Great customer service

One of the best tanning salons I have ever been to. The employees are patient and accommodating and seem to have personal connections with the customers who come in regularly.I went in having never tanned before and clearly not knowing what I was doing, and I was helped in the most patient way and I had everything explained to me, so that I knew exactly what I was getting into.There were towels laid out to grab and the rooms were nicely labeled, making it really easy to find my way around. The employees showed me how the beds worked and made the entire experience awesome.As someone who is very fair and has never tanned ever, through the help of the employees, and the amazing quality of the beds, Im able to go full time in the mega bed and I see instant color.I fully and completely recommend going to The Beach. By far the greatest and better priced tanning salon in the Champaign-Urbana area.
