The provider I saw was great. Although I went in for a strep test, my vitals showed I needed to go to urgent care, which I did. What blew me away was that the doctor followed up with me to see if I was okay. I would have never expected that from a convenience care clinic!

Not great.... I was told that my insurance makes me pay out of pocket for a visit. She said it could be 139 dollars or less. They only accept a physical card, or cash. I could pay with Apple Pay, but they don’t accept it. Seems a little wild that they want 140 dollars to tell me I have a sinus infection. She was not very kind, or sympathetic. Not a good first impression of a health care provider.The idea of the minute clinic is great, I would recommend a staff to check people in and take their info. The touch screen system is slow, and older folks have a hard time going though all of that information.

Was a little hesitant going there today cause of reviews. Was pleasantly surprised by how well I was cared for from Shane. Not only is he a true professional, caring as well. Kudos to you Shane, good job👏😊

She was awful! Wouldnt make eye contact and very rude. Normally I have had great experiences there. Whats with this new nurse/doctor anyway Target? Scraping the bottom of the barrel this time?

I hate that I have to at least give a one star. The wanna be doctor working 4/8 at 9:00am was an incompetent and rude individual. I will never be using any MinuteClinic after the service I had this morning. I would rather wait for hours at urgent care than to deal with such horrible customer service. I will be contacting CVS tomorrow during their business hours to report this person. Im thoroughly disgusted.

Billed wrong insurance and will not answer their support line. Over 45 mins on hold exceeds my paitence, over 3 separate attempts to call them. I sent snail mail request to them as well, and again no response after 3 weeks. If theres anyone who can make our heathcare system even worse than it already is, Its Minute Clinic. Im done with them.

I didn’t even make it to my appointment. 1st off I was there an hour after they opened and only one signed in. It took this women 15 min to come get me. 2nd I get into the room and she says I will take your insurance and then in a rude voice she said “DONT PUT YOUR STUFF ON MY COUNTER” at this point I don’t feel good that’s why I’m here and I just got this feeling that she hated her job. So I walked out and said you are very rude. She goes “REALLY” yes really. I turn around and ask her name she wouldn’t give it so I looked at her tag. Her name was CHRISTINA FEILDS. Don’t go to this clinic . I live in Ramsey and I now have to drive to Blaine because of this crabby old lady.. thanks

Worst experience ever! The PA was rude. Go anywhere else but here! Our daughter who had the flu was told to get off your phone at night and go to bed. I suppose you stay up all night and text your friends and wonder why youre tired. FYI - She goes to bed on time and her phone gets shut off. My wife had to force the PA to test for strep. ZERO Stars should be possible.

Terrible. Have not heard results. Went in on Sunday, its Tuesday. Should have gone to regular doctor the first time.

Terrible customer service. I wouldnt trust this place with a house plant, let alone my health.

9:20a on Tues. Still closed and store LOD has no idea how to contact clinic mgr to find out what is going on.
