like frys. Always a pleasure to shop in this store. Prefer to shop here, even if their prices are not as low as other stores at times. Store is also very clean and well-run (from what I can tell).

I cant believe this store still in business. Their prices are absolutely outrageous. And when you go to check out and you dont have a Bashas card, they will not help you by giving you a generic one.

Bashas is a great local store. Having shaded parking is outstanding and nearly one-of-a-kind. Selection is good but space limitations prevent it from being great. Store employees are better than most in attention and and courtesy. Prices are not high but tend not to compete with large stores nearby. Its availability gives it a big boost in rating.

This store has a decent selection of organic and vegan/vegetarian friendly foods. They also have a sushi chef, a brick oven pizza deli, and a nice selection of locally brewed beer. The cashiers are really friendly.

Fresh made Donuts and Bagels in house. My go to place every Saturday morning for them. My wife is from New Jersey and loves their bagels. They have a wide variety of donuts and treats. They make a croissant donut which is to almost die for. They also have a chocolate butter cream filled donut which leaves NO chemical aftertaste like the ones at a big chain of shops with Pink and Orange letters.

I just cant recommend this store to anyone. Burrito bar: gross. Rotisserie chicken: cold, dry. Baked rolls, buns, bread: dry. Chicken strips and fries: cold, dry, stale. Macaroni salad: smells rotten. Everything else: dont know, not going to risk it. Probably bad.

Store is ok , however their chicken that was on sale looked freezer burned.

This Bashas has a slightly up scale look and feel over some of the other markets in the area. Always nice and clean. They definitely have all the normal grocery store items.

It was a pretty typical grocery store. It gets above a three because I would say it is cleaner than average. I cant give it five stars because beyond the cleanliness I didnt see anything that made it super amazing.

I love their donuts, but I ordered 4 dozen three days before for 6:30am and they were not ready until 7am. Disappointed.
