It was my first time in the Christie Clinic...I came from Bloomington, IL for Mohs surgery on a basal cell carcinoma on my face. I was impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the girl who took my information and checked me in. I did have to wait for quite awhile, but in all fairness, there were many people there doing the same thing as me, and I had arrived quite early. The procedure requires waiting, anyway, so I came prepared.When I did get in, I was again impressed with Dr. Youse and his staff. They were all friendly and personable, and he was not only easy to talk to, he was quick and very adept at his work, just as I have come to expect from a Mohs surgeon. All in all, it was an outstanding experience, in spite of the circumstances.

The physicians are very friendly and quality of care is excellent.

My husband reached there at 2 for a 2:15 appointment. The staff at the registration desk were unable to find his past records and when they finally did it was 2:45 and then we waited till 3:30 without seeing the doctor and left. This is a ridiculous wait and a waste of time. Couldnt they have let him see the doctor and then sorted out the paperwork?
