Had great time, along with an incredible cut. The woman that cut my hair looked at an old picture I showed her. I did not know any lengths or other technicalities that would have helped her. She was not rushing be certainly not slow, taking the time she needed to to make it happen and was able to replicate the hair cut perfectly. If you were thinking of trying a Great Clips I would say stop by this one.

This location is not allowing children to sit on their parents laps during haircuts so if you want to have your kid learn how to get their haircut this is not the location

I stopped in to see if anyone could help fix a terrible haircut that I received somewhere else. When I arrived, and explained to Kristi what had happened and what I was hoping for, she jumped right in and made a bad haircut 1000 times better. She evened everything out and explained what she was doing to correct the issues. She was so amazing and did a fantastic job fixing my hair. I have previously only come for my kids haircuts, but after today I will definitely be coming back for mine as well!

First time visiting as I was in desperate need of a trim to get rid of damage split ends. I’m very hesitant as I always here horror stories but since I only needed a trim which is super simple, I figure nothing would go wrong...I went in 3/17 at 8am & told the girl behind the counter (Susie) I want a trim, nothing special, very simple basic trim off my one length hair, no layers or anything. I decided to get 3 inches off as my hair is super long. I was in and out in half an hour pretty confident as she told me she’s been doing hair for 10+ years. I went into work after and was approached on 3 separate occasions that my hair isn’t straight. I went to look in the bathroom & from what I can see, the length was all choppy & not straight! I was so embarrassed!!!! I went back to the salon and asked for the manager who attempted to fix my hair. She had to take over an inch off just to TRY to make my hair look decent! This is the FIRST & LAST time I will visit this salon or Great Clips! You truly get what you pay for & I only went cause I’ve been missing the times my stylist works! Super disappointed! If you can’t get a simple straight across trim on a one length head of hair, then you can’t get any other cuts right! ONE AND DONE!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Have been to this location like 3 times and every time my hair comes out different then what I explained to the stylists Ive used and used 3 different ones every time thinking id get what I ask for. Never again.

Have only been here once with my 2.5 year old, but plan on going more since we recently moved to the area. Stopped for an impromptu haircut and they did a great job. 2.5 year old actually sat still which is amazing. Although not specifically meant for young kids, they cut his hair really well. Thank you, kind staff.

Ive been going to this Great Clips for years (close to home) and have had decent luck with getting my hair cut (basic simple cut), but lately (last year or so) every time I come in there is a new crew not just one person but the whole crew Ive never seen before and its become a big gamble what kind of cut I get. Well yesterday was the end for me, when I stopped in the gal says the computer states I want 2 1/2 on the top of my head (they record your preferences) well after she was done whittling away I was lucky to have 1 1/2. I actually said just take a 1/2 off at the beginning. Whats the purpose of recording how you want your hair cut if your going to cut it your way anyway. If you want inexperienced people this is your place. Never again, not a big fan of the bowl cut look....

Hit or miss, definitely a handful of great stylists though. Just have to find out when they are in.

I have been going to this Great Clips for many years. I will no longer go there. It is no longer first come first service. I went there during the week and there was only one person sitting in the waiting room but I had many people ahead of me that scheduled online. One after the other that arrived after me went ahead of me. After a long wait I just left and will never return.

Never going there again, Asian woman was terrible did NOT cut my sisters hair like she asked. It was busy and felt like we were wasting their time. I will go some where else.

Stylists have always been pretty friendly and I can usually get in within 20ish minutes by just walking in. Unfortunately, the last couple of times I had gone to this location the hair cut I received was not symmetrical and I had to go back to have them correct it. Decided Im just not going anymore.

I was in there at 5 pm Sunday night on the 10th. The lady that cut my did great. But I was watching the heavy set blonde lady cutting a ladies hair, and I never seen someone work purposely so slow in my life, every other worker each cut 3 persons hair. But the blonde was still on the same person when I left, and I was there for almost an hour. The lady getting her hair cut by her must have gotten a wash, but it must of been before I got there, cause she was in that chair the whole time I was there. And the lady was only getting a trim cause there was barley any hair on the floor. I didnt think It was far for the other workers that was busting their but while she took her sweet time with a full business. I think someone should have a long talk with her

Cut my hair more than I asked her to. She voluntarily cut off some section of my hair that I specifically dont want cut when I go in for hair cuts. Hair grew back of course but I had to have that chunk of missing hair where I did not want it. I wont go there again. Sticking to my Ramsey location.
