If youre looking for a doctor who truly cares about her patients overall well-being, then Doctor Bauer is your gal. I first went to her over 6 years ago and she fixed my bite on a crown from a previous dentist. She has fixed several theeth and created a night guard due to my clenching, which has greatly improve my jaw and sleep.Today I went for another crown. Her staff is just as caring as she is. I was having a stressful day at work and was a ball of anxiety... Doctor Bauer suggested a gas to help calm my nervs. Getting my crown was the most relaxing part of my day.You cannot go wrong with Dr. Bauer and her staff. Everything about my visit was fantastic.

I have been going to Champlin Dental for a decade. Every visit is a great visit! The front staff, dental hygienist, schedulers and Dentist are personable and kind. They listen to your concerns and make you feel at ease about any and all procedures being performed and/or recommended. I have never once felt pressured to get a procedure done. If my answer is no thank you, they respect that answer and don’t make me feel guilty for making that decision. They are also great with my children (ages 5 & 7).I would 100% recommend this dental office to friends, family and anyone reading this review.

To my dentist, Sweetheart, thank you for your followup request, the nurse was vary sweet, and unfortunately because I have to have a tooth pulled and the cost is a tough burden, the payment understanding is viable.The recommended surgeon was the man that helped take steady photos of my tooth to locate the problem and a solid group effort will stop my pain by starting the healing on Monday, you were vary kind, thank you.

Nightmare billing issue. Our family had dual insurance that was not billed. When we attempted to rectify the situation we were met with a very hostile attitude from the offices billing support, Jane. Horrible attitude and just plain rude and disrespectful. She promised to look into things and call back but when I followed up a week later she acted like she didn’t remember what she’d promised and clearly hadn’t looked into anything. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere that appreciates the fact that you can take your business else where and wants to help you figure things out. If I could give zero stars I would.

They got me in within 24 hours, made me feel so comfortable gave me a temporary fix and were able to schedule me for dental procedure in 2 business days. AMAZING. Let me start by saying that my visit to Champlin Family Dental is one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a very long time. Which is weird because having all four of ones wisdom teeth extracted usually isnt pleasant, but Dr Lawrenz was amazing! We visited Champlin Family Dental a few days ago and had such a positive experience we wanted to share with others. This was the first time my 3 1/2 year old has ever been to a dentist and we were greeted quickly when we walked through the door. The receptionists were both ready to help and held a good conversation with my son. They commented on how cool his mask was, asked how old he was, and made him feel comfortable from the beginning! We were called back about 5 minutes later by our dental hygienist named Ms. Megan. She had a lot of energy and was as sweet as can be. She made my son feel so comfortable, you could read it in his body language. She explained EVERYTHING she was going to do before it happened and let him feel, smell, and taste it beforehand to let him acclimate to the procedures. She was absolutely incredible. Ive been a Kindergarten teacher for the past 6 years, and I was so amazed with how she interacted with him. She walked him through step by step and it truly made a huge difference in helping him get comfortable, especially after he had a two night hospital stay earlier this year that had him take quite a few needle pokes. She used fun phrases like looking for those silly sugar bugs and I just need to count you teeth, can you hear me counting. While we waited for the dentist, she engaged in some small talk with both my son and I, and asked if she could schedule any other appointments while we waited. The doctor came about 5 minutes later and was just as good as our hygeinist. She was quick, and praised him for everything he did. Without a doubt we would recommend others to come here! This was an incredible experience and we felt as though others should know. Keep up the amazing work Champlin Family Dental!

Jill was excellent and walked through the whole process, so I knew what to expect for my appointment. She did a great job and made sure that I was comfortable the entire time. Once a factory defect on an implant caused the implant to get ripped off of the bone and the oral surgeon came in on his day off with zero notice to take a look at me. I dont think you can care about patients more than that.

Took thousands of dollars to fix the work they did for me. Horrible crown placement, terrible filling work, and a lack of communication. All of the work they had done for me had to be re-done. Assured me that my concerns with amalgam fillings were safe while having me sign a waiver stating that they arent liable if they are found to be unsafe. I would strongly avoid at all costs, there are dozens of tolerable if not great alternatives.

We are new to Champlin MN so finding a dentist was a top priority. Champlin Family Dental is nearby so we chose to go there. First time patients have an abundance of pictures, x-rays, and more which seems to provide an abundance of info on the overall health of our teeth and mouth in general. That was very thorough. However, I was there for my six-month checkup/cleaning which meant time was very limited to getting that job done as I’ve know it to be done in the past with other dentists. I felt that cleaning process was rushed. I hope the next visit in six months will have a less rushed cleaning time. The facility is brand new so seems to have all the necessary equipment to handle general dentistry.

I used to love going to Champlin Family Dental. The staff was nice and seemed to genuinely care about their patients. However, it has become quite clear that all they care about is money. I had no idea that 3 letters after my dental insurance name changed whether or not mine and my daughters check ups were covered. The dental office did, but apparently they wait to tell you after you owe almost $900 and are rudely told they dont do payment plans, that I need to provide them with an exact date of payment before we get off the phone and then when you explain that your husband has recently passed away and that coming up with that kind of money isnt easy, they again ask what exact day they can expect payment. And then, when you try to reach out and talk to someone they just ignore you. Clearly, their values have changed and their actual patients arent people they are just cash machines.

I’m always pleased with the quality of care I receive and the friendliness of the staff. Have been going there for several years.

My family has been going here since moving to Ramsey 21 years ago and for the most part received top notch care. However, of late it seems that service has seriously degraded and to point I am seeking an alternative. There no longer seems to be concern for following up on identified issues to reach a resolution and have actually lost teeth due to this lack of detail. Cleaning and x-rays no problem, additional work, well it seems they dont want to go there and either backburner you or defer you to some other oral surgeon. This is why Ive dropped them from a 5 star to a 1 star!!

The staff is the same caliber of excellence that we have come to rely on from them. Our appointments today felt more like an experience than a cold scary dentist appt. And I say that having brought in 3 kids today! I had a scared 3 year old and they were so kind and gentle with her when she refused her cleaning that by the end of the appt SHE ASKED THEM to clean her teeth! I couldn’t love the place more. It’s beautiful and the quality of staff just blows them off the charts.
