I was never notified they no longer carried C-PAP equipment. When I stopped into their office this week, I was told they used a third party company to send notification to all of their clients they no longer carried C-PAP supplies. Then, she goes on to say everyone except Health Alliance insurance holders received a letter. They knew there was a problem and did nothing about it! So, now I need supplies, cant get into my provider for 2 months and cant get a prescription to get supplies somewhere else in town until I see my provider. Thanks Hueys! Horrible customer service!

Had to call on the weekend because machine wasnt working. Dustin brought a new machine within 30 minutes. Had trouble again the next day and he walked me thru the process to see if I could get it to work. Said he would be down to see me if I couldnt get it to work. With his great knowledge of the machine I got it working fine.

There amazing they helped me out so much. They have the best costumers services. I will all ways go here for my CPAP :).

Have family that uses H.H.M. and they love it, very happy with their choice of provider. Great customer service and help with the new machines in times of need!

Everyone was so helpful and explained what I needed to know about there services and how my insurance works with them. They were so nice and understanding, I recommend them to my family and friends when they need anything with oxygen.

Were nice when I got the CPAP machine..but such horribly rude customer service/support..called various times and was treated poorly every single time..even at one time, when I told them the part they sent me was the wrong size- they said we know what we are doing, and you are obviously wrong..Ive never been talked to so rudely.. I would never tell somebody needing a CPAP-to go there

Dont ever go there! There rude as ever they went around talk about we have never used the machine when we had but then found out the machine is messed up and they were still rude talk about I was barely use the cpap machine so why dont I want to return it when they prove it was the machine fault. I tried talking to someone higher in chain but it not a corporate and the owner was out of town due to a family emergency. I wouldve of bein better go to respcare or someone else. I dont deserve to be talk to like that neither do anyone else. When you are in a medical supply business it important to be courtesy to guest or and patients. Because they are not the only business in town so I would not be going back neither would I ever send my business back there. Everybody I referred there are and have return there equipment back and got refund and went some where else.

Unbelievably poor customer service. There are many good providers in area ... use any of them.

If my grandma was sick I would take her to Hueys Home Medical. They have the best customer service around and will take care of any problem you have right then and there!!

I was told that I was not receiving supplies regularly enough and so they no longer considered me their patient and to take my business somewhere else. The receptionist was very rude and demeaning. Would NOT recommend.

Horrible customer service. Their sole priority is to collect money not to provide medical equipment.
